A California building owner confronted the homeless encampments in downtown Los Angeles with an unusual musical deterrent. While other businesses have taken to blasting loud music in front of their stores to prevent the homeless population from taking up space, one building owner turned to a repeat dose of playing Pinkfong’s “Baby Shark” through loudspeakers. [Tweet, video] Tracy, a woman who lives in the encampment next door to the building, was not amused. “They played ‘Baby Shark’ all night long,” Tracy, a woman who lives in an encampment next door to the building at the corner of West 11th and Main streets, told NBC4 Los Angeles.

A Democratic Tennessee state representative garnered sharp criticism on Tuesday after uploading a video of herself attempting to interfere with a recent US Immigration and Customs (ICE) operation near Nashville. In the video, Rep. Aftyn Behn (D-Nashville) can be observed following federal and state law enforcement officers in a vehicle, where Behn stated she had been "bullying" ICE agents and Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officers in an effort to thwart a May 9 immigration enforcement operation in Madison, Tennessee. This came while ICE had been conducting a weeklong targeted immigration enforcement operation to take in significant public safety threats, which resulted in 196 apprehensions.

A federal judge said that the Trump administration violated a court order after it deported several migrants to South Sudan despite the fact that they came from other countries.
US District Judge Brian E. Murphy on Tuesday ordered the White House to keep the deportees in US custody after the plane landed in Sudan in preparation for Wednesday’s emergency hearing. During the proceedings, the judge argued that the administration violated an injunction he put in place in April.

A Christian camp that has been operating since 1948 in Colorado is suing the state after the camp was told that it had to accommodate gender expression in bathrooms and a variety of other spaces.
"They feel like they're honoring God in what they're doing, and I feel like they should do that, to operate in a way that's consistent with that," camp volunteer and mother Leah Rohwer told CBS News in an interview.

Randy Thumann stopped a white Ford F-250 pickup truck hauling a gooseneck hay trailer shortly after noon on Tuesday. Ah, Jeffrey Epstein. We finally have an official statement from our own side, and it contradicts every last thing our own side has believed now for years.
Let’s all approach this analytically.
I would be willing to bet that no one reading this right now was there in that jail cell. No one reading right now was on the island, on the plane, or anywhere else relevant to the case. We have secondhand knowledge at best. It is easy to believe a conspiracy theory. It is hard to admit it if you are wrong.
Do I think serious crimes were committed? Yes.

Every time climate change is mentioned in a story, even features in a newspaper’s food or fashion pages, it is understood that humans are turning Earth into a muggy greenhouse by burning fossil fuel. No evidence is provided to corroborate the claim. Man-made global warming just is and skeptics are deplorables.

Honestly, I hope that Jill plans to go to confession and admit that she loved the title of First Lady a lot more than being a devoted wife.
