Renowned attorney Larry Klayman predicted on USAWatchdog.com that there would be full-blown, legal civil war happening in the court system. He also predicted that violence from the “rabid left” would not only increase but explode. Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch USA, says there are now more than 233 federal court cases trying to stop or delay President Trump and his Administration.

The battle between the Trump administration and the federal courts on the topic of deportation is intensifying. The outlines are clear. Biden and his corrupt cronies left the U.S. southern border wide open for four years. Estimates vary but it’s likely 8 million illegal aliens crossed the border. But the actual number could be 10 million or higher. Of course, some just came for a better opportunity, but many were murderers, terrorists, rapists, sex traffickers, Chinese spies and every sort of violent low life you can imagine.

Or they simply order new overreaching temporary restraining orders (TROs) that under court rules ordinarily can’t be appealed for a period as long as 28 days. Then the same or different judge comes along with a new bizarre TRO to keep deportations frozen or derailed. It’s assembly line lawfare.

The central argument at their convention, spoken and implied ad nauseam, was: Anyone with a pulse is going to beat Evil Orange Man. A Wisconsin judge pleaded not guilty on Thursday to charges that she helped an illegal immigrant evade federal authorities.
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted by a federal grand jury earlier this week on charges of obstruction and and concealing a person of arrest, for which she faces up to six years in prison if convicted. The Trump administration has defended its prosecution against Dugan, asserting that nobody is above the law.
“Judge Dugan asserts her innocence and looks forward to being vindicated in court,” her attorneys said Tuesday. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has temporarily removed Dugan from her post with the case pending.
