Conservative activist Scott Presler is sounding the alarm for Republicans, warning that unless the party immediately changes its strategy, November could bring devastating losses. In a late-night video, Presler said he wasn’t trying to spread doom and gloom, but reality. “I’m not here to bring you a happy video. I’m here to give you a dose of reality,” he began. "I'm here to tell you, Republicans are gonna lose everything this November unless we change things and quickly." Presler pointed to three key battlegrounds—Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania—where Republicans are in danger of losing everything. “You’re gonna lose the governorship in Virginia and you’re gonna have a Democrat.

The guy is warning about states where the vote will be close. He says Republicans need to focus on mail-in ballots like he did in 2024 in Pennsylvania. He also says if Republicans don't, these elections are already lost. Republicans need to take every advantage they can get.

Time to play up and play the game. Voters who only vote when Trump is on the ballot need to get out and vote. Also, our voters who only vote in presidential elections need to get out and vote. Trump got about 750,000 votes in NYC last election. Instead of sitting around and talking about how hopeless it is to stop the Marxist running for Mayor they should be getting the Trump voters to put down the remote and go vote. It's all about turnout. The Marxists are on a religious crusade. They turn out every election and vote.

Big money Dem supporters from all over the country are pouring money into Virginia for the Democrats. Winsome Earle-Sears, the Republican candidate, isn't as well known as Spanberger and doesn't have as much money to get her message out. Glen Youngkin has been an excellent governor and has Virginia doing better than any recent Democrat governor but he can't run for re-election. If Spanberger and the rest of that ticket get in office, Virginia will not be a right-to-work state for much longer despite about 80% or more wanting it to remain so. The Dem candidates are in the labor union's pocket.

It all depends upon the collective intelligence of the American legal voters. If we allow the singing old hippies and green-haired trannies to shape our future we are doomed. If we don't fix the inevitable cheating we are doomed. The democrat party is insanely desperate and will formulate other scams like Russia-Russia, pandemics and every type of fraud we can imagine to get their power and money back.

Excuse me, but where is Glenn Youngkin giving Winsome Sears an assist? If she is a weak candidate and that is a big "IF," let's get moving on helping her. By the way, if you haven't heard of Scott Presler, there have been articles right here on Lucianne that probably got skipped over. It is those elections outside of the presidential election where most of the shenanigans occur. How do you think Tony Evers won the governorship in Wisconsin? I don't trust the liberals at USPS who have "lost" ballots from conservative areas. I don't trust our dominion machines either. So I take my mail in ballot and hand deliver it to the registrar of voters on the last day they accept them, which in my state is two days prior to the vote.

Republican Sen. Joni Ernst of Iowa is not running for reelection to a third term in the 2026 midterms, according to reports. Multiple sources close to the 55-year-old senator told CBS News about her decision, which is expected to be officially announced on Sept. 4. Ernst's decision to retire, which had been rumored for months, will create an open seat in the heavily Republican-leaning state. Ernst succeeded longtime Democratic Sen. Tom Harkin and gained fame with her anti-pork barrel spending slogan: “Make ‘em squeal.” Ernst and Sen. Chuck Grassley hold Iowa's Senate seats, while all four of the state's congressional districts are also held by Republicans.

It has been fully recognized since the November election that the Democratic Party has been hobbled more than a three-legged gelding, but things refuse to improve for that lot. Throughout this year, the party has seen its prospects withering across the board, whether it is in internal operations, public approval, voting efforts, fundraising, or media outreach. And much like the condition of the national media industry, there is no desire exhibited by them to change what is not working. And this week it became even worse. It was announced that the Bill Gates Foundation was suspending its monetary involvement with one of the primary non-profits affiliated with the Democratic Party.

Would anyone be surprised if they were? After all, progressives have spent decades championing abortion at all phases of pregnancy right up to birth -- and sometimes immediately after. Over the last decade, they have taken up the Queer Movement's transgender campaign and demanded pediatric sex-change therapies that leave adolescents neutered for life. Their climate-change agenda emphasizes the need for population reversal and rails over the insult to Gaia that human procreation creates. They're not exactly kid-friendly, in other words. But don't just rely on instincts and political posturing on this question, because actual data shows that progressives practice what they preach. Financial Times analyst John Burn-Murdoch

A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to expand a fast-track deportation process, ruling that the broadened application of the sped-up process creates “a significant risk” that immigrants who may be entitled to stay in the U.S. will be hustled out of the country. In a decision issued Friday evening, U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb granted a request by an immigrant advocacy group to put a hold on a pair of policies the administration issued in January that made millions more immigrants eligible for expulsion from the U.S. under a process known as “expedited removal.”

California Gov. Democrats have long attacked the idea of offering “thoughts and prayers” for the victims and their families in the wake of mass shootings, arguing that political action is needed, particularly gun control legislation.

NEW YORK - A divided U.S. appeals court ruled on Friday that most of Donald Trump's tariffs are illegal, undercutting the Republican president's use of the levies as a key international economic policy tool. The court allowed the tariffs to remain in place through October 14 to give the Trump administration a chance to file an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump has made tariffs a pillar of U.S. foreign policy in his second term, using them to exert political pressure and renegotiate trade deals with countries that export goods to the United States. The tariffs have given the Trump administration leverage to extract economic concessions

There used to be an axiom in politics that high voter turnout always favored the Democrats because it meant that more minorities and other demographic groups that favored Democrats showed up to vote. That's simply not true today. The realization that fewer people voting is better for Democrats upends 60 years of Democratic strategy about maximizing voter turnout of all demographic groups. Previously, the thinking was that increasing voter turnout for all groups was good for Democrats because even if GOTV efforts brought a few more Republicans to the polls, the massive numbers of Democratic voters would swamp any opponent.
