"Jimmy Kimmel Live!" host Jimmy Kimmel insisted that he never intended to make light of Charlie Kirk's assassination in comments that led to his show's suspension.
Tuesday night was the first show Kimmel hosted since Disney announced its return on Monday after nearly a week off the air.
Kimmel came out to a standing ovation which continued into chants of "Jimmy! Jimmy! Jimmy!" and ongoing cheering.
"If you are just joining us, we are preempting your regularly scheduled encore episode of 'Celebrity Family Feud,' we’re bringing you this special report," Kimmel opened. "I’m happy to be here with you tonight."

Hillary Clinton hit out at white Christian men just two weeks after Charlie Kirk's assassination. The former first lady found fault with Christian conservatism during an appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe Wednesday, saying she disapproved of the ideology because it promotes division. The movement has picked up momentum thanks to people like Kirk, whose evangelical faith shaped his politics. He was killed earlier this month while speaking at a college campus in southern Utah.

Nicole Sirotek, founder of American Frontline Nurses, claimed that she received a frantic 4 a.m. call from a distraught husband whose pregnant wife is now on a ventilator after overdosing on Tylenol.
According to Sirotek, the woman, who was between 23 and 25 weeks pregnant, attempted to ingest massive amounts of Tylenol in an effort to “prove Donald Trump wrong” after his recent remarks linking acetaminophen use during pregnancy to autism.

In a bizarre "stand" against President Trump, liberal pregnant women have taken to social media, posting videos of themselves taking Tylenol. This comes after a major announcement on Monday, where the Trump administration said that they will no longer recommend pregnant women take Tylenol, as they believe it may increase the chances of a child being born with autism. Even if the announcement were untrue, why would these mothers risk hurting their children simply to rub it in President Trump's face? It is less of taking a stand, and more of just plain stupidity.

Two Arkansas sisters are begging for money after they were caught on camera trashing a Charlie Kirk memorial and got canned from their jobs.
Kerri, 23, and Kaylee Rollo, 22, set up a GoFundMe seeking $18,000 to cover legal fees last week after they were arrested days earlier for allegedly vandalizing a Kirk memorial of candles and signs on the Benton County Courthouse steps for the assassinated Turning Point USA co-founder.
“My sibling and I are being doxxed online and my sibling was fired from their job,” Kaylee wrote in the GoFundMe, adding that their First Amendment rights were being violated.

Violet Affleck took the stage at the United Nations (U.N.) to demand clean air and as her father, Hollywood star Ben Affleck, wrestles with his smoking habit.
Wearing a KN95 mask, the 19-year-old Yale freshman addressed the "Healthy Indoor Air: A Global Call to Action" panel Tuesday in New York.
Over four minutes, Violet urged governments to bring back mask mandates, invest in clean-air infrastructure and recognize "filtered air as a human right as intuitively as we do filtered water."
"We can create clean air infrastructure that is so ubiquitous and so obviously necessary so that tomorrow’s children don’t even know why we need it," Violet warned delegates. But one expert

California Governor Gavin Newsom lashed out at General Motors CEO Mary Barra, claiming she 'sold out' the state by backing away from a ban on gas cars.
GM, America's largest car company, says it is simply responding to what drivers actually want — exposing a widening gap between what customers want and Newsom's aggressive push for electric vehicles.
The automaker has doubled down on gas models and, according to the governor, lobbied state officials to roll back California’s landmark clean car law.

The Department of War will ask President Donald Trump for final approval to execute the Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Hasan, a DOW official told the Daily Caller News Foundation exclusively. The execution, if approved by Trump, would be the first carried out by the military since 1961. Hasan, a former Army Major and psychiatrist turnedradical Islamic terrorist, killed 13 people and wounded 32 others during his notorious rampage on the Army base in 2009. “I am 100 percent committed to ensuring the death penalty is carried out for Nidal Hasan,” Hegseth exclusively told the DCNF.

With violent crime unchecked in major American cities, President Donald Trump has moved to lower thefts, assaults and murders by providing federal help to besieged local police. How do Americans feel about this? They mostly favor local control, but don’t entirely reject federal involvement in local policing, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows.
September’s national online I&I/TIPP Poll asked 1,362 adults: “President Trump has moved to take control of the Washington, D.C., police. Do you mostly favor or mostly oppose the federal government running local police departments?”

The California Legislature passed, and Gov. Gavin Newsom eagerly signed, a bill that forbids law enforcement officers from concealing their identities with masks. The law applies to local as well as federal officers, but it’s clearly intended to make it easier to dox federal immigration agents. Of course the administration says it will ignore the law. So what happens when local and state officers try to enforce it?
A war?
California also forbids federal agents from enforcing immigration law in state courthouses. Again, the potential for blue-on-blue violence is ramped up by a Democratic

A registered Democrat mother in New Jersey is going viral after posting a TikTok video admitting she had her political “turning point” the day her 11-year-old daughter came home from school saying she hated Charlie Kirk—without even knowing who he was.[snip] Kryssa revealed she never spoke about Kirk in her household, nor had her daughter seen his videos. The hate, she realized, was planted elsewhere, inside the classroom. Her daughter, a sixth-grader, is surrounded by classmates who regularly bash Trump supporters, and Kryssa admitted that peer pressure already made her daughter feel uncomfortable that her mother supports President Trump.
