Conservative media are understandably consumed by the revelations surrounding the Clinton Campaign and Democrat Party’s Russia Collusion Hoax, and rightfully so. I wrote extensively about the Russia Collusion Hoax in Volumes 2 and 3 of the Fake News Exposed about Trump series. I find it gratifying to see more truth come out about that Clinton Campaign/DNC initiated propaganda campaign. At the same time, some of President Trump’s most impactful public policy, trade policy and legislative wins are being overlooked. The Trump Administration Wins Again

I suppose doom and gloom sells newspapers and gets clicks, because the media, including conservative media, trip all over themselves highlighting the Trump Administration’s set backs in federal court. The Trump Administration’s wins in federal court get much less attention. Nevertheless, the Trump Administration keeps chalking up wins in this endless sea of litigation. Some of these wins are huge. Here are a couple more.
When President Trump reached the 100 day mark in this his second term, Fake News Media and their counterparts in the Democrat Party went into overdrive pushing the narrative that Trump is the most “unpopular President” ever. These claims were based on selected public opinion polls. The polls were misinformation and, sadly, this was not the first time bad polling was used to push a leftist narrative. In the “age of Trump” public opinion polling from the many of the prominent legacy media polling outfits is slanted heavily toward Democrats and the left. The results repeatedly favor the Democrats and leftists causes.
Every time a leftist judge issues any ruling against the Trump Administration, the Fake News Media hyperventilates reporting about it. Yet, when the Trump Administration prevails in federal court, even when leftist district judges get rebuked by higher courts, the Fake News Media’s reporting is much more subdued. Team Trump notched several more court victories of late. I wrote about several of these victories in previous articles. Here are a couple more.
More Good News on the Lawfare Front

While the number of the (often frivolous) legal challenges filed against the Trump Administration is utterly ridiculous, the Fake News Media says very little about the Trump Administration’s victories, while rulings against the Trump Administrationg are relentlessly reported. In this article, I will shine some light on a few more of the Trump Administration’s important legal victories. Among the recent victories are cases involving Refugee Resettlement, efforts to dox (obtain the identities) of DOGE personnel and efforts to block DOGE personnel from working on the dismantling of the rogue agency USAID.

The massive amount of orchestrated legal attacks against the Trump Administration is unprecedented. The litigation tracker by the law and policy journal Just Security tags the number of cases against the Trump Administration at 112. The sheer volume of the cases, the speed at which the cases develop, and the oftentimes inaccurate media reports about those developments, make staying abreast of the cases a daunting task. As I waded into these cases, one issue I noticed is a lack of reporting on the Trump Administration’s wins. In this article, I will address a couple of the Trump Administration’s victories in the ongoing lawfare battles.
Elon Musk and the Nobel Peace Prize

European Parliament members, including Branko Grims, recently nominated Elon Musk for the Nobel Peace Prize. Legacy media reported on the nomination as you probably heard. Elon Musk is a worthy candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize, though he apparently does not want any prizes. I will briefly provide some background on Nobel Prizes in general, the Nobel Peace Prize in particular and outline the reasons why Elon Musk should win the award.
The outgoing Biden Regime undermined the American Middle Class for the last four years with one misguided policy after another. As the final days of the Biden Regime run out, I plan to write a few articles detailing some of these policies. In this article, I outline some of the Biden Regime’s efforts to devalue homes owned by suburban Americans. Readers will be quickly reminded the end of Joseph R. Biden’s Presidency cannot come soon enough.

Released on TikTok and Instagram, the video featured Lizzo in a denim get-up while twerking to the camera, per The Hollywood Reporter (THR):
In one video snippet for “I’m Goin’ In Till October” (below), Lizzo is clad in torn denim while hosing down a Porsche and raps, “No kizzy, he ain’t got no business being with me. Fat ass pretty face with the titties. B**ch, I got good jeans like I’m Sydney.” (Or perhaps that should be “genes”?).

An Australian state has asked citizens to surrender machetes at disposal bins ahead of a statewide ban on the weapons aimed at combating knife crime.
Australia’s state of Victoria on Thursday announced that more than 40 machete disposal bins will be available at police stations across the state to allow citizens to safely get rid of the weapons without a penalty before the Sept. 1 ban begins.
"Owning, carrying, using, buying, or selling a machete without a valid exemption or approval will be a criminal offense," the Victorian government said in a statement.
The government is running a "Machete Amnesty" period from Sept. 1 to Nov. 30 to support the safe disposal
Project Veritas on Thursday released part two of its whistleblower investigation into former US Attorney General Bill Barr.[snip] Lélis detailed a September 13, 2021, meeting involving herself, Armstrong Williams, CNN Commentator Shermichael Singleton, and former Attorney General William P. Barr, which focused on strategizing for the newly formed January 6th Committee. “The investigation will be focused on people close to Trump and make efforts to formally prosecute these people,” Lélis wrote. Her notes reveal that Barr provided a list of targets, including Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Stewart Rhodes, Enrique Tarrio, Jeffrey Clark, Oath Keepers, and Proud Boys.

Or maybe he’d finally suffer the consequences of speaking “truth to power” — and pay the ultimate price for refusing to back down! That’s how “The Howard Stern Show” was supposed to end.
This November marks the 100th anniversary of TS Eliot’s haunting poem, “The Hollow Men.” It’s a telling coincidence, for it foretold not just the fate of the world, but of a certain shock-jock: “This is the way the [Howard Stern Show] ends; Now with a bang but a whimper.”

President Trump is putting America first again. This time, he’s going after the rigged system that counts illegal aliens in the U.S. Census, skewing congressional representation and rewarding sanctuary states with more power. On Thursday, Trump announced he’s directing the Department of Commerce to conduct a new, corrected census — one that actually counts American citizens and excludes those here illegally.
“I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024,” Trump announced in a post on Truth Social.

“If you find yourself arguing that it’s a good thing to drop nuclear weapons on people, then you are evil.” Thus spake Tucker Carlson last year on Joe Rogan’s podcast after the Daily Wire’s Jeremy Boreing claimed on Twitter that people who condemn the dropping of the bombs and describe the United States as evil for doing so, hate their country. Boreing and Carlson were replaying an argument that has been on a loop ever since the Sixties: Was Truman’s decision to drop the bombs justified? As an historical debate, there will probably never be an end to it.
Just because former President Joe Biden's decline while in office has been confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt, thanks in part to ongoing investigations as well as conveniently timed books from reporters on the matter, doesn't mean questions about the mental acuity of those who are still serving in government have gone away or should go away.

President Donald Trump has directed the Commerce Department to conduct a new census, one that counts citizens of the United States and omits illegal aliens. "I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024. A 28-year-old man who was caught on video attacking two pro-life activists outside a Planned Parenthood clinic in Baltimore was sentenced this week to a year of home detention and three years of probation. Baltimore Circuit Judge Yvette M. Bryant rebuffed prosecutors’ calls for a 10-year sentence against Patrick Brice, 28, after he was found guilty of two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment in relation to the May 2023 incident, according to The Baltimore Banner.
As Hillary Clinton struggles to maintain frontrunner status in the Democratic primaries, she’s facing even more important issues. Islamic terrorism is sweeping the globe, yet mainstream media outlets seem reluctant to vet her foreign policy credentials.
