Europeans and Pravda Media are trying to convince you that Donald Trump has abandoned a century-long commitment to the security of Europe (if you include our intervention in World War I), and our 3/4 century commitment to NATO. As I argued yesterday, that is a serious misreading of Trump's and his administration's criticism of European policies. As his National Security Strategy makes clear, the United States wants to help Europe recover its strength and civilizational vitality, and is unwilling to enable its suicide.
