Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul cleaned up on a stock deal, making a whopping $1.25 million in just three months, according to new reports. The former House Speaker and her husband have long been accused of engaging in insider trading to build their massive personal fortune. It’s amazing that this is allowed to continue, unquestioned, while Democrats and their media allies are actively working to bankrupt Donald Trump. FOX News reports: Pelosi’s husband made over $1.25 million on Nvidia stock bet in just three months. Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who has received widespread scrutiny over her husband’s stock purchases, is making bank on another well-timed bet on a familiar corporation. Who cares, really? He and Nancy are not going to be around much longer so let them make whatever money they want 'cause they not only can't take it with them they may die sad, mourning that fact. Their spawn might benefit but they won't.

Some people love money so much, they will never have enough of it. Like the Clinton's, the Pelosi's think that hearses have trailer hitches. Before too long, God is going to have a conversation with Nancy about abortion, worship of money, and many other things she will not be happy about.

'Front-running' on insider info is illegal. I believe one must parse the words in this article carefully. While it implies no insider governmental info was passed along by Nancy, it doesn't say someone on her staff didn't give Paul the vote count and the implications of the results. If anyone can get those results I guess its currently legal. Maybe some reform is needed in this area. I believe that maybe EricCantor tried with the Stock Act, which would have affected family members and close associates (in theory anyhow). Or maybe it just created more loopholes for the Ultra Wealthy Elites to use to their advantage. The situation is purposely indecipherable! IMHO

Well, he has the money. If he invested in Nvidia stock then it's possible. That stock has gone up by almost 200 dollars a share in last three months. It's the stock I invested in six months ago and I've made quite a bit of money off of it.

I dislike like Pelousi intensely, but if there was no legislative action underway in Congress regarding Nvidia, what inside information did she provide ? ANY astute investor knew that AI was going gangbusters. Since the rapid run up had to do with the Corp's. finances, IF any hanky panky occurred, it could have started with some one related directly or indirectly to NVIDA. I am making NO accusations. Even I, a small investor, knew NVIDIA was doing well, but I of course had no inside information as to how well the last quarter's earnings would be. Mr Pelosi is an astute investor with many contacts. Sometimes things are simple, not conspiratorial. If I was not an income oriented investor, but a GROWTH investor, I would have purchased the stock many months ago. Mr Pelosi uses OPTIONS which greatly increases his leverage.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom thinks President Joe Biden should absolutely debate Donald Trump in the 2024 general election campaign. Biden has not yet committed to debate Trump this election cycle after the two went head-to-head multiple times in 2020. But Newsom, a top surrogate for Biden, suggested that the president is prepared to go against his predecessor and that suggestions he won't is 'pure projection.' Trump refused to participate in the primary debate this cycle because he claimed he was running as an incumbent and shouldn't have to go up against the B team.

Joe Biden attended a black-tie event at the White House, for governors who were in town for the National Governors Association Winter Meeting. But his confusion seems to be increasing. Even when he has a teleprompter, the speeches are becoming more rambling and disconnected. He spoke to the governors about working together to get things done and he referenced a quote from "the man behind me here." He claimed politics has gotten "too bitter." He made an attempt to quote Abraham Lincoln's "better angels of our nature" remark. It did not go well,

Mercedes-Benz has backtracked on their plan to transition to selling only electric vehicles after 2030, with company officials saying that “market conditions” have not allowed that to happen. It was just three years ago when the German luxury vehicle manufacturer announced that it would go “all-electric,” the Verge reported at the time. The company said it would commit $47 billion to electrifying its fleet, with CEO and board chair Ola Källenius saying, “We are convinced, we can do it with strong profitability, and we believe that focus on electrical is the right way to build a successful future and to enhance the value of Mercedes Benz.” Those plans were scrapped this week

Argentine President Javier Milei met former American President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Saturday, their first in-person meeting ever and the culmination of a year of mutual support and praise in public. Both were in Maryland to address the conference – Trump delivering his traditional high-energy speech addressing his ongoing presidential campaign and Milei abandoning his more popular delivery style to issue an hour-long treatise on economic theory. Milei and Trump reportedly met following Trump’s speech, in which Trump took a moment to recognize and celebrate Milei as a “great gentleman” and “fabulous guy.”
