Former President Joe Biden was “sharp as a tack,” “as sharp as ever,” and the “best” version of himself “ever” while in office — until he wasn’t.
After months of claiming Biden was perfectly competent to not only remain in office but run for reelection, Democrats ousted Biden(snip). But just because Biden may have stepped out of the spotlight doesn’t mean the American people have forgotten that there was a mentally incapacitated president ‘running’ the show. That’s why Republicans have called in several Biden White House aides to get to the bottom of what really went down. Except, none of them are willing to talk.

ALL of them knew and participated. Give one of them immunity and get one to flip on the others....unless they wind up like Seth Rich.

Immunity will have to be given to one person. Not sure who that might be but they will need that to come clean. They will all plead the 5th. I assume they are hoping they will hold the coalition together and just fade into the sunset. Dems like to lie but even they know they cannot lie about this. So the next best thing is to say nothing. Which they can legally do. We know that they knew and they know that but have to CYA big time. They are as guilty as hell.

We know that dems are famous for throwing people under the bus whenever it becomes necessary to save themselves....no loyalty among thieves ya' know.
These aides are pretty low on the dem totem pole and at some point they may find themselves soon to be tossed to save more "important" people from prison or worse. They may finally wake up to the fact that it's in their best interest to cut a deal for themselves PDQ. They might not be the only ones who come to the same conclusion.

Government has no fifth amendment right.
The State has no fifth amendment right.
Corrupt government actors in their official capacity have no fifth amendment right.
It is just preposterous that corrupt government actors
think that citizen rights protect them from accountability
for actions taken as government officials.

#3, if they still refuse to spew, then waterboarding them should do the trick.

When the Dems are forced to resort to pleading the 5th its a sure way to verify they're hiding crimes. When have the Dems ever missed an opportunity to beat their chests and brag about their 'accomplishnebts'...unless this particular accomplishment would resuld in a criminal indicment?

Meanwhile, how about rounding up all those Inmates that the Autopen Pardoned! They should be back in Prison until this mess is sorted out. We should not have some of the most Hardened Prisoners running around loose! Good Grief!

I think this road leads to the door of another in the know person and she takes the 5th every day. When are they going to called in VP Harris for some under oath questioning? My guess is they will save her close to the end.
They also have the ability to grant immunity to one or more of these low level witnesses to get some facts. How abut questioning some of the staff people, not the Biden people. The staff that stays on to run the place from administration to administration. They may feel a little more loyalty to the truth than these jackasses.
Will any of this lead anywhere? it seems that congressional inquisition sound great but lead no where. Maybe they should check with Bondi first to see if she will carry the ball into the end zone if they give her the ball, so to speak.

I think that we need to amend the constitution to end 5th amendment protections for government officials, elected officials and employees in cases specifically related to their actions in their official capacity.
Im sorry, but I believe that government officials should be held to a higher standard. Not a lower standard based on party affiliation.

#2: Giving one of them immunity isn't good enough. That person could go under oath and conveniently have memory lapses (a la James Comey, who answered that he "couldn't remember" 245 times under oath to questions which he covered voluminously in his books), which we know isn't true. Instead, anyone given immunity must be required to sign an affidavit in advance about that to which they will testify. Any deviations in the court testimony will then form grounds for perjury charges. So the perps getting immunity will either tell the truth or go the slammer for perjury.

Remember, they are pleading the 5th to avoid incriminating THEMSELVES in the scheme of the Biden term.

So they leave us with the belief that this was a widespread conspiracy and not just the actions of a few. They all fear indictment for their parts in the takeover of the Biden administration. Will they all go down together?
