Team Trump Keeps Winning Case after Case
in Federal Court

Original Article

I wrote previously about the out of control federal judiciary and the measures Congress and higher federal courts could take to rein in the activist judges. One of those remedies was for the United States Supreme Court to disallow the use of Nationwide Injunctions. SCOTUS ruled against the use of Nationwide Injunctions under the Judiciary Act of 1789, as I wrote about here (though, the High Court left the door open to the abuse of the Nationwide Injunction under other authorities, such as “class action” relief). In the meantime, the Trump Administration just keeps winning one case after another.

And it will continue. Yes, the Supreme Joke created a limited number of boundaries for the Clinton, Obambi, Biden Inferior Court Black Robed Activist. Chief Jester Johnnie Roberts didn't want o spoil his cell puke Boaberg's ability to conduct Just-Us lawfare. when Trump nominates the next court jester, he should nominate the individual dual as the new Chief Jester. Fire Johnie boy from his Chief Jester job.

If nothing else, it has shown us that Democrat-nominated "judges" are just other political hacks.

Never have trusted Roberts ...ever since that walk in the park and his falling down...yeah right....the justices have been intimidated by the Washington DC elites...and Justice Thomas is the only one I trust....completely....as for the women on the court...I'm sick to death of their "emotional" rulings...think by the law.....written to protect US....and Ethel Merman should resign and go to Broadway...where she belongs...typical democrat!!

Just think how much more good President Trump and his administration could do if he wasn’t obstructed by these carbon copy restraining orders by these Democrat partisan district court judges. The time is overdue for SCOTUS to shut this practice down.

When someone brings a case against Trump admin and Trump admin wins, can't they ask that the plaintiff to pay all the court costs the Trump admin has accumulated? A few charges like that should bring these lawsuits to a halt.

The Democrats Brazen Hypocrisy on Texas Redistricting 6 replies

Democrats in the Texas Legislature were carted to Illinois to try to prevent the Texas Legislature from considering redistricting in the Special Session called by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. While there, the AWOL Texas Democrat legislators, and other prominent Democrat politicians all over the Country, claimed the effort by Texas Republicans to redistrict is “cheating,” “outrageous” and a “threat” to democracy. As usual, the Democrats are guilty of what they accuse Republicans. Democrats are the ones who conduct partisan redistricting all over America. When they gerrymander districts, however, they claim that is “democracy at work.” Here is the truth.

Conservative media are understandably consumed by the revelations surrounding the Clinton Campaign and Democrat Party’s Russia Collusion Hoax, and rightfully so. I wrote extensively about the Russia Collusion Hoax in Volumes 2 and 3 of the Fake News Exposed about Trump series. I find it gratifying to see more truth come out about that Clinton Campaign/DNC initiated propaganda campaign. At the same time, some of President Trump’s most impactful public policy, trade policy and legislative wins are being overlooked. This article will focus on more of President Trump’s economic and legislative wins.

I suppose doom and gloom sells newspapers and gets clicks, because the media, including conservative media, trip all over themselves highlighting the Trump Administration’s set backs in federal court. The Trump Administration’s wins in federal court get much less attention. Nevertheless, the Trump Administration keeps chalking up wins in this endless sea of litigation. Some of these wins are huge. Here are a couple more.

When President Trump reached the 100 day mark in this his second term, Fake News Media and their counterparts in the Democrat Party went into overdrive pushing the narrative that Trump is the most “unpopular President” ever. These claims were based on selected public opinion polls. The polls were misinformation and, sadly, this was not the first time bad polling was used to push a leftist narrative. In the “age of Trump” public opinion polling from the many of the prominent legacy media polling outfits is slanted heavily toward Democrats and the left. The results repeatedly favor the Democrats and leftists causes.

Every time a leftist judge issues any ruling against the Trump Administration, the Fake News Media hyperventilates reporting about it. Yet, when the Trump Administration prevails in federal court, even when leftist district judges get rebuked by higher courts, the Fake News Media’s reporting is much more subdued. Team Trump notched several more court victories of late. I wrote about several of these victories in previous articles. Here are a couple more.

While the number of the (often frivolous) legal challenges filed against the Trump Administration is utterly ridiculous, the Fake News Media says very little about the Trump Administration’s victories, while rulings against the Trump Administrationg are relentlessly reported. In this article, I will shine some light on a few more of the Trump Administration’s important legal victories. Among the recent victories are cases involving Refugee Resettlement, efforts to dox (obtain the identities) of DOGE personnel and efforts to block DOGE personnel from working on the dismantling of the rogue agency USAID.

The massive amount of orchestrated legal attacks against the Trump Administration is unprecedented. The litigation tracker by the law and policy journal Just Security tags the number of cases against the Trump Administration at 112. The sheer volume of the cases, the speed at which the cases develop, and the oftentimes inaccurate media reports about those developments, make staying abreast of the cases a daunting task. As I waded into these cases, one issue I noticed is a lack of reporting on the Trump Administration’s wins. In this article, I will address a couple of the Trump Administration’s victories in the ongoing lawfare battles.

European Parliament members, including Branko Grims, recently nominated Elon Musk for the Nobel Peace Prize. Legacy media reported on the nomination as you probably heard. Elon Musk is a worthy candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize, though he apparently does not want any prizes. The outgoing Biden Regime undermined the American Middle Class for the last four years with one misguided policy after another. As the final days of the Biden Regime run out, I plan to write a few articles detailing some of these policies. In this article, I outline some of the Biden Regime’s efforts to devalue homes owned by suburban Americans. Readers will be quickly reminded the end of Joseph R. Biden’s Presidency cannot come soon enough.

Hurricane Erin strengthened back into a Category 4 behemoth over the weekend, the latest shift in what has been a remarkably fast-changing storm. The hurricane’s behavior in recent days makes it one of the fastest-strengthening Atlantic hurricanes on record and yet another indication that climate change is increasing the risk of rapidly intensifying storms. Erin became the first hurricane of this year’s Atlantic season Friday and exploded in strength from a Category 1 into a Category 5 storm in a little over 24 hours. Even after it weakened and re-strengthened into a Category 4 storm, Erin’s jaw-dropping transformation ranks it among the five storms

The National Park Service reportedly fired a trans Yosemite National Park ranger who hung a transgender pride flag across the park’s El Capitan rock formation in California earlier this year. Shannon "SJ" Joslin, 35, wrote an Instagram post on Monday claiming to have been fired from the park "for practicing my First Amendment right" after hanging the 55-foot by 35-foot flag across Yosemite’s iconic rock destination in May. Joslin, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, claimed to have raised the flag while off-duty and as a private citizen. "I was fired by the temporary Deputy Superintendent for ‘failing to
Was the FBI Behind the Oklahoma Bombing? 30 replies

It has always been hard to believe that the truck-bombing of the A.P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, which killed 168 people, including 19 children at a daycare center, was planned by just one or two perpetrators acting alone. However, the official story states that the mastermind was Gulf War veteran Timothy McVeigh, and that the two others sentenced with him only helped him in various ways. Right from the start, warning signs indicated that the investigation was being misled. The FBI developed a story claiming that a group called the Patriots Movement, which included anti-government extremists and white supremacists, was responsible for the attack.

Mark Hamill, the man most famous for playing the character of Luke Skywalker, recently admitted that he nearly packed his bags after Donald Trump won re-election in 2024. Apparently, the thought of another Trump term sent the actor spiraling into the dark side, ready to abandon this country altogether. He even floated the idea past his wife, Marilou York, offering her a choice between moving to London or settling in Ireland. It's a bold proclamation on its surface, but like so many of Hollywood’s political temper tantrums, it ended in retreat.

The border wall separating the United States and Mexico is being painted black to make it too hot for migrants to climb. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem revealed the project was a specific request from Donald Trump as the president celebrated 'ZERO releases' of illegal migrants into the country. 'In the hot temperatures down here, when something is painted black it gets even warmer,' Noem said during a press conference in front of the wall on Tuesday. She noted the structure is already hard to climb and near impossible to dig under, but said Trump's latest measure will help to secure the American border even further.

House Speaker Dustin Burrows (R-Lubbock) issued a requirement that Democrat representatives must sign an agreement to be escorted by a DPS trooper on Monday after the legislators returned from a two-week quorum-breaking hiatus.

Russia launched 270 drones and 10 missiles against Ukraine on August 19, in a kinetic response to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's White House talks with US President Donald Trump and key European allies. Ukrainian regional officials said that over 24 hours Russian shelling across the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, and Kherson regions had claimed the lives of 15 people and injured at least 76 more. It was reported that the Poltava region was hit particularly hard, leaving over 1,500 residents without electricity. In Chernihiv, drones damaged infrastructure and disrupted power supplies.
