Six Democrats openly call for military

Nov. 18 should henceforth be recognized as far more dangerous than Jan. 6 ever was. Far more shocking. And an actual attempt at fomenting an insurrection, a coup. The “Nov. 18ers” should be forever shamed and discredited. Rather than hundreds of unruly Trump supporters strolling through the Capitol building, many of whom were subsequently incarcerated for doing so, we have just witnessed six sitting Democratic lawmakers openly urge members of the military and intelligence community to defy direct orders from the president of the United States.

As I posted earlier in a similar thread, these weasels clearly have a a dirtbag JAG officer advising them on how far they can go and not be charged with sedition (or even treason). To be charged, you have to instruct or encourage the soldiers to either not obey orders, in general, or to disobey a specific, lawful, order -- e.g., the order to fire on a drug cartel boat. As it stands, they are merely repeating military law (you must not follow an unlawful order) in a very loaded fashion. Someone needs to get these weasels to ask them what, specific, order to they contend is illegal. They presumably have been instructed to not answer. If so, that can be used to show they are weasels. If they do answer, they can be charged with sedition.

They do not specify any "illegal order." It's all huffery no more significant that AOC saying Trump should be impeached for "lots of stuff." They know they're on safe legal grounds. Crissy Houlahan says, ""I’m not telling people to ignore orders," Houlahan said on Wednesday. "I’m enormously frustrated with the way that this very sensible video is being interpreted in a really insidious way." Very sensible indeed. This is the Democrat Party, courting violence and insurrection and squirming away from sensible outrage.

Sedition, or Treason? Treason is a federal crime involving acts against the United States government, such as levying war or aiding enemies, and can result in severe penalties, including death. Sedition, on the other hand, is a state crime that involves inciting rebellion or violence against the government, typically punishable by imprisonment for up to 20 years. Any guesses as to just when the "Six Democrats" will be charged with either offense?

I agree strongly with #13. They have the lawfare group advising them on the language used. Everyone in the military already knows to be careful about unlawful orders. But the congress members did not explain what an "unlawful order" was nor did they say any unlawful order had been issued. They tried to act brave standing against some tyranny they had invented in their minds, but then turned cowardly when on camera. The last clear case of "unlawful orders" that I can recall was the My Lai incident in Vietnam in 1968. Of course, most people remember the case involving Jack Nicholson when he shouted "You can't handle the truth!" at Tom Cruise. The last case is fictional, but a good movie (even if it did present the theme of an evil US military, which has been stuck in the heads of Hollywood liberals and in the "loathing" heart of Billy Jeff and Hillary Clinton). Speaking of Bill Clinton, have the Epstein been released?

Unfortunately it appears that the Congressional Democrats who appeared in that political media cartoon urging members of the US military to not obey and carry out orders of the President of the USA, who is the constitutional Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, know that the wimpy congressional Republicans will never bring them to account. In reality if a member of the US military took those Democrats advice to heart, violated their oath to obey the orders of the President of the USA and the officers appointed over them, and disobeyed the orders of the US President, it would be that member or those members of the Armed Forces who would face a court martial, be found guilty, be sentenced to time in a military prison, and receive a dishonorable discharge, and that certainly would not happen to those Democrat politicians. In essence how is the average member of the Armed Forces, who those Democrat politicians actually addressed in their political cartoon, qualified to determine if strategic orders, including orders to deploy up to nuclear weapons in a clinch, issued by the President of the USA are lawful or not? If those Democrats have evidence that the President of the USA has or is issuing unlawful orders to the Armed Forces, those Democrats, as members of Congress, should bring their evidence to the attention of the Congress in accordance with provisions of the US Constitution and the rules of the Congress.

DataRepublican (small r), who by the way is a national treasure, makes a very astute observation that all this vague "illegal order" puffery is part and parcel of the so-called color revolution playbook. Step 6 is to sow doubt amongst law enforcement, intelligence, and military members in all levels of government against the presidency. The whole color revolution playbook originated out of CIA/DoS/USAID overseas and now the very same deep-state architects are focusing their color revolution protocols domestically in the assumption that it will work here. They tried it in 2020/21 and they're trying it again.

Over 480 Department of Human Services (DHS) employees have blown the whistle, accusing Walz of masterminding a cover-up for a Somali immigrant-led fraud ring that siphoned more than $1 billion from social programs. That’s billion with a B — stolen through COVID relief scams, fake autism diagnoses, and Medicaid kickbacks, with funds funneled overseas, including to Al-Shabaab terrorists. One standout grifter, 29-year-old Asha Farhan Hassan, allegedly pocketed $14 million alone from programs meant for vulnerable kids.

Should America’s constitutional republic ever fall, the most likely cause of death will be its corrupt institutions. When citizens lose faith in the “system” and have exhausted all available remedies to “fix” that “system,” they will feel wholly disconnected from the government that rules over them. A cascade of institutional crises will exacerbate public distrust in the “system” until the “system’s” legitimacy collapses. Should that foreboding and chaotic event come, a primary driver will have been the public’s complete loss of faith in the courts of the United States.

When the far left began to subsume cultural institutions, there was one “holy grail” (pun very much intended) target that they had their eyes set on: The church. While some churches resisted the calls to leftism, a fair number of them did not, leading to a rise in hyper-progressive churches that seem more interested in the rainbow of the LGBT movement than the crimson blood of Jesus Christ. Those same churches also became hyper-politicized, often siding with the left-wing establishment when it comes to all things President Donald Trump and his administration — including immigration enforcement. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold escalated her standoff with the Trump administration this week, rejecting a request for the state’s full, unredacted voter file. “We will not comply with the Trump Department of Justice’s request for Coloradans’ sensitive voting information. The DOJ can take a hike; it does not have a legal right to the information. Colorado will not help Donald Trump undermine our elections and hurt the American people.” Colorado’s refusal comes as the DOJ expands lawsuits into at least 14 states for denying similar requests.
