Despite landslide victories in 2024 that put Trump in the Presidency and Republicans in
control of Congress, Trump’s agenda to reverse the Biden Immigration Invasion is
being aggressively blocked by radical activist federal judges…Though Trump’s DOJ has scored reversals in some of the more egregious cases, many federal district court judges still find ways to ignore the higher court rulings. Or they simply order new overreaching temporary restraining orders (TROs) that under court rules ordinarily can’t be appealed for a period as long as 28 days. Then the same or different judge comes along with a new bizarre TRO to keep deportations frozen or derailed. It’s assembly line lawfare.

Snowe, Mulkowski, Rand Paul, Thom Tillis, McConnell, and the rest of the Rino's are not going to lift the filibuster. Do you ever wonder why Democrats always elect imbeciles that vote in lockstep? Because they are so easily led to vote the way their puppetmaster's desire, led by being promoted above their IQ, by a lot, and their bias buttons, which the puppetmasters so gleefully push: pride day, irrelevant day, nobody cares day, make the earth green day. Trump will have to suspend habeas corpus.

Ending the filibuster is what got us into this mess. Not sure making it worse will improve things over the long haul. We definitely have an out of control Judicialocracy. Roberts couldn't be happier. That has to be addressed. I believe that a Convention of States could put the fear of consequences into these black robed activist faster than a tornado through a trailer park. But out stat leaders haven't got the courage to take action. As usual, it we the people that are getting screwed.

There is a reason liberals concentrated on education.
There is a reason Soros funded campaigns for judges and DAs.

Soros is behind it. This is a plan that was formed by him and financed by him, and American traitors posing as politicians have been bought and paid for by the ex-Jewish Nazi.

Seems appropriate that I read this morning, "...greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world."

Isn't it time for President Trump to have a Mafia-type sit-down with Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts in a recorded interview to discuss immigration issues and the law and discuss who is the President, Trump of 1000+ unelected judges.
Put Roberts on the hot seat and see him squirm, and for the record, see whether Roberts is an impartial judge or a partisan hack..

True Americans will not let it happen. The law is what we say it is. Judges who do evil are not legitimate, they are just evil men in robes.

If we keep the filibuster, we have 4 years of congressional trench warfare and out of control judges. If we end the fillibuster, the republic ends as soon as democrats take back congress.

I seriously doubt Trump has enough support in the Senate even though it is Republican lead. Suspend habeas corpus? Expect Congress to launch impeachment again. Also, it sets a precedent. What will the Democrats do the next time they get the executive branch? In spite of all that, suspending habeas corpus might still be the best option.
This is basically a civil war. The Trump controlled executive branch vs the media, the courts, and Congress. It's an uphill battle for Trump.

Ignore them and move on. Biden ignored the supreme court on every issue and nothing was said or done.

You don't have to end the filibuster. Just ignore the district judges mandating compliance for the entire country.

It’s a joke that the leftist and progressive Democrats know that in many cases that they can reliably depend on the RINOS listed by poster #1 along with other wimpy Republicans to get them over the hump when it comes to their ability to stop legitimate MAGA supported legislation.

End the rogue leftist judges, one by one. It's easier.

A better idea, Limit the Filibuster to 1 minute and can't be passed to anyone else.

End this tyranny legally or the judges may have to suffer consequences.
