DNI chief Tulsi Gabbard’s public pronouncements regarding RussiaGate have drawn much attention, some plaudits, and lots of conspiracy theorizing. Regardless of theories, the biggest hurdle will be to build a legal case around the information now available. The fact that it looks bad doesn’t mean it’s actionable. At best, Brennan, Clapper, and Comey might be tagged for lying to Congress. However… There is another way. And this one begins with the other “Page” in the horror/comedy book that is the 2016 elections.

This simply shows how critical it is to build rock ribbed narrative to prevent Democrats from lying their way to victory . If the Media continues to get away with the kind of ridiculous story the NYT has published today then it will all come to naught.

The disclaimer at the end of the story is every bit as fascinating as the story. Who is Norman Kreig? And what does he really know?

After dropping this actual wisdom: Regardless of theories, the biggest hurdle will be to build a legal case around the information now available. The fact that it looks bad doesn’t mean it’s actionable. At best, Brennan, Clapper, and Comey might be tagged for lying to Congress. Norman goes on to tell us that the real "evidence" is his interpretation of a text chat and use of "best". Good luck with that case, Norman.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R‑SD) has unveiled a procedural scheme to block President Donald Trump from making any critical appointments during the August recess, effectively aiding the Democrats’ obstructionist agenda. Under the U.S. Constitution, the president can make “recess appointments,” temporary appointments to federal positions, if the Senate is in recess and not conducting business. These appointments don’t require immediate Senate confirmation and can last until the end of the next session of Congress.

“The truth is stranger than fiction” (as attributed to Mark Twain) Conspiracy theorists have long thought that Seth Rich’s death was an assassination facilitated by the Deep State — a Machiavellian hit by the Deep State to cover for its operation known as Russian Collusion because Rich could expose it as false from the beginning. It was an actual “Spy vs. Spy” episode, straight out of Mad Magazine — except our side went full Stasi against the American people.
Whiny and Unteachable Europeans Complain

Shock turns into outrage. Europeans feel they’ve been duped by Donald Trump. But the trade deal merely lays bare the EU’s accelerating loss of power. Anyone familiar with German politics has long known that Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, is no political heavyweight. Her record as Germany’s family and defense minister speaks for itself. She lacks the intellectual and strategic abilities to navigate or reform complex systems. Yes, she was outplayed by Trump during the trade negotiations -- as expected. But this misses the point. What Europeans are loudly lamenting is not just a bad deal, but the expression of their own geopolitical weakness.

While most of the country has erupted in outrage after an angry mob savagely assaulted two white people in downtown Cincinnati over the weekend, one prominent local politician has the exact opposite reaction to the story. As The Gateway Pundit reported, a group of black individuals smacked around a bald white guy at the intersection of West Fourth Street and Elm Street in downtown Cincy and beat him so bad that he could not get up. Then, a white woman got slugged by one of the cowards. Her head slammed down onto the concrete, and she lost consciousness. Blood was seen coming out of her mouth.
The climate industrial complex Is on the

For most of my life, the climate industrial complex has been a thorn in the side of the U.S. economy. Over the years, it has wrought numerous laws and regulations that have stifled economic growth, innovation, prosperity, and productivity. All in the name of saving the human species and the planet from the existential crisis called climate change. The blunt reality is that climate alarmist fearmongering has jumped the shark. It is now a subject of ridicule. No one really believes the world is going to end in a few years if we don’t immediately abandon fossil fuels. However, the climate change charade lasted a while and did extensive economic damage.
Did Trump's victory hurt Obama's feelings? 3 replies

Back in 2016, I remember reading an analysis that President Obama's two terms had left the Democrats in bad shape. In other words, he started in 2009 with huge majorities and left town with the GOP in charge of the U.S. Senate and House. It was probably not what Obama planned, but it happened that way. So the question is: What led Obama to allegedly organize a takedown of the Trump presidency? Was he hurt or was his ego crushed? I like this analysis from Martin Gurri: He understood, as a realist, that he had been the cause of which Trump was the effect.

The Department of Justice on Monday filed an official misconduct complaint against District Judge James Boasberg "for making improper public comments about President Trump and his Administration," Attorney General Pam Bondi said. Bondi’s chief of staff Chad Mizelle wrote the complaint, referring to comments the judge made during a March 11 judicial conference, which was attended by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, among others. “While there, Judge Boasberg attempted to improperly influence Chief Justice Roberts and roughly two dozen other federal judges by straying from the traditional topics

The more evidence I see that the Deep State conspired to destroy President Trump’s first term, the more I realize how tough and resilient our president is. Imagine moving into the White House as the new chief executive and being surrounded by a sinister cabal of venal operatives who take corruption for granted. Imagine looking at a menu of Cabinet choices while realizing that they are all veterans of that warped system. Coming from the business world, where pragmatic decisions are made, and failure doesn’t come out of the pockets of taxpayers, Trump was a threat to every lazy, unprincipled charlatan

As President Donald Trump marks six months into his second term — celebrating triumphs like ending numerous wars, slashing job-killing regulations, making tax cuts permanent, and signing over 140 executive orders to revive America's energy independence and economy — one persistent swamp creature threatens to derail it all. In the depths of the “Washington swamp,” few figures embody the betrayal of true conservative values like Senator Lindsey Graham. Once a vocal critic of Donald Trump, Graham flipped like a pancake after the MAGA-leader took over the Oval office — raising eyebrows and fueling theories that he's been “activated” by shadowy forces.

In the final months of President Obama’s second term, his administration quietly set the stage for one of the most divisive investigations in American history. While officials knew there was no evidence that Russia had altered vote counts in the 2016 election, they still chose to push a story that implied Donald Trump had won because of Russian interference. That decision cost taxpayers millions and damaged the credibility of the nation’s democratic process. In August 2016, the Department of Homeland Security told the National Security Council that there was “no indication of a Russian threat to directly manipulate the actual vote count through cyber means.”

Why did Kamala Harris take a pass on running for governor in California? It's not because she's aiming at another presidential run in 2028, Harris told Stephen Colbert. It's because she finally lost an election. No, seriously. "I don't want to back into the system," she explains, "because the system is broken." And if you think that's absurd, Colbert manages to top it: Ahem. If anyone has reason for gratitude toward "the system," it's Harris. She is and has always been an intellectual lightweight who counted on "the system" to keep her in office. It was the Democrat establishment that ensured she kept winning

It's hard to fathom the evil that led to creating fake intelligence to frame then-presidential candidate Donald Trump as a Russian spy and traitor to his country. We've seen in recently declassified documents that Hillary Clinton didn't do this alone. She commanded dozens, if not hundreds, of willing participants, including the George Soros foundation, President Barack Obama, the FBI, the weaponized intelligence agencies, and others, to bring Donald to his knees.Buried deep in the latest tranche of declassified documents called the Durham annex report, however, a deep state hawk has found something that is equally or more evil than changing intelligence to manipulate one election's outcome.

President Trump ordered the dismissal Friday of the head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), hours after the economic data collection agency released a report showing unemployment ticked up last month.  Now-former BLS Commissioner Erika McEntarfer, an appointee of former President Joe Biden, triggered Trump’s fury after her agency announced lower than expected employment gains in July and revised the numbers for May and June downward by a total of 258,000 jobs.  The president accused McEntarfer of manipulating the data and charged that she had done so in the past.

Colden Kimber, 28, was fatally jabbed in the neck with a six-inch blade on July 26 while waiting at a Muni stop in the Ingleside neighborhood with his girlfriend. The Trump administration withdrew $200 million in federal research funding to the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) after a Department of Justice (DOJ) finding Thursday that it had violated the civil rights of Jewish students. As Breitbart News reported earlier this week, UCLA settled a lawsuit brought by Jewish students — and was promptly hit with a DOJ finding that it had violated the Fourteenth Amendment and the Civil Rights Act. Breitbart News reported: In April 2024, UCLA allowed anti-Israel students to set up an “encampment” in the center of campus. The university surrounded it with metal barricades and allowed activists to patrol the encampment boundary.

New York is known for a lot of things: The Big Apple, Niagara Falls, and Buffalo wings. The Empire State also lays claim to some of the worst voter rolls in the country, according to a new report from an election-integrity watchdog. According to the Public Interest Legal Foundation, nearly 50,000 registrants on New York’s voter list are registered in at least one other state. About half of those — 24,873 registrants — are also registered in Florida. Another 6,247 have duplicate registrations in North Carolina, and another 5,724 are also on New Jersey’s voting rolls.  PILF’s review stated 6,788 cases of duplicate or triplicate registrations were found

Reams have been written about the latest revelations in the Russian collusion hoax that so hamstrung President Trump’s first term. I will summarize below the most important revelations. It’s clear the Administration is taking its time to reveal the investigation’s conclusions for maximum impact -- an impact that I, like Scott Adams, believe will result in arrests of a number of people who pulled off this fraud. But first I want to discuss something which has not received the kind of attention it deserves -- the death of the legal consequences for disparate outcomes and credentialism.

Earlier on Saturday, it was revealed that Senate Republicans and Democrats were trying to formulate a deal to push through some of President Donald Trump's nominees. That came after Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) gave a speech on the Senate floor threatening to use the Harry Reid precedent to remove hurdles like two-hour debates and cloture votes.[snip] As to the deal in question, it was heavily slanted toward Democrats, approving only a "small tranche" of the around 150 nominees waiting in exchange for billions in spending for left-wing priorities and empty promises.
