Trump Walks Back His Tomahawk Tease from Zelensky

Original Article

Yesterday, after seeing reports of Zelensky meeting with Raytheon executives before his scheduled meeting with President Trump at the White House, I wrote an essay expressing my dismay at how the President has—since he entered office eight months ago—walked back his campaign promise to end the war in Ukraine. (Snip) They should consider that the U.S. government has sent billions of money and weapons to Ukraine—long ruled by a money-laundering oligarchy —without any accounting. Now comes the news that President Trump walked back his Tomahawk tease in his meeting with Zelensky. As he put it: It could mean escalation – a lot of bad things could happen.

The American taxpayer has had enough of their hard earned money thrown at this boondoggle of a war. Zelensky and his inner circle, and probably a lot of US politicians, are getting wealthy from this war. Enough is enough!

Ukraine has built their own long range cruise missiles from scratch. It seems likely that they won't be able to build huge numbers in a short time, but they should be able to keep a steady drumbeat of refineries blowing up and key armament factories in Russia.

Trump has not walked anything back. He has negotiated in good faith and volunteered to be the mediator between two selfish egomaniacs who do not want to end the war. It's their war, let them continue to kill each other. No more American dollars or weapons. Let the genius Europeans handle it since they claim to have the answers to every problem on earth.

Get them both in a conference room in Budapest and tell Putin and Zelensky we won’t help them anymore. Tell Zelensky no more money or weapons. Tell Putin we’re going to hit him and his oil customers with tariffs, so he won’t have any money to fight with. Then, leave the room and come home. That’s my advice for Trump.

Ukraine doesn't need nuclear capable weapons with a range of a thousand miles for defense. They need them to trigger WWIII, and for nothing else. Neither thug in this war should have our aid.

Why are so many Democrats fond of wishing death on their opponents? That’s a question raised by two astonishing developments early this month. On Oct. 3, National Review’s Audrey Fahlberg revealed texts Jay Jones had sent, perhaps mistakenly, to Virginia state Del. Carrie Coyner, bemoaning the cordial remarks then-Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert, a Republican, was delivering after the death of a Democrat. “If those guys die before me,” Jones wrote, “I will go to their funerals to p– on their graves. Send them out awash in something.” Prompted, he goes on. “Three people, two bullets. Gilbert, hitler, and pol pot.

Dr. Thomas Sowell famously and rightly remarked when people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination. The counter-programming from secretary of War Pete Hegseth during his September 30 Quantico speech to top military brass doubtless received a frosty reception from at least some of the high-ranking commissioned officers who had grown accustomed to preferential treatment. Consider the psychological mindset of a DIE-privileged general, perhaps someone like Hegseth’s predecessor (the race- and climate-obsessed Gen. Lloyd Austin) or Gen. C.Q. Brown, Jr., formerly of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a vocal supporter of Black Lives Matter. Or perhaps a waddling, comically obese officer such as(Snip) Gen. Mark Milley.

Tommy Robinson has been a deeply divisive figure in British politics since the rise of the English Defense League in the early 2010s. His detractors have labeled him a “white supremacist” and an “Islamophobe,” while his supporters have hailed him as the only person speaking truth to power over mass migration and radical Islam. This division has, naturally, stretched into the British Jewish community. Yet as the crisis of security for the British Jewish community has worsened, in particular since October 7, when antisemitism exploded across the UK, more and more British Jews have warmed to the formerly untouchable Tommy Robinson.

Come on, civil war in Europe was inevitable. The New World Order Globalist Oppressors built a system that is failing so hard, not one sector of any of their captured economies is working properly. Europe is in a recession directly as a result of the bone-headed policies. The working people of every country are fit to be tied and September 13th is looking to be the day of days of protest in the U.K.with millions on the street. Instead of the pierced and purple-haired scavenger class littering the cities with their puffy bodies and wrecked minds, these are the people who make the country work. And they have considerable economic power.

“A Small European Nation Has a Big Explosions Problem,” a New York Times story recently reported. The story clarified that the small nation was the Netherlands, it never did clarify who was behind the over 700 bombings so far this year.Saying it out loud would have been impolite. European nations, small and great, have all sorts of mysterious unexplained problems that they never used to before. The Netherlands has a rash of bombings. In the UK, acid attacks are up 75%.Much like the bombings in the Netherlands, none of the news stories clarify why a phenomenon associated with a whole other part of the world had migrated to the UK.

President Joe Biden allied his Department of Agriculture with liberal activist groups to register Americans to vote and staff polling locations, potentially in violation of federal law, according to a memo shared with the Daily Caller. The practice has since been undone by President Donald Trump, who directed his administration to conduct a review of the Biden administration’s federal get-out-the-vote programs. Biden signed an executive order in March 2021, rescinded by Trump in March 2025, which required federal agencies to register and mobilize voters. Under Biden’s order, the USDA partnered with the American Civil Liberties Union and Dēmos, a left-wing public policy advocacy group, to implement the president’s plan,

There have been countless examples of liberalism being a mental disorder. Here is another one: Two researchers from Western Michigan University have written a paper [snip] The paper argues that intentionally spreading alpha-gal syndrome (AGS), a potentially life-threatening allergy to red meat, could be not only morally defensible, but perhaps even necessary, in order to reduce animal suffering and combat climate change. Here are the authors, Parker Crutchfield and Blake Hereth, in their own words: Because promoting tickborne AGS prevents something bad from happening, doesn’t violate anyone’s rights, and promotes virtuous action or character, it follows that promoting tickborne AGS is strongly pro tanto (‘to that extent’) morally obligatory.

A notoriously violent two-block stretch of Brooklyn is fighting crime — by keeping uniformed cops away, The Post has learned. NYPD officials agreed to turn a sliver of Brownsville in the NYPD’s 73rd Precinct into a “police free zone” last week as part of an city-funded experiment called the Brownsville Safety Alliance that initially was only twice a year but now runs four times annually. And it’s an initiative that’s received praise from anti-cop, mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani, an official with the group that runs it told The Post.

Protesting the direction of the country under President Donald Trump, people will gather Saturday in the nation’s capital and communities across the U.S. for “ No Kings ” demonstrations — what the president’s Republican Party is calling “Hate America” rallies. This is the third mass mobilization since Trump’s return to the White House and it is expected to be the largest. It comes against the backdrop of a government shutdown that not only has closed federal programs and services, but is testing the core balance of power as an aggressive executive confronts Congress and the courts in ways that organizers warn are a slide toward American authoritarianism.

Texas attorney general Ken Paxton has asked the Texas State Securities Board (TSSB) to review what he says is evidence that entities tied to the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC)’s EPIC City project violated state and federal securities laws — and to refer the matter back so he can file suit. Paxton called the alleged misconduct “flagrant,” arguing that state law requires a TSSB referral before his office can bring a securities action. After a thorough investigation, it has become clear that the developers behind EPIC City flagrantly and undeniably violated the law,” said Attorney General Paxton.
