Thom Tillis Wants You To Forget His Role
In Tanking Ed Martin’s D.C. Attorney Nomination

Original Article

It’s becoming pretty clear that Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., desperately wants voters to forget his role in helping sink Ed Martin’s nomination to serve as U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. Throughout the past week, the Tarheel State’s senior senator — who is up for reelection next year — has posted a series of tweets seemingly aimed at portraying himself as a reliable ally of President Trump and his administration. From lavishing praise on Trump’s Middle East trip and “Golden Age” presidency to lauding the law enforcement efforts of Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, the apparent rear-smooching campaign has been nothing short of pathetic.

If I'm still alive November of next year, you can bet your last cookie that I won't vote for that traitor under any circumstances. If he runs I just won't tick his box. If we had a Democrat in that office at least. We would KNOW he was a traitor and not have to find out years into his term when the chips are down.

No doubt Tillis should be knocked out via the North Carolina primaries if he tries to run for another term as a RINO for doing the Democrats dirty work. Maybe Lara Trump would be interested as she is from North Carolina?

Whatley needs to find a great candidate TODAY and start primarying this stinker. Bring him to his knees and make an example of him for all other wannabe traitors and deep state Republicans. by all accounts, he is a lying, demon-rat--horrible to the stranded, storm victims of his state. we had to work hard to get needful aid to those vulnerable suffering communities-besides elon, and starlink. sadly, ppl sneered at us: tillis and cooper left them to die! (well, they had no infrastructure or comms). elon gave them starlink. you could drop it in the snow and still get your signal. so, FEMA caught aid ppl with starlink and tried to confiscate it. (don't think elon was,,,emmm...pleased) t-t was labelled as meaner, thicker, and more intractable, than a Gov't mule... true heroics /s/

Planned Parenthood celebrates the fact that it aborted – slaughtered – 402,230 babies last year, according to its latest report. That’s over 1,100 lives a day – the most ever. Last year, taxpayers were forced to give another three-quarters of a billion dollars to the abortion giant – almost $800 million. That’s nearly $2.2 million of our tax dollars every single day. It appears life is good for Planned Parenthood post-Dobbs, a case in which we filed helping overturn Roe v. Wade. Now it’s time to stop funding the abortion industry once and for all. At least 10 hospital executives from Nassau University Medical Center, including its CEO, have put in their resignations in response to what they called a “hostile takeover” by Gov. Kathy Hochul, according to sources in the hospital. CEO Meg Ryan confirmed to The Post that she and other leaders in the hospital have resigned effective in July, so that they can help oversee the hospital board’s transition, she revealed. “[New York State] has made it very clear that they do not want me to be in the CEO role,” Ryan told The Post about her decision to step down. “It was the hardest decision I had to make in my career.”

Andrew Cuomo was dealt another blow by the city’s campaign finance watchdog, which dinged him another $675,000 Friday over suspicions his mayoral campaign improperly coordinated with a super PAC. The New York City Campaign Finance Board has now denied the former governor a total of $1.3 million in public matching funds — which could hamper the frontrunner as the June 24 Democratic primary approaches and surging socialist mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani nips at his heels. The ex-gov first lost out on around $622,000 in matching funds last month when the CBC said it believed a TV ad was created by “Fix the City” —

While President Trump says it’s too soon to back a successor for his party’s 2028 presidential nod, the jockeying and tea-leaf reading has begun in the search for the next GOP leader. The president himself suggested Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are possible contenders. Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., suggested this past week that he was keeping the door open to a possible run after his father leaves the White House, acknowledging “that calling is there.” Some swing state governors have also made moves that stoked speculation of presidential ambitions this cycle. Here are the seven most likely successors to Trump in 2028:

The Justice Department on Thursday formally notified the American Bar Association that it will no longer comply with its ratings process for judicial nominees, the result of what it argues is a biased system and one that "invariably and demonstrably" favors nominees put forth by Democratic administrations. The Department of Justice said it will no longer grant the ABA the "special treatment" and first access it has received, revoking decades of precedent where the ABA interviewed and vetted potential members of the incoming DOJ team. "Accordingly, while the ABA is free to comment on judicial nominations, there is no justification for treating the ABA differently from such other activist organizations

ey Newly declassified documents from a 2019 FBI analysis released on May 28, 2025 show that Nellie Ohr allegedly “knowingly“ provided false testimony under oath to Congress about her actions related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Ohr was a Fusion GPS contractor who provided research and intel in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, played a central role in pushing for declassification of the analysis. An analysis of the documents concluded that Ohr’s statements obstructed congressional investigations and violated federal statutes 18 USC §1001 (false statements) and 18 USC §1505 (obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and congressional committees).

This week, we saw a spate of news stories blaming Democrats’ troubles on their vocabulary. They’re just using too many darn multisyllabic, academic-sounding words and turning off numbskull voters, is the basic message. Seriously? The Democrats’ problem isn’t linguistic, it’s ideological. But no one in the party wants to admit that. A Washington Post story this week – “Democratic troubles revive debate over left-wing buzzwords” – begins by saying: Maybe it’s using the word ‘oligarchs’ instead of rich people. Or referring to ‘people experiencing food insecurity’ rather than Americans going hungry. Or ‘equity’ in place of ‘equality,’ or ‘justice-involved populations’ instead of prisoners.

House Republicans likely dodged a political bullet when they opted against including tax hikes on the wealthy in this year’s reconciliation bill. Trump promised his voters across-the-board tax cuts while campaigning, but once confronted with the difficult math of paying for his expensive agenda, the president — and some members of the GOP caucus — began to wobble. So long as Senate Republicans stick with their colleagues in the lower chamber and avoid adding tax hikes to the “big, beautiful” bill, they’ll avoid paying a steep political price at the ballot box.

At the outset, let me state my bona fides. I voted for Trump three times. I publicly supported his candidacy back when the media deemed him and his supporters like me stupid racists. That was back when “Trump is literally Hitler” was the meme of the moment amongst the kind of people who don’t know the meaning of Hitler and don’t know the meaning of “literally.” Which is to say, most of the current mainstream media. For the record, Trump is not Hitler, not literally or metaphorically, nor is he a fascist. Contrary to popular belief engendered by the lamestream media, the word “fascist” does not mean “Republican.”
