Seth Rich: Dead Men Tell No Tales

Original Article

White collar conspiracy cases are mind-numbing. Murder mysteries with dead bodies and blood are riveting. The enormity of the Seth Rich case and the Cabal is unimaginable. Our government lied to the American People (See Bongino’s shocked statement). Our sheepdogs, the DOJ, FBI, and CIA, went full Stasi to protect the exposure of the Cabal. The Cabal is a RICO criminal enterprise — organized crime preying on the American people and their money (e.g., USAID — see Don Surber). Further, it was a coup to unseat a sitting president. See my body of work, which includes coverage of the Cabal’s likely involvement in Rich’s murder

Oh, but, according to some here, all of this criminal activity should be swept under the rug because the guilty are too important to be prosecuted, or because some people might get upset, or because the guilty held a certain position, or because ____ (whatever other BS excuse some of you come up with). This isn't revenge--this is holding people accountable according to the law. Either we do that now, or we face the fact that the U.S. is already a third-world country!

I respectfully disagree with #1 & #2. He fell victim to DC's world famous Street Thugs who couldn't even spell DOGE, and likely had no idea who the ex-staffer was. He looked well off, had a woman with him (a distraction) and he was white.

Whatever happened to Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) suit to get Rich's laptop image? Judicial Watch sued the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to obtain records relating to Seth Rich, including the contents of his laptop. In a ruling discussed by the FOIA Project, a court found that while certain privacy protections (FOIA Exemption 7(C)) applied to Seth Rich's parents, those same protections did not cover Seth Rich's laptop itself. However, detailed subsequent results, such as whether or when the laptop contents were produced or released, are not available in the above sources. Judicial Watch and the FBI litigated over records, and some redacted materials were released, but there is no confirmed public evidence that the full laptop contents have been made available. This makes no sense if the contents are harmless.

Laptops, Smart Phones and personal servers can be an excellent diary of a person's life, beliefs and actions. Just think about those that have been stored in an FBI Black Hole and what they might provide concerning serious crimes. Hillary Clinton Seth Rich Anthony Weiner Hunter Biden Thomas Crooks All have been confiscated and hidden under some BS story that we have never bought.

There was probable cause, and the handling of the case is very suspicious. I think a full investigation is warranted, but I doubt Hillary and her friends left much.

None of these cases should be discussed in a vacuum...remember Vince Foster, the Clinton lawyer who's death was ruled a "suicide" under questionable circumstances (died in a remote park, but his car was nowhere in sight, of a single GSW, but no weapon on site, and his office rug was missing from his office), or the other 65+ questionable suicides over the years by people close to the Clintons? Statistics like that don't lie.

Irony is a term whose meaning is elusive and which escapes precise definition. A lot of people think they know what it means when they actually don’t. About the best that can be said is that irony is the quality of a situation in which not only are prospects ruined and even reversed, but done so resoundingly – irony not only wrecks your plans, but does so while turning you into an object lesson. Irony occurs when the postman rings twice for the drifter Frank Chambers, who is arrested, tried, and executed not for the murder he unquestionably committed, but for the accidental death over which he had no responsibility.

For years, New York Attorney General Letitia James has fancied herself as the scourge of Donald Trump, chasing him with a vengeance to fulfill her campaign promise of getting Trump at any cost. Now, in a stunning turn of events, the Department of Justice has launched a grand jury investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia James over her sham civil fraud case against Donald Trump. The partisan hit job that scored James a bloated $454 million judgment against Trump is now facing the heat of federal scrutiny, and the tables may finally be turning. Former president Barack Obama exudes an air of superiority and self-assurance that inspires those to whom he’s speaking to believe everything he says is true. He has spent twenty years leveraging his soaring rhetoric to deceive the easily duped. That’s why it’s no surprise that we are now learning that the former president has tried to harm political opponents by saying one thing publicly and doing the exact opposite in private. Since 2004, America has received warnings from Barack Obama about threats he believes Americans should watch out for, including issues related to democracy, the rise of authoritarianism, free speech, misinformation, election denial, and hyperpartisanship.

There is a lot of talk about whether former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper are protected by a statute of limitations in their roles in fabricating the Russia hoax. But, as current CIA director John Ratcliffe pointed out, “The statute of limitations doesn’t start to run until the last act in the furtherance of that conspiracy,” and the two Russia hoaxers just restarted the clock on July 30, when they decided to pen an op-ed in The New York Times filled with even more lies in an apparent cover-up.

The Secret Service, which once had a reputation for steadfast apolitical professionalism, found itself on the cusp of making an utterly mystifying decision before a Republican senator intervened with some pointed questions. Incredibly, officials were about to rubber-stamp the renewal of former Director Kimberly Cheatle’s top-level security clearance: the very same Cheatle whose disastrous leadership enabled the security meltdown that nearly claimed Donald Trump’s life in Butler, Pa. It’s only when RealClearPolitics pressed for comment on Sen. Ron Johnson’s (R-Wis.) opposition that the agency recoiled and changed course.

After confirming just a handful of President Donald Trump's nominees over the weekend, including Washington D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Senate left Washington D.C. for August recess following unprecedented obstruction from Democrats. For the first time in history not a single nominee, including those passed out of committee in bipartisan fashion, received unanimous consent on the floor. "Democrats, lead by Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, are slow walking my Nominees, more than 150 of them. They wanted us to pay, originally, two billion dollars for approvals. The Dems are CRAZED LUNATICS!!!" Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R‑SD) has unveiled a procedural scheme to block President Donald Trump from making any critical appointments during the August recess, effectively aiding the Democrats’ obstructionist agenda. Under the U.S. Constitution, the president can make “recess appointments,” temporary appointments to federal positions, if the Senate is in recess and not conducting business. These appointments don’t require immediate Senate confirmation and can last until the end of the next session of Congress.

DNI chief Tulsi Gabbard’s public pronouncements regarding RussiaGate have drawn much attention, some plaudits, and lots of conspiracy theorizing. Regardless of theories, the biggest hurdle will be to build a legal case around the information now available. The fact that it looks bad doesn’t mean it’s actionable. At best, Brennan, Clapper, and Comey might be tagged for lying to Congress. However… There is another way. And this one begins with the other “Page” in the horror/comedy book that is the 2016 elections.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Saturday the planned summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, warning that any peace deal excluding Kyiv would lead to “dead solutions.” The Trump-Putin meeting, scheduled for Friday in Alaska, is seen as a potential breakthrough. Trump had previously agreed to meet with Putin even if the Russian leader would not meet with Zelenskyy, stoking fears Ukraine could be sidelined in efforts to stop the continent’s biggest conflict since World War II. In a statement posted to Telegram, Zelenskyy said Ukraine’s territorial integrity, enshrined in the constitution, must be non-negotiable and emphasized that lasting peace must include Ukraine’s voice at the table.

Some important things happened this week. President Trump brought peace to a continent or two. The long-simmering Russia Collusion Hoax unraveled further. Controversy erupted over the Democrats’ disgraceful history of gerrymandering. Israel announced its intention to complete the pacification of Gaza. The Trump administration revoked the ridiculous CO2 endangerment finding. And more. But the nation’s meme-creators mostly focused their attention elsewhere. President Trump took a walk on a sloped roof. South Park viciously parodied Trump, JD Vance and Kristi Noem. The now indisputably-Republican Sydney Sweeney remained a popular meme subject. And, above all, persons mostly unknown debuted a new sports tradition: throwing green d*ldos on to the court at WNBA games.

They were wrong during his first term, and he is proving them wrong again in his second. They didn’t just miss the mark; they weren’t even aiming at the right target. Now, with new data and landmark trade agreements in hand, the world has every reason to demand accountability from the academic class that branded Trump’s trade policies as reckless economic self-sabotage. Remember the parade of Nobel laureates and Ivy League economists lining up to denounce Trump’s tariffs as a singular threat to American prosperity?
