As we learn more and more about the infamous $250 million "Feeding our Future" fraud scheme in Minnesota, the worse it gets. However, the fraudsters are being held accountable. On Saturday, FBI Director Kash Patel, speaking with Fox News, indicated that no fewer than 70 suspects are under indictment in this massive rip-off. A $250 million fraud scheme that exploited a federally funded children's nutrition program during the COVID-19 pandemic has been described by FBI Director Kash Patel as "one of the worst" in Minnesota history.

Somewhere I read Minn. is under federal investigation for financial abuse at about 40% of their 400+ autism centers in the state. First question I have is why a state like MInnesota needs 400+ autism centers. Sounds like a bunch of these may exist only to grab state and federal funds. I understand that there may be a need for some of these centers and a number in metro areas (which in Minnesota, would basically be MSP, Duluth, and Rochester) and even if every town of 5000 or more had one, I doubt you'd get anywhere near 400+.

From the article: "Stealing over $250 million from hungry kids during a pandemic to fund mansions and luxury cars is as shameless as it gets," FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement. Re #7 although it was exactly what I expected, it's nice to be sure. This is the tip of the iceberg. We are coming down to the point that only a minimum of ten years in federal prison with no parole will work or exile to San Salvador. Paying them to house these people and, hopefully, to abuse them, will slow this down.

More than a few Mohameds in that list. Another fine example of life in Walzland. Whatever amount we think that COVID-19 cost Americans we can probably multiply it by ten. Multiply the cost of Clinton's importation of most of Mogadishu and multiply that by fifty.

Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties.
