Trump vows to 'save' deep-blue New York
City in massive, historic Bronx rally

Former President Donald Trump has broken political norms by visiting one of the most deep-blue areas in New York City, a town not necessarily known for its kindness to Republicans. Trump rallied a crowd of what his campaign estimated to be 25,000 supporters at Crotona Park in the Bronx on Thursday, far more than the initial 3,500 it said were expected to attend. Those numbers appeared to also include those lined up outside the event. "I'm here tonight to declare we are going to turn New York City around, and we are going to turn it around very, very quickly," Trump said after taking the stage, vowing to bring back safety

FTA: Critics planned a counter protest to the massive rally, with the Bronx Democratic Party holding their own event in the same park. Fox News Digital noticed a small group of about a few hundred protesters outside the event, but police cleared them out with no massive disruption. Biden is so unpopular the yellow dog D'Rats won't even protest for him. What a pathetic creep.

I watched the video In addition to drawing a huge crowd, DJT gave a great speech. I was glad to see him hammer the Dems on illegal immigration. That issue alone is front and center with most of the voters. Next inflation and crime. I think even people who don't obsess about politics are waking up. If the election is honest, Trump will win in a landslide. The Dems know this and they are already planning vote fraud again. They also seem desperate and I am afraid they are ramping up Trump hate. I hope he has adequate security because they would like to see him dead. The same goes for Bobby Jr. The Democrats will stop at nothing to retain power...nothing is beyond them.

Perhaps there are enough folks in NY to actually turn the tide of the insane fools who have been wrecking the state for the last 30 years or more. I'm pretty skeptical. New Yorkers seem to be the most gullible people on planet Earth.

This is how things work in Moscow On The Potomac. Accuse your opponent of exactly what you're doing. If it worked for the commies it should work for the democrats. Is it redundant to use commies and democrats in the same sentence?

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who almost always sides with the liberal wing on decisions, admitted to sometimes crying after certain rulings in favor of the conservatives. Sotomayor admitted to crying when speaking at Harvard University’s Radcliffe Institute on Friday upon receiving an award. “There are days that I’ve come to my office after an announcement of a case and closed my door and cried,” Sotomayor said. “There have been those days. And there are likely to be more.” The justice said there are sometimes moments where she is “deeply, deeply sad.” “There are moments when, yes, even I feel desperation,” she said. “We all do.

There's word of a new airstrike on Rafah on Sunday, just hours after Hamas lobbed rockets from Gaza into Israel overnight, as we shared earlier. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirms that it launched the strike against a Hamas compound, and took out two of the terror group's top commanders, Fox News Digital reported: While the exact number of killed remains unclear at this time, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that it struck a Hamas compound in Rafah in which "significant Hamas terrorists were operating." The IDF, citing intelligence that it said indicated Hamas’ use of the area, said it carried out the strike "against legitimate targets under international law."

Donald Trump spoke at the Libertarian Party Convention on Saturday night and, given the controversy over the invitation within the party, it wasn't surprising that many in the audience expressed their displeasure at the former president's presence. Trump was trying to pry some Libertarian Party voters away from Robert Kennedy. who spoke earlier in the day to a sparse crowd. Besides that, it took some courage to speak at a venue where he knew he would receive a mixed reception. Trump paid the crowd little mind, making his points and occasionally responding to the crowd. CNN's data reporter is sounding the alarm on a "very troubling" sign for the Biden campaign: Donald Trump's support among black voters has more than doubled. "Look, if you look at 2024, Biden still leads among black voters over Donald Trump, 69% in an average of polls," CNN's Harry Enten said. "But look at this number for Donald Trump: 22%. Where was Donald Trump at this point? Four years ago in the poll, he was just at 9% of the vote." "So he's seen more than a doubling in his support among African-Americans," he continued. "This margin, which was in the 70s, just four years ago, look at where it is

The Biden administration is crediting strengthened border enforcement and a crackdown by the Mexican government on migrants traveling to the U.S. for a drastic drop in illegal southern border crossings in recent months. But Republicans argue that the border crisis has not abated. They argue instead that the administration is playing a shell game, using “unlawful mass-parole programs” to send migrants to ports of entry and then letting them into the country “often with little or no vetting.” According to a report from CBS News, over the first three weeks of May, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended about 3,700 migrants per day between official

One of the unintended consequences of the Ukraine War is the developing relationship between Russia and North Korea. North Korea has supplied Russia with badly needed ammunition and artillery shells while Moscow has begun to transfer technology to Pyongyang. It's a symbiotic relationship that will grow even closer in the coming weeks when Russian President Vladimir Putin visits North Korea to formally cement the partnership. With Moscow's backing, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un may be unleashed, say several military and intelligence sources in the U.S. “We have no doubt that North Korea will be provocative this year. It’s just a matter of how escalatory it is,” a U.S. intelligence official said.

The Libertarian Party on Sunday nominated party activist Chase Oliver for president, rejecting former President Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. after they each spoke at the party’s convention. Third parties have rarely been competitive in U.S. presidential elections and the Libertarian candidate four years ago won 1% of the vote. But the party’s decision is getting more attention this year due to the rematch between Trump and Democratic President Joe Biden, which could hinge again on small vote margins in a handful of contested states. “We did it! I am officially the presidential nominee,” Oliver posted Sunday on X, formerly Twitter. “It’s time to unify and move forward for liberty.”
