The GOP’s Audacious Midterm Strategy

It is no longer debatable that President Trump’s second term is remarkable for its historic and rapid accomplishments. During the first six months of 2025, he has secured the southern border, brought prices down on energy and food, begun deporting violent illegal immigrants, used tariffs to produce the first monthly budget surplus the nation has seen in years, made his 2017 tax cut permanent by signing the “Big Beautiful Bill” into law, ad infinitum. There’s little reason to expect this momentum to slow down in the rest of Trump’s term unless the Democrats win the House of Representatives in 2026.

Texas Republicans are excited about the prospect of redistricting Texas. It is time for Republicans to act on their victories, which have been a lot in Texas --- and yet Democrats run many Texas House Committees. Texas Republican voters are being side swiped by Texas Rino's.

President Trump's first term was also very good for America and, if not for the constant lawfare conducted by the many snakes in the Deep State, would have produced even more for us. He beat them all and is now running at full throttle. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Colonel Vindman, James Comey, Jerry Nadler, Jamie Raskin, Bob Menendez, Liz Cheney - all have gone down in flames and will be remembered in history as the little people that they are.

The democrats will do everything in their power to disprove the statement that 'cheaters never win!' Their being out of power and control, and not directing where the stolen tax money goes, is making them crazy.

I am a Trump supporter and I know that he has accomplished much in just six months, but when I read that prices have gone down on food and energy? They need to stop saying that because I and many others I've talked to just haven't seen it. In Michigan gas is still $3.39. I pass by more and more things at the grocery store. We are eating more meatless dinners. I want to support my local farmers, but $7.50 for a quart of strawberries? $75 for a bushel of peaches? Fortunately, in our 70's, we're still able to garden and preserve a lot of what we grow.

Thank you for reminding me of the upcoming election of 2026...I'm sure President Trump has considered what to do if the house goes to the democrats ruled by Jeffries...WE'll have another impeachment of our leader...which will inflame MAGA and then WE'll win in 2028 sounds like a plan....the democrats are so weak now...I can't imagine they will find another sacrificial lamb to run against JD Vance and Rubio...bring it on!!

#6: I'm no expert, but if wholesale gas is the same around the country, it may be your state and local taxes that keep it high. Unleaded was $2.75 at my local stations and a little less at the 'buying club' stations. Wifey tells me eggs are down, although beef has not.

When Elon Musk started bellyaching about the “One Big Beautiful Bill” he revealed why his influence on the Trump administration was destined to be short-lived. Like most billionaires, he is accustomed to getting what he wants when and how he wants it. He has no patience with the excruciating political process and the necessary compromises that must be endured to produce a piece of legislation like the bill Trump signed into law on July 4. In this regard he has much in common with the late Ross Perot, whose destructive foray into national politics proved so disastrous for the Republican Party and the nation at large.

After being in this business for thirty years, if I've heard it once, I've heard it a thousand times by Democrats. If X happens, or this or that person gets elected, people will die. You'd think this tactic would be reserved for the most extreme of issues or candidates, but with today's Democratic Party, it's not the final arrow in their quiver, it's often times the first one they reach for in order to convince you to not do something. Remember when Mitt Romney ran for president in 2012? This was a couple years after the passage of the Affordable Care Act, more commonly known as Obamacare.
Mamdani’s grocery scheme is foolish

Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani has a lot of dumb ideas. Of course, these days that’s pretty much assumed when you hear the words “Democratic mayoral nominee.” But — though the competition is stiff — the dumbest of his ideas may be his plan for government-run grocery stores. In fact, it’s so obviously a terrible idea that even Democrats seem to know it. So there must be another agenda, and I think I know what it is. Business owners across New York City and the nation have denounced Mamdani’s plan as a Soviet-style disaster. “You can’t force us to pay taxes and then be our adversary,” said Bronx bodega owner Rafael Garcia.

Zohran Mamdani says he is not a Communist. We'll come back to that claim in a moment, but first, let me remind you that he also says he's not a supporter of defunding the police. He calls that allegation a fear tactic and a right-wing smear from MAGA billionaires. But he's called for NYPD to be defunded many, many times. In other words, he sees the reading of his own quotes aloud as something of a sinister lie, or whatever. Look at his assertion in a recent mayoral debate below, then compare that to what he's said. Repeatedly. And publicly.

Last Friday’s Supreme Court ruling in Trump v. CASA finally ended what many of the President’s supporters saw as a “judicial insurrection.” Upon assuming office, President Trump issued a number of executive orders involving a variety of issues. They were immediately challenged by lawsuits filed in a select group of district courts, virtually all of which issued universal injunctions that seriously impeded implementation of the President’s agenda. Such injunctions have long been criticized by numerous legal scholars and several members of the U.S. Supreme Court, including Justice Kagan.

President Trump may be a second-term president now, but he hasn’t lost his penchant for surprising critics and supporters alike. No one could be sure what he would do about the Israel-Iran war. Had he played a role in setting it up, by duping the Iranians into believing he wanted to strike a “deal” to arrest their nuclear-weapons program? Or was he negotiating in good faith and blindsided by Israel? Would he involve America in the war or not? And if he did, would regime change in Tehran be his goal?

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to move ahead with plans to carry out mass layoffs at the Department of Education that were blocked by a federal judge. The conservative-majority court, without any explanation, granted an emergency application from the administration that blocks the federal judge's ruling. The court's three liberal members objected, with Justice Sonia Sotomayor writing a blistering dissenting opinion. "When the Executive publicly announces its intent to break the law, and then executes on that promise, it is the Judiciary’s duty to check that lawlessness, not expedite it," she wrote.

Uh oh. Democrat swamp rat Jamie Raskin has jumped on the Epstein conspiracy bandwagon, demanding AG Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel and his deputy Dan Bongino testify to Congress about the so-called Epstein files. After five days of escalating hysteria and chest-beating, including ultimatums to the president to “fire Blondi,” MAGA “influencers” have found themselves on the same side as Raskin, which, needless to say, is the wrong side. While the whole episode has been handled clumsily by the Trump officials, it is not so difficult to believe that FBI vaults have been scrubbed of meaningful Jeffrey Epstein conspiracy information or never had any,

We’ve noted before that today’s Democrats are operating with a mental deficit. A new poll further confirms they are a broken people. While it’s good for a cheap laugh, because they are often smug, condescending and hateful to those who disagree with them, their fragile psychological state poses a threat to the republic. A Rasmussen poll released Monday found that 60% of Democratic voters still believe “the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016 election.” As disturbing as that is, 69% of those who self-identify as “liberals” believe Donald Trump conspired with Moscow to beat Hillary Clinton.

Per the outlet, Biden approved standards to give out categorical pardons to criminals in his final months in office, but staff ultimately ran a final list of names that supposedly met the criteria through the autopen,
