Watch: Nancy Pelosi Alarmingly Incoherent

Just because former President Joe Biden's decline while in office has been confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt, thanks in part to ongoing investigations as well as conveniently timed books from reporters on the matter, doesn't mean questions about the mental acuity of those who are still serving in government have gone away or should go away. We've written before, for instance, about the periodic incoherency that has come from former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), with interviews done and video clips shared on social media from time to time that are, as my RedState colleague Rusty Weiss described, the equivalent of "nightmare fuel"

The ascendancy of Obama then Trump - both unprecedented events (for good or ill) has, at times, tended to obscure the ascendancy of the first female Speaker of the House. Ironically, the installation of Joe Biden and his dementia and Bradykinesia has also tended to obscure the decline of Pelosi. Beyond that she is a 'historic' figure for all the wrong reasons. For years we were lectured that female politicians would bring empathy, maternal instinct and build consensus. Pelosi (and others) have disproved that thoroughly by being catty, petty and vindictive. Pelosi also ushered in an era of strict party-line voting utilizing threats...to her own side. That is not leadership - it's thuggery. But Baltimore Nan learned from her father and other gangsters. The covid salon incident perfectly illustrated her hypocrisy and arrogance - as well as her unbridled vanity. We've become accustomed to various elderly females trying to push against the tide of time with botox, dye jobs and surgery - but Pelosi's bizarre visage is still unnerving. And then there was the bizarre hammer incident involving her drunken sot of a husband. He'd clearly been cruising the rough trade (not for the first time) and brought home a 'friend' who would do the business, take the money and say nothing. How else would the visitor get past all the security? Nancy barely reacted. Did she even fly west to comfort him? Her actual political achievements in two stints as Speaker are laughably meager. Obamacare was a creation of the bureaucracy and the insurance cabal. Her only other notable 'achievements' were two DOA impeachments of Trump - one of them farcically issued after he'd left office! Grandiose, quick to anger. Pelosi's weekly pressers were an appalling display of ego and fiction as she waved that arthritic hand around. She seemed to think she was funny and charming. She frequently blurted out the playbook to look imposing, like a cat arching its back. She was beating the drums for mail voting during covid as early as March of 2020. She knew it would be the primary vehicle for the fraud necessary to 'elect' Biden.

She must really crave power. Most Speakers, when stepping down, would announce their retirement and go off into the sunset with their millions, and secure lucrative speaking engagements and book deals. Instead, Nancy is hanging around, pretending that she is still the power behind the throne. It is clear that the new Dem leaders think she and her buddies are the old guard who should just go away, but she hangs in there.

Not only is she incoherent, she’s attempting to give a speech on the sidewalk, complete with made up Tennessee Trump supporter Mom seeking gender mutilation for her child, in support of a solid 80-20 issue that the Democrats somehow still think will win them votes. The Supreme Court issued a ruling blocking an order from a federal judge that required the Trump administration to pay full Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for November. The decision from the Supreme Court came after the Trump administration requested that U.S. District Judge John McConnell’s order that the administration dish out full SNAP benefits by Friday be blocked, according to the Associated Press. Per the outlet: A judge had given the Republican administration until Friday to make the payments through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. But

There were two interconnected stories concerning Condé Nast publishing this week, and many of the problems with our contemporary media are at the center of it all. It was another case of an outlet facing constriction, and it led to another example of the new class of journalists infecting the industry with activist, near anti-social mindsets in the workplace. To start, if you missed the melodrama, the announcement was made earlier this week that the hyper-leftist source Teen Vogue was being diluted, with much of its editorial team being let go, and any lingering staff and content would be folded into the parent publication. Over the years,

While leaders of blue sanctuary states plot to pull the masks off ICE and Border Patrol agents, even as death threats against them have gone up by 8,000%, the Trump Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is imposing new rules on Antifa and other violent protesters. The net effect would rip off Antifa's masks and Teletubby costumes on or near federal property. The violent protesters who have been amassing outside the ICE headquarters in Portland since June were reportedly notified of the nationwide rules that forbid them from hiding their identities while on or near federal facilities like the ICE property.

Well, that was a depressing election day, wasn’t it? The big three (plus two) 2025 elections have all been tabulated, and the Democrats won bigly. New Jersey Governor In New Jersey, the Democrats won a yuge race for governor. Democrat Rep. Something strange happened in New Jersey on election night, and the numbers just don't add up. Republican Jack Ciattarelli lost the gubernatorial race to Democratic Representative Mikie Sherrill by a stunning 56% to 43% margin, a blowout that left pollsters scratching their heads and conservatives asking hard questions about what really went down in the Garden State. This was supposed to be a competitive race. Trump only lost the state by six points a year prior, and, if you were following this race, you know that Ciattarelli had momentum heading into Election Day, picking up endorsements from local Democrats and labor unions along the way. She's squandering money on luxuries while relying on the taxpayers to fund her groceries for anywhere between four and seven people in her household.
