Two activist judges with a track record of sabotaging President Trump’s America First agenda have just ghosted a critical Senate hearing aimed at exposing judicial overreach.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg and U.S. District Judge Deborah Boardman have both turned down invitations to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week at the explosive hearing titled “Impeachment: Holding Rogue Judges Accountable.
Their absence should come as no surprise to anyone paying attention. These are not neutral judges, they are political operatives wielding federal robes as weapons against the will of the American people.

This is laughable, the Senate invited them????? Easy fix, subpoena them. If they do not show, send the U.S. Marshalls to pick them up in the middle of the night.

There must be some way to remove these liberal sob's from the bench. Enough is enough, they have proven time and again, they are not impartial and are out to get Trump! They continue to waste court time with rulings over matters they have no jurisdiction over. What ever it takes get rid of them!

Rogue judges operating without any oversight. Justice is suposed to be blind, isn't it? Yet these two judicial imposters are peeking beneath their blindfolds.

It seems that their greatest impetus at this time is to cover up the treason they've committed over the last several years!

From a search: "Congress controls the judiciary through its powers to set the courts' size and structure, control their jurisdiction, approve judicial appointments, and control the judiciary's budget. Congress can also impeach and remove federal judges and has the authority to change the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts, although the Supreme Court's original jurisdiction cannot be altered."
In short, if there was enough will, Congress could make life very difficult for the judiciary, putting them in VERY tight boxes. The judges could also be impeached. However, in the current tight balance of Congress, none of that is likely to happen.
The justices should be very worried about their future but activist judges are like all activists, they rules don't apply to them.

If they were not voted in they can be impeached the same way they were installed.

They ignore the summons because they know the Senate will not vote to impeach.

You have cuffs and leg irons, don't you? Those black robes do not mean a thing when you are crooked and evil.

Impeach them, then.
You only need a simple majority to impeach.

So we fought a Revolution to free ourselves from one tyrant. 250 years later - we're dealing with multiple tyrants in black robes.

Didn't Steve Bannon spend 60 days in prison for something similar?

Send the U.S. Marshalls, fully armed, to their front doors at 0300. Roust 'em.

Sorry senators, why are you asking them to testify? There's enough paper evidence to refer them for prosecution. Better yet, do your jobs and impeach!

Step one is an invite. They can legally decline.
Step two is a subpoena. They cannot legally decline.
