The Democrat Party Has Always Been As

At the core of The Atlantic’s unnecessarily long profile on loud Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett is the argument that, “when the Republicans go low, the Democrats should meet them there.” As Rachel Jeantel so famously put it, “That’s real retarded, sir.” The notion that Democrats have for too long shown excessive restraint or pitched themselves to voters with a naive intellectualism while being punched in the mouth by brute Republicans is a hysterical myth, one that only persists because the media that helped create it continue to perpetuate it.

I don’t believe there any quality people in the democrat party. With all that’s coming out now about Obama, Biden, the DOJ, the FBI, the Intel people, the DA’s, the Lefty Judges….the Dems were all OK with it!

Considering what I've learned about Thomas Jefferson, I think the Democrat Party has stunk from the beginning. Ol'Tom thought hiring a man to start whisper campaigns against his political opponents was perfectly fine. It may be where the story he had a slave as a mistress came from - he didn't pay his agent enough.

Since the members of the dem parti always vote in lockstep with whatever the parti decides, and never dare vote what's good for the country, ever, I personally will never vote/trust one. Zell Miller was the last honorable Democrat!

My working theory is this: For decades Democrats had smart politicians playing dumb. Limousine liberals doing their working-class-blues act then off to the private club. They were able to assemble a voter base of fools, thugs, militants and dole scroungers. Oh, and communists. Eventually some of their voters slipped into the party structure and eventually they became politicians themselves. Now they have fools, thugs, militants and communists in office. Dumb people attempting to play smart. It isn't going so well.

Whistleblower Shatters Official Russia
Hoax Story

In a stunning firsthand account, a whistleblower has exposed how senior intelligence officials under Barack Obama manipulated analysis, silenced dissent, and strong-armed subordinates to produce a politically loaded assessment linking Donald Trump to Russian election interference. According to the whistleblower, senior intelligence officials, including then-DNI James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan, pressured analysts to endorse conclusions they didn’t agree with and marginalized anyone who raised objections. The now-infamous January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, the whistleblower says, was crafted to match a predetermined political narrative: that Russia interfered in the 2016 election specifically to help Donald Trump.

The countdown to the 2026 Midterm Elections has begun, with several MAGA candidates announcing their U.S. Senate bids in critical swing states and U.S. House members gearing up to campaign in their home districts. Republicans' control of Congress and President Donald Trump's MAGA and America First agenda are at stake. It's do-or-die for the country, and RedState is here to report the truth about the radical left's destructive policies and the importance of electing candidates who will further the president's domestic and foreign policy agendas.

On Thursday’s broadcast of NewsNation’s “On Balance,” United States Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee said that he’s glad that Arab nations like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE had the “moral clarity” to call on Hamas to surrender and release the hostages and said, “I just wish the Europeans and some of the other nations that are supposed to be highly developed, highly civilized would have picked the side of the civilized people and not the uncivilized savages who massacred people on October 7,” instead of choosing Hamas over Israel.

Dr. Vinay Prasad — a radical left-wing ideologue who wormed his way into one of the most powerful regulatory roles in the federal government — has officially resigned from the Food and Drug Administration following a explosive exposé led by investigative journalist Laura Loomer. For weeks, Loomer publicly exposed Prasad’s shocking anti-Trump rhetoric, far-left allegiances, and dangerous abuse of regulatory power. “We have a crisis at the FDA! A wolf in sheep’s clothing is sabotaging President Trump’s bold “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) agenda!” Loomer wrote on X.

ust got back from Salt Lake, where I took my kids to Wheeler Farm in Murray, Utah. Originally homesteaded in the late 1800s, the 75-acre property was preserved and turned over to Salt Lake County in 1969. It was jarring, in the best way, to see a public space so well-run. Admission is free. Kids walk right up to cows, goats, sheep, and chickens. They climb on old tractors, go on wagon rides (for $3), and race through open fields. After a busy morning, we bought $2 Uncrustables and $1.50 Popsicles from the gift shop and sat for lunch.

This week, Keir Starmer and Donald Trump met at the US President’s golf resort in Turnberry, Scotland. During the televised discussion, a squirming Starmer was put in his place several times by the President’s forthright comments on a number of subjects, including the closure of North Sea oil and gas operations and free speech. Most notably, Trump called wind power a “scam”, which was no longer welcome in the USA. Like a scene from The Office, it was as uncomfortable to watch as it must have been for Starmer, who, in the face of the onslaught, looked for all the world like a David Brent figure.
Lee Zeldin’s EPA Liberates American Industry 9 replies

In March, we cheered the news that Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin planned to “reconsider” the Obama EPA’s 2009 “Endangerment Finding.” That finding allowed the EPA to regulate fossil fuel emissions under the Clean Air Act. On Tuesday, Zeldin announced that the EPA intends to rescind the finding, a step he described as “the largest deregulatory action in the history of the United States.” This strikes a major blow against intrusive regulation of the energy, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. The Clean Air Act, passed in 1970, provides that the EPA administrator “shall by regulation prescribe . . . standards applicable to the emission of any air pollutant”

I picked these titles at random from the popular YouTube channel of Charlie Moore, a former Detroit cop who films his drives through inner city urban areas. The Atlantic characterized these journeys as “hood safaris,” implying that it’s racist to document the unfathomable danger the residents of our most crime-ridden cities face every day, even though Moore himself is black. I challenge anyone to watch just one of these videos and not instead ask: How have we allowed parts of cities like Chicago to become more dangerous than actual war zones?

As my colleague Ward Clark reported earlier, it was a big day for the Republican-controlled General Assembly in North Carolina, with the House and Senate overriding Democrat Gov. Josh Stein's veto of HB 805, a bill that, among other things, codifies the definition of man and woman in state law. What's especially interesting here is that, unlike in the Senate, which has a veto-proof supermajority, the House is short one vote courtesy of the 2024 elections. But one House Democrat, Rep. Nasif Majeed, voted along with Republicans to override the veto, saying afterwards, "I had some moral issues about that and I had to lean on my values."

The Senate voted 50-49 to approve President Trump’s former defense attorney to the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals, with Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) breaking ranks and joining all 47 Democrats in opposing the nominee. Tennessee Republican Bill Hagerty was absent for the vote.

The scandal-scarred independents running for New York City mayor stand little chance against frontrunner Zohran Mamdani — even if the rivals team up against the socialist candidate, a shocking new poll found. Mamdani, a Queens assemblyman and Democratic nominee, is projected to handily win the November general election with 50% of likely voters in the latest survey, released Tuesday by Zenith Research/Public Progress Solutions. Ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who has decided to continue his comeback tour after his embarrassing June primary loss to 33-year-old Mamdani, came in a distant second at 22%, while the GOP nominee Curtis Sliwa pulled 13%.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R‑SD) has unveiled a procedural scheme to block President Donald Trump from making any critical appointments during the August recess, effectively aiding the Democrats’ obstructionist agenda. Under the U.S. Constitution, the president can make “recess appointments,” temporary appointments to federal positions, if the Senate is in recess and not conducting business. These appointments don’t require immediate Senate confirmation and can last until the end of the next session of Congress.

Why did Kamala Harris take a pass on running for governor in California? It's not because she's aiming at another presidential run in 2028, Harris told Stephen Colbert. It's because she finally lost an election. No, seriously. "I don't want to back into the system," she explains, "because the system is broken." And if you think that's absurd, Colbert manages to top it: Ahem. If anyone has reason for gratitude toward "the system," it's Harris. She is and has always been an intellectual lightweight who counted on "the system" to keep her in office. It was the Democrat establishment that ensured she kept winning

It's hard to fathom the evil that led to creating fake intelligence to frame then-presidential candidate Donald Trump as a Russian spy and traitor to his country. We've seen in recently declassified documents that Hillary Clinton didn't do this alone. She commanded dozens, if not hundreds, of willing participants, including the George Soros foundation, President Barack Obama, the FBI, the weaponized intelligence agencies, and others, to bring Donald to his knees.Buried deep in the latest tranche of declassified documents called the Durham annex report, however, a deep state hawk has found something that is equally or more evil than changing intelligence to manipulate one election's outcome.

As Breitbart News reported earlier this week, UCLA settled a lawsuit brought by Jewish students — and was promptly hit with a DOJ finding that it had violated the Fourteenth Amendment and the Civil Rights Act. Breitbart News reported: In April 2024, UCLA allowed anti-Israel students to set up an “encampment” in the center of campus. The university surrounded it with metal barricades and allowed activists to patrol the encampment boundary.

About half of those — 24,873 registrants — are also registered in Florida. But first I want to discuss something which has not received the kind of attention it deserves -- the death of the legal consequences for disparate outcomes and credentialism.
