Learn About Even More Trump Wins Against Lawfare

Every time a leftist judge issues any ruling against the Trump Administration, the Fake News Media hyperventilates reporting about it. Yet, when the Trump Administration prevails in federal court, even when leftist district judges get rebuked by higher courts, the Fake News Media’s reporting is much more subdued. Team Trump notched several more court victories of late. I wrote about several of these victories in previous articles. Here are a couple more.

While the Trump wins are great, Chief Justice Roberts wants things to "go through the process" of judicial review. That works ONLY IF you have a judiciary respectful of the results of higher levels of review. Judge Chutkan obviously has NO such respect and the judicial system seems to have little hard ability to put her in her place. Thus, as with many of Robert's "solutions", they don't solve the problem. Arrogant judges can allow nuisance lawsuits to proceed, adjudicating the same idiocy over and over, until they are finally quashed by higher courts. Aggravating this is the District judges taking cases outside their districts (judge shopping) and issuing national injunctions which exceed their authority. All of this is judicial insanity and it mocks legal process and removes respect for the federal court system. This should be obvious to Roberts and others in the courts who should be taking what action they can and speaking out against it, even to requesting Congress, who has authority over court processes, to clarify the limits of the district courts and sanctions against judges that repeatedly violate those limits. If the SCOTUS has to slap you down repeatedly through emergency appeals, maybe you shouldn't be a judge. At a minimum it should automatically trigger an impeachment review, perhaps with a suspension until the review is completed. All this implies a simple concept that the Left has been steering courts away from for decades. Judges are in place to Follow The Law As Written, not make up new rules at whim to solve problems the way they see fit. Anything that steers the courts away from that guiding principle needs to be addressed and shut down.

Does the law allow 'judges' who deliberately overreach their authority to be strung up by their thumbs and whipped? No? Well, one can always wish!

The country needs a "three reversals and your out" rule for judges. If a judge has three reversal in three years they need to be automatically removed.

Thanks for posting. And kudos for Mr. Street. All in for three reversals, but no time limit IMHO.

It's interesting that these crooked judges twist the laws to the breaking point. There should be some kickback, like impeachment for incompetence when they use the Administrative Procedures Act as a rule on disbersal of money, when the law clearly does NOT permit the ADA dispute process to have any affect on MONEY being distributed. That's a whole different court, whole different law. These judges need to be impeached and removed for blatant disregard of the clear letter of the laws....or for incompetence if they argue that they didn't disregard, they just were too damned ignorant of the law to do a proper job.

I like the three reversals rule without time limits, too. I like everyone abiding by the Constitution most of all. We wouldn't have this judge mess if everyone had to prove what they do backed up by Constitutional authority. The three branches of government each have a role. Federal judges are making law and policy, and those are not their roles. The problem is the owners of the roles are not taking what's theirs by force.

While the number of the (often frivolous) legal challenges filed against the Trump Administration is utterly ridiculous, the Fake News Media says very little about the Trump Administration’s victories, while rulings against the Trump Administrationg are relentlessly reported. In this article, I will shine some light on a few more of the Trump Administration’s important legal victories. Among the recent victories are cases involving Refugee Resettlement, efforts to dox (obtain the identities) of DOGE personnel and efforts to block DOGE personnel from working on the dismantling of the rogue agency USAID.

The massive amount of orchestrated legal attacks against the Trump Administration is unprecedented. The litigation tracker by the law and policy journal Just Security tags the number of cases against the Trump Administration at 112. The sheer volume of the cases, the speed at which the cases develop, and the oftentimes inaccurate media reports about those developments, make staying abreast of the cases a daunting task. As I waded into these cases, one issue I noticed is a lack of reporting on the Trump Administration’s wins. In this article, I will address a couple of the Trump Administration’s victories in the ongoing lawfare battles.

European Parliament members, including Branko Grims, recently nominated Elon Musk for the Nobel Peace Prize. Legacy media reported on the nomination as you probably heard. Elon Musk is a worthy candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize, though he apparently does not want any prizes. I will briefly provide some background on Nobel Prizes in general, the Nobel Peace Prize in particular and outline the reasons why Elon Musk should win the award.

The outgoing Biden Regime undermined the American Middle Class for the last four years with one misguided policy after another. As the final days of the Biden Regime run out, I plan to write a few articles detailing some of these policies. In this article, I outline some of the Biden Regime’s efforts to devalue homes owned by suburban Americans. Readers will be quickly reminded the end of Joseph R. Biden’s Presidency cannot come soon enough.

Disturbing video has captured the moment a massive brawl broke out among Carnival Cruise ship passengers in Texas — resulting in more than a dozen people being banned from the cruise liner for life. The violence erupted as scores of passengers were disembarking from the Carnival Jubilee when it docked in Galveston on Saturday following a week-long Caribbean jaunt, according to footage shared on social media. “It went down this morning,” said Trelle Ray, who shared the clip on Facebook. The footage showed multiple passengers barging past barriers to trade blows. At one point, a man was shoved to the floor before a handful of others started violently pummeling him.

Spain’s power network has remained silent on the actual cause of Europe’s worst power blackout in a generation, but has acknowledged that it is “very possible” that a problem with solar power systems may have contributed to the failure. A freak weather incident was blamed on Monday for a massive power cut that affected the entire Iberian Peninsula, depriving Spain and Portugal of electricity. However, this narrative was quickly questioned by energy industry insiders, and Spain’s national energy company now acknowledges that renewable power failure may have been a contributing factor.

From the stage at the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s McIntyre-Shaheen 100 Club Dinner on Sunday, Gov. JB Pritzker, D-Ill., urged “mass protests … mobilization” and “disruption” so that Republicans “cannot know a moment of peace.” “Never before in my life have I called for mass protests, for mobilization, for disruption. But I am now,” Pritzker said. “These Republicans cannot know a moment of peace,” Pritzker said. “They have to understand that we will fight their cruelty with every megaphone and microphone that we have. We must castigate them on a soapbox and then punish them at the ballot box.”

Former vice presidential nominee Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minn., continued a self-described “listening tour” across the country at a Harvard Kennedy School forum on Monday night, ruling out a 2028 presidential bid and revealing why former Vice President Kamala Harris chose him as her running mate. Walz said Harris chose him, in part, because, “I could code talk to White guys watching football, fixing their truck” and “put them at ease.” The Minnesota governor described himself as the “permission structure” for White men from rural America to vote for Democrats.

Pope Francis and the Papacy

Pope Francis, Bishop of Rome, and head of the Roman Catholic Church died Easter Monday morning and his funeral was attended by thousands of mourners and a few faux Catholics like the Bidens and Nancy Pelosi. Almost immediately after his death was announced, the media was swarmed with responses from Hollywood stars and other celebrities expressing their sympathy for the passing of this ‘beloved’ pontiff. Many other Catholics, conservative and fundamentalist, more likely silently thought, Ding, Dong, the pope is dead.” I, myself, do not believe that Pope Francis was an evil man,

In his final act as pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church, Francis, in keeping with his deep commitment to the climate and well-cultivated image of personal humility, could have foregone a papal funeral. To the thousands of world leaders and dignitaries flying to Rome as required by international protocol, Pope Francis could have extended an invitation to stay home. He could have ordered he not lie in state, preventing the Vatican pilgrimage of hundreds of thousands of faithful to pay their respects. He could have even skipped the motorcade through the streets of Rome. All this, as a memorable gesture to maintain a smaller carbon footprint — one last gift
California Dem lawmaker proposes bill

A bill that would decriminalize welfare fraud under $25,000 in California for simple administrative errors is being pushed by a Democratic lawmaker. State Sen. Lola Smallwood-Cuevas introduced Senate Bill 560, which would delete criminal penalties for welfare fraud below $25,000, and delete a provision for criminal penalties for any attempt at welfare fraud below $950, according to the legislation, which was introduced in February. "California’s safety net should lift families up, not trap them in poverty," Smallwood-Cuevas told Fox News Digital. "Right now, a missed deadline or paperwork mistake can lead to felony charges that tear families apart — even when there’s no intent to deceive."

If you peruse the mainstream media’s headlines, you’d think Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was some sort of saint, a noble fighter against tyranny and oppression. (Snip) What these outlets fail to note is that Dugan violated the law by helping an illegal alien escape from her courthouse to avoid ICE. She was arrested by the FBI for that specific crime, not because they were trying to “silence” her. “No one is above the law,” isn’t that what the Democrats say? Well, reality has caught up with the rogue jurist as the Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended her Tuesday:

Shocking video shows the moment a tourist stupidly climbed into a crocodile’s enclosure to pose for selfies, only for the animal to turn around and attack him. The brainless visitor, 29, thought that the 15-foot reptile was a statue in the zoo in Zambonga Sibugay in the Philippines. In the video, the man is seen climbing over a chain-link fence and wading through water before pulling out his cellphone and grinning. Suddenly, the fully-grown female croc, named Lalay, charges toward the man, sinking her fangs into his arm.
77 million Americans voted for Trump.

I realize this may blow Democrats' minds, but 100 days into President Donald Trump’s second term, most of the millions of Americans who cast their vote for him are still happy they did. And Trump has not been twiddling his thumbs in these first months back in the Oval Office. There’s plenty to like or dislike, from his large number of executive orders to his federal cost-cutting bonanza with Tesla CEO Elon Musk. So, it’s telling that a recent poll shows the vast majority of Trump supporters would vote for him again now, if given the opportunity for a do-over.

Q. What’s the 2028 version of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris? A. J.B. Pritzker and Stacey Abrams. Their campaign slogan is Make America Morbidly Obese Again. Pritzker has subtly, but very clearly called for political violence against Republicans. He deliberately timed this call for the first week of warm weather in the Chicago area. And there’s really no telling what will happen this weekend, or the rest of the summer, as a result. We have a president who was targeted by active shooters — not once, but twice. He was actually shot once. There have been many other credible threats against Donald Trump’s life, including a plot

It wasn’t long ago that a California governor made it clear that oil refineries were not welcome in his state. Then another California governor asked regulators to loosen the chains on refineries to ensure that they will be profitable and remain in the state that every day burns an enormous volume of gasoline. Actually, it is the same governor, one who has turned his attention from playing to his hard-left, blue-state constituency to shifting toward the middle for a 2028 White House run. It was just last summer when Gov. Gavin Newsom announced a “plan to prevent Big Oil ‘profit spikes’” that would also “save Californians money at the pump.”
