Undisclosed communication devices reportedly discovered in Chinese-manufactured solar panels and related equipment have sparked concerns among U.S. officials about the vulnerability of the nation’s power grid, according to a Reuters report. These “rogue” devices, found over the past nine months, could potentially destabilize energy infrastructure and trigger widespread blackouts, sources familiar with the matter told the outlet. The undocumented devices, including cellular radios, were identified in solar power inverters, batteries, electric vehicle chargers, and heat pumps produced by several Chinese suppliers.

The Secret Service may try to force former FBI Director James Comey to answer pointed questions into a social media post he issued depicting an image of “8647,” but a U.S. attorney whom President Trump appointed will determine whether to prosecute Comey over the post.
If Comey refuses to comply with their request for what’s known as a protective intelligence interview, the Secret Service leading the investigation into the Instagram post can apply for a subpoena through an assistant U.S. attorney. It’s that prosecutor who will determine whether the former FBI director is legally required to answer their questions, and

Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, is pulling no punches in her view of the direct threat against President Donald Trump that has been made and promoted by former FBI Director James Comey.
Speaking to Fox News, Director Gabbard outlines that there is “no way” James Comey did not know what his threat post was about. Gabbard notes the “86 47” phrase has been circulating the far-left for several months and Mr Comey is well aware what it means. Director Gabbard says in her view the former FBI director should be arrested and put behind bars. WATCH:

Jeff Bezos’ Washington Post is commiserating with wealthy restaurant owners who are trying to shield their lower-wage, illegal migrant workers from President Donald Trump’s crackdown on legal migration.
“Owners or operators of four restaurants confirmed to the Washington Post that they had lost employees, whether permanently or temporarily, since DHS agents visited last week,” the newspaper reported.
“If they want to go by the [law] book, there is not many restaurants left in D.C.,” said Luis Reyes, a former illegal migrant from El Salvador who is now the co-owner of a restaurant visited by ICE. He added:

FBI Director Kash Patel on Friday announced plans to move the bureau out of its headquarters in Washington, D.C.
As part of the plan to vacate its headquarters in the J. Edgar Hoover Building, the bureau will transfer 1,500 employees to varying locations nationwide. The building, which is located on Pennsylvania Avenue NW, has served as the FBI’s headquarters since 1975.
“This FBI is leaving the Hoover building because this building is unsafe for our workforce,” Patel said during an appearance on Fox News. “We want the American men and women to know if you’re going to come work at the premier law enforcement agency in the world,

A Wisconsin judge pleaded not guilty on Thursday to charges that she helped an illegal immigrant evade federal authorities.
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted by a federal grand jury earlier this week on charges of obstruction and and concealing a person of arrest, for which she faces up to six years in prison if convicted. The Trump administration has defended its prosecution against Dugan, asserting that nobody is above the law.
“Judge Dugan asserts her innocence and looks forward to being vindicated in court,” her attorneys said Tuesday. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has temporarily removed Dugan from her post with the case pending.

The agenda behind Zelenskyy and his handlers is very clear, the EU need to keep distance between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin; so, they keep playing the narrative game around the pretense of a ‘ceasefire.’
Using his Twitter account today, the vertically challenged EU members led by Volodymyr Zelenskyy note, “if the Russians reject a full and unconditional ceasefire and an end to killings, tough sanctions must follow. Pressure on Russia must be maintained until Russia is ready to end the war.”The picture Zelenskyy presents of Donald Tusk (Poland), Zelenskyy, Emmanuel Macron (France), Keir Starmer (UK) and Friedrich Merz (Germany), represents his “coalition of the willing.”

It’s becoming pretty clear that Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., desperately wants voters to forget his role in helping sink Ed Martin’s nomination to serve as U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
Throughout the past week, the Tarheel State’s senior senator — who is up for reelection next year — has posted a series of tweets seemingly aimed at portraying himself as a reliable ally of President Trump and his administration. From lavishing praise on Trump’s Middle East trip and “Golden Age” presidency to lauding the law enforcement efforts of Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, the apparent rear-smooching campaign has been nothing short of pathetic.

Will the Supreme Court stop radicals in robes from subverting the president and imperiling the separation of powers via rule by universal injunction?
Or will it continue allowing any one of 680 district court judges to nullify the votes of tens of millions of Americans by hamstringing the commander in chief with rulings infringing upon his powers to pursue policy and pick personnel?
These questions loomed over the Supreme Court on Thursday, as justices heard oral arguments in cases challenging the president’s executive order curtailing birthright citizenship. Those arguments suggest we could be looking at a 5-4 decision hinging on Chief Justice John Roberts — one that could make or break Trump’s

A Wednesday New York Post headline momentarily deceives those inclined to optimism. It reads, “Gov. Tim Walz feeds rumor mill about Derek Chauvin pardon, despite Trump saying he knows nothing about it.” That optimist might think that the Minnesota governor was moved to reconsider Chauvin’s fate, the inspiration being a recent judicial order issued by Hennepin County Judge Edward Wahl. The ruling followed a defamation suit brought by Assistant Minneapolis Police Chief Katie Blackwell.

Axios has obtained recordings of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s October 8, 2023 interview of President Biden in the Biden version of the documents case. Marc Caputo and Alex Thompson introduce the four-minute audio clip below: “Amid long, uncomfortable pauses, Joe Biden struggled to recall when his son died, when he left office as vice president, what year Donald Trump was elected or why he had classified documents he shouldn’t have had, according to audio Axios obtained of his October 2023 interviews with special counsel Robert Hur.” Caputo and Thompson observe in their summary: “The recordings appear to validate special counsel Robert Hur’s assertion
