Counter Attack – New Intelligence Authorization
Act Seeks to Curb Power of DNI

The response from Chairman Tom Cotton and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to the action of DNI Tulsi Gabbard was predictable. The SSCI has now framed the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 [LINK] to modify the “responsibilities and authorities of the Director of National Intelligence.” [Section 402] (imageWe knew this was coming. The Intelligence Community does not like rogue actors amid their ranks, especially if those people have cross-silo access. The silo system is designed to protect the Deep State. Any entity who can cross reference the inserted information becomes a risk to the enterprise.

Not happy about Obama and Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Rice and the rest being exposed and prospects for indictment on serious charges, Cotton and his committee pull the rug out from under the official who exposed them. And almost immediately Not a good look.

Cotton disgusts by attempting to strip Tulsi Gabbard of her authority, after she provides the evidence of IC corruption. All the Democrats will vote for Cotton's bill. I hope the bill is never voted out of committee, and if it ever gets to Trump's desk, it is thrown in the trash, followed by a match.

We can officially designate anyone who votes with Tom Cotton on this as deep state. This is the deep state hitting back. Brace yourselves, people. This will not be easy. I disagree with everything you wrote, #4. It is obvious to anyone who has eyes to see that the Deep State is beyond running scared. They are apoplectic at being exposed for the traitorous scum they are and have been for decades. This has nothing to do with redundancy and everything to do with hiding their treachery and complicity.

These agencies even compartmentalize information within their individual agencies so the directors aren't even aware of everything that they are doing. One might have the clearance but the "need-to-know" maintains the plausible deniability. Cotton needs to be knocked from his pedestal.

A federal judge shot down the Trump administration’s bid to release troves of grand jury transcripts tied to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein Wednesday, according to court papers. The swift rejection in the Florida court came after the Department of Justice requested the information be disclosed in a Friday motion as pressure mounts on the president and his top officials to shed more light on Epstein and those in his orbit. Judge Robin Rosenberg claimed in her ruling that the court’s “hands are tied,” with district courts typically not allowed to unseal grand jury testimony in most cases, the New York Times first reported.

It was a cold Sunday morning in Chicago in February 2003—I was driving over to the paper, and had a week’s worth or columns to plan—when I stopped in front of the E2 nightclub. Outside there was a police blockade because 21 young people had been killed, but the cops knew me and waved me through. On the sidewalk awkwardly alone, his hands jammed into the pockets of a navy-blue dress coat, was a soon-to-be well known Chicago Democrat: Barack Obama. The E2 was a black bougie hangout where 21 young people were crushed to death in a dark stairway that had been locked in violation of building codes.

Here's a common tactic of the legacy media: Find an activist with credentials in a field they haven't worked with in years, someone with a laundry list of made-up grievances, someone fundamentally bitter and angry, and have them speculate on some personal aspect of a person they've never met or spoken with. Case in point: CNN recently trotted out a Dr. Chris Pernell, a left-wing activist who hasn't practiced medicine since her residency, to remote-diagnose President Trump's chronic venous insufficiency. It should come as no surprise that she immediately started crying the president's doom.
