Democrats continue screaming that the census should not be done every two years. Do it every year then until the count only includes Americans. Open border policy was a very stupid mistake that backfired on the dems and even a skewed census is not going to get them in office for another ten years.

Here is another case where the Democrats have misrepresented the 14th Amendment. This Amendment was written after the Civil War when some northern states did not want southern states to include slaves in the census. When the Amendment was written it was solely about all persons, i.e. slaves. The entire issue of illegal aliens did not exist at the time and the 14th Amendment was not predicting the future and intending to include in all future census any child born within the US.

Not only is Trump correct in doing this but I ha e never understood how the SCOTUS has ever permitted Illegals to be counted as it is violative of the one- man one Vote principle. Counting illegals who cannot ever legally vote creates congressional districts which can be wildly disparate in their proportions of legal and illegal populations and therefor dilutes the votes of those states with fewer illegals while at the same time w varying the power of the votes of people based on the proportion of legal to illegals in their district. ACCORDINGLT THE SRATIS QUO MUST BE FOXED AS IT VILATES COMMON SENSE AND BASIC FAIRNESS. Of course that’s exactly why the Commies love it!!

#8 you have the history totally bass ackwards. The original constitution counted slaves as 3/5 of a person for the reason you voted. That was FIXED by the 14 th amendment which counted all persons equally as the freed slaves we’re free to vote The problem with 14A is not that- it is the ridiculous and anti legislative intent as evidenced by the writings of the senators who wrote the 14a. The problem is BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP which was clearly and by the language of 14a NEVER intended to be the result of 14a. For over 100 years we have been following this ridiculous notion and I sincerely hope that one way or another it will be fixed either by SCOTUS or by Congress. ASAP.

This using the illegal alien count by the millions in the US Census for congressional redistricting purposes to the great benefit of the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats, is one of the big back stories in why Biden and his crew instituted his “open borders” “catch and release” and other programs designed to flood the so-called “sanctuary cities” and other big time Democrat controlled areas where leftist Democrat candidates are bound to win the resulting elections in those new congressional districts brought about by redistricting thus giving the leftist Democrats a permanent majority and control of the US House of Representatives. Looks like it took the wimpy Republicans a longtime to figure that out! If the Supreme Court goes along with Trump on that issue there will still be a big problem in weeding out the illegal alien count in future elections as there are huge numbers of illegal aliens now in the USA who are covertly and fraudulently making false claims to US citizenship and are using either false or fraudulent identification documents to bolster those false claims, along with the fact that census taking personnel have little or no training to weed out illegal aliens making false claims to US citizenship. Along with the fact that you can bet that Democrat aligned organizations and NGOS will be going into court before activist Democrat Judges to stop this Trump initiative claiming that it is anti-Democratic and unconstitutional.

This idea was a byproduct of the book The Emerging Democratic Majority. The idea was that increasing numbers of minorities would create a permanent Democrat voting bloc. However, slivers of those minorities began splitting away from the Dems and Trump surprisingly won in 2016. Dems suddenly realized they needed a flood of uneducated government dependents ASAP. The authors of the book have tip-toed away from their initial theory since Biden was too incompetent to keep it a stealthy operation.

Forcing Blue states like California whose DMV's "mistakenly on purpose" registered hundreds of thousands of illegal alien voters under the Motor Voter Act should be an immediate next step.
