Democrats in Congress have released a note allegedly signed by US President Donald Trump and sent to Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th birthday in 2003. Lawyers for Epstein's estate sent documents to the House Oversight Committee after they were subpoenaed last month. Democratic members of the committee posted a copy of the alleged letter, which features a drawing of a woman's body, on X on Monday. "President Trump did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it," the White House said.

Yeah. Right. Let’s see, just as an example, they concocted Russian collusion at the highest levels of federal government and stuck with the lie. They concocted false felony charges at the highest levels of NY state government, as well as GA state government and stuck with the lie. Now they have concocted…..a birthday card……that absolutely does not sound like Trump….and have a new lie to trumpet. It is obvious to me that the only way you believe this is John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

What is the difference between this and hillary paying for lies and the rat party spending hundreds of millions to try and substantiate that lie? All of it is treason or previous personal slander at best. I wish with all my heart that a pack of lawyers, agents and investigators would pursue this to the source, AND wrap up all the scum that fueled it. It is dismissed as a pathetic, inept, slur, here and elsewhere, but this entire campaign is causing a deep divide and much harm throughout the world. It is not petty, it is a cancer, and part of a demonic coup. It deserves all the resources required to destroy the scum who made it and cheer it.

Who cares! How many other acquaintances did Trump also send birthday wishes to in 2003? How many things were sent out under his name as a business courtesy like Christmas cards and sympathy cards? Will Democrats start sending subpoenas for those list from twenty years ago too? Bet we would find a few interesting names if we scanned the Democrats mailing lists.

This was timed to blunt other issues impacting Democrats and the hope is their rabid followers will believe it's true. After all, ABC's Good Morning America led off the program with nearly 8 minutes devoted to this topic. Why? Because they know there are a LOT of prominent Democrats who were involved with Epstein and they need to find a way to cushion the blows that are about to come. And they needed a new story to come out that would deflect from the out on no-cash bail murderer in Charlotte, NC which is the main plank of inner-city reforms enacted in the past few years by today's Democrat party.

A federal judge on Tuesday granted a temporary restraining order blocking President Donald Trump’s firing of Federal Reserve governor Lisa Cook for now. The ruling means Cook will remain on the board of the central bank until her case is heard at length. She is allowed to continue carrying out her work during that time. In granting the order, U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb said that "the Court will enter an injunction directing [Fed Chair Jerome] Powell and the Board of Governors to allow Cook to continue to operate as a member of the Board for the pendency of this litigation."

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to decide the legality of Donald Trump's sweeping global tariffs, setting up a major test of one of the Republican president's boldest assertions of executive power that has been central to his economic and trade agenda. The justices took up the Justice Department's appeal of a lower court's ruling that Trump overstepped his authority in imposing most of his tariffs under a federal law meant for emergencies. The court swiftly acted after the administration last week asked it to review the case, which implicates trillions of dollars in customs duties over the next decade.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday temporarily allowed the Trump administration to hold on to billions in foreign aid funds that it wants to cancel, setting up a high-stakes battle over the president’s power to unilaterally cancel funds mandated by Congress. The one-page order, signed by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., paused the part of a lower court ruling that required the government to pay some $4 billion of the $4.9 billion rescissions request that the Trump administration sent to Congress last month. The Supreme Court order also asked the initial challengers to the funding freeze to respond by this Friday.

As RedState reported, the Trump administration scored a big win on Monday, with the Supreme Court staying a lower court ruling barring ICE from conducting immigration stops without probable cause. The original decision, which came from Biden-appointed California District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, was spawned after a series of high-profile raids carried out in Los Angeles. At the time, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) proclaimed that "justice has prevailed." I suspect he won't be quite as optimistic about or respectful of the Supreme Court's latest smackdown. Of course, this decision wasn't unanimous. As expected, the three liberal justices went the other way,

President Donald Trump is still facing a $83.3 million payment to writer E. Jean Carroll after a federal appeals court rejected his challenge of a defamation verdict against him Monday. The ruling from the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholds a lower court decision finding that Trump did, in fact, defame Carroll. Trump's lawyers argued his comments about Carroll were protected by presidential immunity and that the verdict in the case was unjust. The three-judge panel rejected both of those claims. "We conclude that Trump has failed to identify any grounds that would warrant reconsidering our prior holding on presidential immunity. We also conclude that the district court did not err

The Supreme Court on Monday lifted a judge’s limits on Los Angeles-area immigration stops based on a person speaking Spanish or working in a certain profession. The Trump administration urged the high court for the emergency intervention, calling the order a “straitjacket” on enforcement efforts in an epicenter of the president’s immigration crackdown. The ruling appeared to fall along the court’s 6-3 ideological lines, though the justices are not required to publicly disclose their votes in emergency orders. The one-paragraph order contained no explanation, as is typical. Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Trump’s second appointee to the court, penned a solo opinion indicating the plaintiffs likely have no legal right to sue

Axios took the "Republicans Pounce" mantra of biased media reporting to an absurd new low on Monday, portraying the murder of 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a political football being used by conservatives as a talking point on crime. Not a grisly murder, which it was. Not a murder that was wholly preventable because a career criminal roaming the streets perpetrated it, having been released without bail earlier in the year. Nay, the message reporter Marc Caputo derived from the story was a case of the sads that Zarutska's death might validate messaging from people concerned about crime.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has become the rare figure who draws as much raw hostility from Democrats as Donald Trump ever has. That fact alone is remarkable. Democrats once celebrated Kennedy as the scion of a legendary political dynasty. They now treat him as a menace to society. His break from the blue ranks last year, and the populist movement he has built, mirrors Trump’s earlier rebellion against establishment Republicans. That similarity explains why both men are uniquely loathed by Democratic insiders. The fury stems not just from Kennedy’s decision to leave the Democrat party, but from how he left.
