FBI/Justice Department special counsel — and unconstitutionally appointed Biden attack dog — Jack Smith tracked the private communications of multiple Republican senators, according to a shocking new allegation.
Smith, whom U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled was unconstitutionally appointed to go after then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, has a myriad of scandals in his past — including accusations of witness payoffs and illegal wiretaps from former Rep. Rick Renzi (R-Ariz.). But this new scandal shows that the scope of Smith’s sketchy activities under the Biden administration was much larger than previously realized.

Permission to 'investigate' was approved on the basis of fraudulent 'evidence'. And Smith knew this to be true. He should suffer the consequences of true justice including loss of freedom AND his law license.

Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania....

Grassley? Sure. Fine. What enforcement power does he have? I’m sick and tired of congressional revelations, hearings and testimonies. Republican House and Senate leaders make a lot of noise on Dem criminal activities, but it’s all just noise. No indictments. No trials. No incarcerations.

What #8 said. It’s why Senator Tommy Tuberville is likely getting out of Dodge. He is a fighter, a patriot and a disciplined worker in a Republican club where those traits are not appreciated at all. Wake me when one of these Senators spied on will DO something about it.

Why hasn't Smith been indicted?! For that matter, why hasn't Mayorkas been indicted?! After all, he DID lie to Congress on multiple occasions!

It seems to me that in filing the paperwork to investigate the various Republicans, Smith, Comey, and the rest of these evil 'Rats had to swear under oath that the investigations were legit.
As they KNEW they were false from the get-go, shouldn't each of them be charged with Perjury?
I'm thinking the penalty for that is pretty severe.

Amen! poster 8 and others. Our side talks as if to incite us to riot or take matters into our own hands. I've gotten to the point where I no longer care to listen. We elected them to act for us; they expect us or some fairy to act for them. It makes me think it's all about getting us to vote to keep them in power. We need young conservatives in office. There are way too many old ones in congress; they struggle to talk during interviews and hearings. I like you, but good grief, Chuck G! Dang!

I would imagine that Jack Smith’s chief cheerleader, promoter, and character champion, his “boss,” Merick Garland, is remarkably unavailable for comment.
Is it just me, or do others also consider that the “Baby Boomer” generation of Democrats have trashed every shred of “political capital” the party had built up all the way back to the Reconstruction Era, after the Civil War. Their arrogance and narcissism has preceded their fall, and crashing and burning they are. The best thing that could happen for Democrats would be if several of their “Elite Donor Class” were to be Federally indicted on charges related to racketeering, terrorism, and a host of other borderline “treason” charges. Secretly, Dems would be on their knees, thanking Trump for getting rid of some of their worst funders/influencers/oppressors, like George Soros. Nothing good ever comes to you, should George take an interest in your “business.”

As much as I would like to blame Biden for all of our current ills, including the despicable Jack Smith, I believe that Jack Smith IS the modern era's stand-in for Mephistopheles.
