Paul Sperry of RealClearInvestigations reported Tuesday that former Special Counsel Robert Mueller has lived in a memory-care facility “for the past few years.”
Sperry wrote on X, “NEW: House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed Robert Mueller to appear for a Sept. 2 deposition to provide details from an FBI investigation of Jeffrey Epstein from decades ago — even though sources tell me Mueller has been living in a memory-care facility for the past few years.”
Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly said nothing during interviews last month with the Justice Department that would be harmful to President Donald Trump.

An Australian state has asked citizens to surrender machetes at disposal bins ahead of a statewide ban on the weapons aimed at combating knife crime.
Australia’s state of Victoria on Thursday announced that more than 40 machete disposal bins will be available at police stations across the state to allow citizens to safely get rid of the weapons without a penalty before the Sept. 1 ban begins.
"Owning, carrying, using, buying, or selling a machete without a valid exemption or approval will be a criminal offense," the Victorian government said in a statement.
The government is running a "Machete Amnesty" period from Sept. 1 to Nov. 30 to support the safe disposal

The move follows a formal request from U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, who announced Thursday that the federal government has agreed to assist Texas law enforcement in locating the absent legislators. “I am proud to announce that Director Kash Patel has approved my request for the FBI to assist state and local law enforcement in locating runaway Texas House Democrats,” Sen.
