Donald Trump won’t face the corporate death penalty after all.
A New York judge on Friday spared the ex-president that worst case punishment as he ruled in a civil case alleging Trump fraudulently misrepresented financial figures to get cheaper loans and other benefits.
Still, Trump got slammed hard, facing big cash penalties, outside supervision of his companies and restrictions on his borrowing. In a pretrial ruling last year, the same judge threatened to shut down much of the Republican presidential front-runner’s business by calling for the “dissolution” of corporate entities that hold many of his marquee properties.

I had a dream last night that shortly after this atrocious ruling is swiftly crushed on appeal, Trump Co. ends up getting all real estate and business holdings (including primary residences) of that farce judge Engoron and of Leticia “Lavrenti” James.

I hope when Trump wins on appeal, he moves his entire operation out of NY state.

When will the good guys win one? When will these lawless judges and prosecutors receive their well earned recompense?! My goodness, I do not understand how President Trump stands against this blatant travesty of Justice and remains sane. I am beside myself with outrage and fury. I cannot begin to imagine the mindset of PDT. God bless him and give him the patience, wisdom and strength to weather this tsunami of corruption. My heart goes out to the President and his family. This has to be the most egregious act of political prosecution in this nation’s history. There must be justice not only for President Trump but for the very soul of this nation. The Republic cannot survive without equal justice under the law. We must return to a nation of laws, not men. Our justice system is broken. It is corrupt and this cannot stand.

I'm confused! Exactly WHO is Trump's money going to go to? Who decides who gets the Millions? How much is going to the Fat Lady who is probably singing and how much is going to the Judge?

Oh, so no "corporate death penalty", just give us everything you own, in cash please? Really merciful of them.
What if we decide to not play their little lawfare game any longer?

Sell it for $1.00 to a trusted made-up friend and then run it but pay no taxes. Let the govt catch up w the nameless friend and try to get taxes. Do what Fanni does and don't use a bank. Just keep cash in your home.
OR, sell it all to Barron. HE is under no judgement or penalty.

Here is a man. A true American who gave up a life of leisure to try to save America.
And this is his reward.
Hunted by trial lawyers and Democrat Attorney generals , but democrat politicians amd the FBI that is under their control.
There is an old saying "No good deed goes unpunished" Trumps good deed lends credence to that .

How can the Associated Press a charter member of the liberal media tell the country that Trump’s businesses are going to get “slammed” due to a politicized ruling solely by one known partisan liberal Democrat Judge before the appeal process has even started?. This looks like it is a very highly political Democrat “law fare” case designed to politically persecute Trump, the leading Republican candidate for President. So the final ruling on this BS matter will probably be made by the US Supreme Court sometime in the years ahead.

This is...and always has been...a "Pound of Flesh, Arm and a Leg" case,
that relied from the outset on Tax/financial filings older than statute of limitations and ONLY accessed via "special" rules and congressional/legislative "Oversight" powers, which MUST pertain to "Legislation", but never led to ANY legislation, some was based upon illegal theft of data, leaked records...for which the perps has been convicted(and the media personalities he leaked them to have received pulitzers), and have ONLY ever been used against Trump.
Not a SINGLE "Victim" has claimed they were hurt/harmed/negatively affected in any way.
It doesn't "Kill the Pig", it carves bacon off the still mobile creature, Taking Govt control over a business conglomerate for a period of time, after first snatching hundreds of Millions for no stated public purpose.
It's straight out of "Atlas Shrugged"
