A formal letter has just been sent to Secret Service Director Sean Curran and FBI Director Kash Patel, calling for an immediate joint investigation into James Comey after he posted a disturbing message on social media using the phrase “86” in reference to President Trump.(snip) The letter demands a full probe into potential violations of federal law, including 18 U.S.C. § 871 (threats against the President) and 18 U.S.C. § 875 (interstate threats). It also presses for answers on whether Comey still holds a security clearance or has access to classified material. The same Left that spent years crying about “stochastic terrorism” is silent now.

Stochastic terrorism is a form of political violence instigated by hostile public rhetoric directed at a group or an individual. Unlike incitement to terrorism, stochastic terrorism is accomplished with indirect, vague or coded language, which grants the instigator plausible deniability for any associated violence. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stochastic_terrorism

You can just see too-clever-by-half Comey smiling at himself in the mirror for the subtleness of that Instagram post. And for placing those shells in that pattern. His sick idea of the perfect crime.

As the former head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, James Comey just put the imprimatur of the FBI on the murder of the President of the United States. It will be even more of an open season on assassination attempts against our beloved President. Comey must be indicted for this clear threat against DJT. For DOJ and Patel's FBI to do nothing to Comey, is tantamount to saying threats like this are okay. They are not. Pam and Kash, Do Something!

No doubt there are a lot of “nut jobs” out there who take that 8647 message by Comey as “a wink and a nod” OK by an FBI Director to take their best shot at Trump, and in return get his of her name in the history books.

The Supreme Court attempted to split the baby between executive “national security” power and the dynamic use of the “Alien Enemies Act” today with a ruling that temporarily blocks the Trump administration from deporting criminal alien gang members under the UEA until the criminals are afforded some undefined amount of time to appeal their repatriation status.
