With so much going on these days — on multiple fronts — it's difficult to keep up with it all. On Tuesday alone, there were multiple cabinet secretaries testifying before Congress, President Donald Trump made multiple appearances, commenting on everything from trade to FIFA, the Houthis cried "Uncle!", and India and Pakistan appear primed to bust out into an all-out war.[Snip] But looking back over some of the key moments, one was particularly jaw-dropping: According to Bessent, over one-third of the 1.5 billion payments issued by the Treasury Department in the past year cannot be traced back to a corresponding appropriation. That's 500 million payments (not dollars

There are a lot of fabulously wealthy people around the globe today made that way courtesy of the American taxpayer along with a slovenly, criminal Federal government. Charges of Treason and sentences of Execution by Hanging should be as common as the morning weather forecast, if the Feds REALLY wanted to change it, although I'm not holding my breath.

Well, I guess a den of thieves have been operating in the federal government. No telling how many Virginia and Maryland stately homes have been purchased with ill-gotten gains.

Screwing over the American Taxpayer is now the new national pastime.
Every day I read yet another article detailing how money simply vanishes into our bloated government.
No one goes to jail.

Are we understanding how congress critters have gone from low portfolios to high portfolios? Maybe the cutoff of funds is why certain people (michelle obama) are doing podcasts and other things to make money when they don't have to. Criminals that steal from the US taxpayers usually don't make for good investors; they're always looking for the next grift.

If this isn’t an OMG moment, nothing is. Yellen needs to be hauled before Congress . How is it that OUR tax dollars can be spent like this with no audit trail?

The democrat party is totally irresponsible. Not only do they offer no value to the people, they make things worse. Dangerously worse. They are good standing on steps and curbs yelling, though.

Approval of spending is the charge given to the House of Representatives!
Allowing this is dereliction of duty.

The House loves to remind everyone that they have ‘the power of the purse’. It looks like they delegated their power to low level bureaucrats who were robbing the Treasury at will. I’m wondering what the House of Representatives bring to the table for Americans that we can’t live without. I don’t know who they think they’re representing but it ain’t us.

I want to see some, no lots, of people in prison. Enough of this thievery! Start clawing back those millions of tax dollars, that I and most tax payers would be jailed for, if we missed paying them. But now we know why the dems vote against tax cuts. You can't steal it if it's not there.

This was previously suggested by Musk when we he discussed how federal accounting did not require any record of what appropriation was the source of payments. The federal government accounting records in many cases have been worthless up to now. That does not mean a third of money disbursed is stolen, but it means criminal mishandling of funds has been much too easy.

And the Democrats claim we need the federal workers that do this kind of slovenly work, and that we cannot fire them. We can't get AI into the Treasury Dept soon enough to replace this type of worker!

I read all these truths being revealed by the PDJT Administration (with Elon Musk), about the absolute evil that has been done to this unique and greatest country on earth - founded on the very precepts and principles of the One and Only Holy, Righteous, Living God and Creator of this universe and All that exists within it - and there is clearer understanding of how much PDJT loves America and her people. There is clearer understanding of the magnitude of the willing sacrifice (to the very point of death) he has made and continues making to save her from the things being done to her, and his fervent desire to make her great again. It is also crystal clear why he is hated so vehemently by those fighting to stop him. It is angering, and heartbreaking, that American citizens born into this land of privilege would be so greedy and foolish as to destroy the means of provision for the benefit of all, to reap the spoils for themselves.
PDT couldn’t possibly have simply told US what he has learned. It has to be seen to be believed, and the enormity of the depravity of it still strains the mind of honest people. Everything he has said was characterized as a hateful, mean-spirited attack on hapless victims that his noble political opponents were trying to protect, and on democracy itself. In retrospect it seems more of a tactic he uses to bring memorable attention to actions - intended or unintended- that would aid the continued destruction. He has been painted as being the most evil and corrupt person in history by people who have presided over, aided, ignored, or dismissed as lies the very thing he is accused of doing - destroying our Free, Constitutional, Representative Republic.
I pray that more and more eyes are opened to the truth of what is being revealed, and to more awareness of who is trying to prevent that revelation. Stopping this evil and correcting it is beyond human capacity to accomplish alone. It’s obvious that Resistance is fierce and determined. But, I believe Divine Providence has provided US a leader in Donald Trump.
It is up to those who believe in divine providence to pray, support and do all that’s possible to stand with PDJT in this Fight to MAGA. May God be with US, guide, strengthen, protect and bless every effort for good to prevail. To God be the glory.

I suggest that the bank records of every bureaucrat in the approval process, or any of those in their supervisory ladder, be examined for any extra cash flows beyond that provided by their official paychecks.

And apparently, no one cares or will be held accountable. Welcome to government work. Where no departments can pass an audit and that is acceptable.

Yesterday, I heard someone say that we cannot really say that our country is "One Nation Under God" anymore, and I agree. So many in our government make their decisions on what to do or what to say, or how to vote, on the basis of whether or not their actions or words will be a benefit or a detriment to themselves. We are finding so much dishonesty in our government through the DOGE program that we can better understand why so many people don't want Trump in office. Trump wants to put America first, and too many of those in charge want to put themselves first. I don't even know if it is too late to save our country from going bankrupt.. They are all being exposed, and their solutions for everything is to lie about it.

Another way to look at it, they didn't follow the law and the payments should be clawed back until they can firmly determine there was an actual appropriation from Congress to make such a payment.
Let the banks know they need to assist too.
Wonder if any of that $20 billion the Biden regime pushed out the door just days before they were out had any of the TAS designation.

What in hell has the Government Accounting Office, as part of Congress, been doing all this time? It is their job to audit the books. This is outrageous. Should be DOGE's next challenge to reveal this negligence.

this is why treasury and the fed must go to hades--as a slushpool for every filthy crook on the planet.
this will go on as long as leo's, state, and spookville, are burrowed in like moles, slithering about like rattlesnakes--
taking boodle from every coven of leftoid trash.
no demonic leftovers--''circle back'' to rwr and tip o'neill. haha
this must include the personnel depts. the blight starts there. enter doge on steroids.
shrink the bushes to biden tomfoolery down to tiny/capped units, w strict performance rules.
tsa is totally moronic-and must fall into the dustbin of hysteria.
sadly, dhs also has a bad record.
the new broom should--and must-- sweep clean.
review the employment records old and new, particularly of those abused and tossed out by excess,
reprobate 7th floor trash, now thrown out of office.
those doxxing and terrorising doge squads must be punished for every felony in the book and dumped
into every poxy demoncrap jail from rikers and sing sing to fulton co.
if gov't is not serious about reform, it is not gov't...it's just a murder of crows.
spread worthy hires throughout other cleaned-up agencies of gov't-with extra-long periods of probation.
this is just a blue plate special menu for the civilian side.
mil will require their own-- to blowtorch their own; with ucmj and every other source of punishment for
every form of perversion and dishonourable conduct.
mil contractors should be subject to a form of those disciplinary rules.
strict rules on both sides are needed to end the corruption.
the 33 and 34 acts kept post-crash wall-street corruption to a minimum.
it took g-schlox and the big law firms determined decades of evildoing to restore corruption
and attempts to jail and kill pdt and others -- for 1.000 years.
get. to. work.
