A federal judge on Sunday temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deploying any National Guard units to Oregon, including the California National Guard. California and Oregon sought the temporary restraining order after the president sent guard members from California to Oregon earlier in the day. On Saturday, the same judge temporarily blocked the administration from deploying Oregon National Guard troops to Portland. A Pentagon spokesperson said in a statement that about 200 federalized members of the California National Guard who had been on duty around Los Angeles were being reassigned to Portland. Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek said about 100 arrived Saturday and around 100 more were en route Sunday.

Maybe next this judge will order Trump not to send US Navy aircraft carriers to the Far East because she does not think they are needed there.

The iconic lakerman has returned! The founding fathers, geniuses that the were, in writing our constitution, did not provide a quick way to fire bad judges. Joe Biden has contaminated the federal judiciary at all levels, and we need a quick constitutional amendment, or a constitutional convention, to handle scofflaw judges. And for those here who remember me, I am a moderate person.but lawfare will kill our country. it must be stopped.

How long is the Supreme Court going to put up with all this craziness? Maybe instead of merely making a court decision against these judges there ought to be some punitive action also.

Maybe we need another civil war; red versus blue. I watched part of a live with Oregon's governor (white female with a dude haircut) and DA (feminine looking white youth) and the mayor (old white coot) of Portland. It was pitiful. The old white coot didn't seem to be familiar with Zoom; took him forever to speak when it was his turn. They said they'd ordered the Oregon NG to stand down and the police force to ensure the NG was not operating on the ground. Hmm, are they using the Chinese military to stop them? I'd like to see that stand down. Imagine the NG squaring up with the local police. That would be some match. They took questions from "journalists" who were tuned in, and a journalist with a hispanic name asked a question. He challenged them to respond to hispanics aka illegals who felt the rioters were doing them more harm than good. At first it was crickets. Well, how did HE get in the question cue? The silly white female governor whose pronouns are she/her, not them, rattled on with something about caring for the plight of the illegals, branded as all her citizens. What a joke! These people are so dumb, it's like someone has deliberately made them so. Hmm. . .

Hire some mercenaries and let them take out the rioters. They have no allegiance to the country or the laws. I have had enough of this stupidity. We follow the laws and they are free to ignore them with no consequence? That is NOT how you win the war they are perpetrating.

SCOTUS has to squash this ASAP. If not, In circumstances far more dire, a loony federal judge somewhere could believe he has the power to prevent the president rom acting to confront a threat the "jurist" believes is unfounded. Madness.

This Judge was nominated and confirmed apparently during the early part of the first Trump term when Trump was still taking advice from the establishment Republicans many of who were and are actually RINOS. During this second politically smarted up Trump term, chances are she would not have a chance to be nominated by Trump to be a Federal Judge.

Hamas has agreed to a peace deal pushed by President Donald Trump to end the war in Gaza and return the hostages, two years after the terrorist network attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, sparking not only the bloodiest day for Jews since the Holocaust, but a deadly war and a humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. Trump took to Truth Social on Wednesday to make the announcement: "I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan. This means that ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw

A Florida firebug has been arrested for allegedly “maliciously” sparking the Palisades Fire — the most destructive wildfire in Los Angeles history — that left 12 dead and caused about $150 billion in damages earlier this year, the feds revealed Wednesday. Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, is accused of sparking January’s raging inferno that devastated more than 6,000 homes and buildings in the wealthy coastal enclave. “Rinderknecht started a fire in Pacific Palisades on New Year’s Day — a blaze that eventually turned into one of the most destructive fires in Los Angeles history, causing death and widespread destruction,” Acting US Attorney Bill Essayli said.

On Monday, during an appearance on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show,” Gov. Pritzker said, “The broader goal, I believe, is the militarization of major American cities before the 2026 elections. Let me be clear about what’s going on on the streets of Chicago. They have dressed ICE and CBP in fatigues, put them in military gear, including with automatic weapons, and had them marching up

Twenty years ago, when Dan Rather was pushed out from CBS News following a controversial 2004 report on former President George W. Bush’s National Guard service, it was a massive scandal. While many remember it for being predicated upon shaky documents, it was also incredibly prophetic about the future media landscape: One that’s rapidly consumed by corporate interests, political pressure and the erosion of editorial independence. After a 24-year tenure in the anchor chair of the “CBS Evening News,” Rather did not depart quietly. “They sacrificed support for independent journalism for corporate financial gain, and in so doing, I think they undermined a lot at CBS News,”

China is actively preparing for war against the United States. The signs are obvious and ominous. During the Biden regime, we saw the first signs of it. The Chinese began a campaign of "elite capture" in the Western Pacific, quietly buying legislators until they controlled the parliaments of at least eight nations and then negotiating defense agreements, that, in the case of the Solomon Islands, gives China the right to deploy troops there to put down civil unrest; see China Seeks to Buy Eight Pacific Island Nations While Joe Biden and His State Department Are Comatose – RedState. FBI/Justice Department special counsel — and unconstitutionally appointed Biden attack dog — Jack Smith tracked the private communications of multiple Republican senators, according to a shocking new allegation. Smith, whom U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled was unconstitutionally appointed to go after then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, has a myriad of scandals in his past — including accusations of witness payoffs and illegal wiretaps from former Rep. One of the key issues critics of Antifa's increased presence in front of the ICE building in Portland have been emphasizing over the last three months revolves around the fact that the Portland Police Department rarely, if ever, intervenes in the instances where agitators are aggressively harassing people and, in some cases, get violent with them. We've documented it extensively here, including one very recent case involving TPM investigative reporter Katie Daviscourt, who was allegedly assaulted by a "peaceful protester" who appeared to deliberately wave a flag pole in her face, which Daviscourt says hit her in the eye, causing a black eye.
