In an unusual session held on Super Bowl Sunday, the US Senate voted to move forward a substantial $95 billion aid package that will support Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, with no southern border security provisions.[Snip]On Monday morning, Trump-supporting Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) posted a stunning report on X. According to Senator Vance, the Senate funding package includes language that makes it impossible for President Trump to terminate the Ukraine War funding into his second term.[Snip]“Buried in the bill’s text is an impeachment time bomb for the next Trump presidency if he tries to stop funding the war in Ukraine. We must vote against this disastrous bill,” Sen. Vance wrote.

Ukraine is 3rd most corrupt government on the planet and the liberals money laundering sinkhole.
The DAY AFTER Biden authorized the FIRST 13.5 Billion to Ukraine Zelensky authorized crypto trading in FTX.
The CIA installed Zelensky in 2014. Despite NOT being NATO members, NATO has been training Ukraine's Nazi army since 2014.
Money laundering AND more debt to the Rothschilds.

The Democrats and Rino's neutered the House for their first year, and now are doing everything to neuter a Trump presidency from acting on foreign policy. The country has gone communist because Rino's have voted for it.

Tell me again how supporting the crookedist regime outside of D.C. is in our interest.
Bribed, blackmailed and controlled by foreign interests is no way to run a country...

Such language is nonsense. And it is shameful that any Senator, of any party, would consider voting for it no matter who is elected in November.
Many arguments may be made but perhaps the simplest is this. The next Congress will not be bound by the current Congress.

Lmao, you can't pre-impeach a President! Lolololololol
The current Congress has no authority over a future Congress or President.
This is wildly stupid and would get crushed in court.

Funding the takedown of Russia, which has pretensions of empire and bringing back The Cold War is a no-brainer. Give Ukraine, an ally that fought alongside us in Iraq, the tools to get the job done. The world will be a better place when Russia admits it is just a large, alcoholic Norway.

If the president and Senate want "War Funding" they need only make a formal Declaration of War.
It is telling that they did not, do not, will not do so.
This is supposed to be a one time, emergency , supplemental, spending Bill..as part of THIS YEARS Budget, not a four year plan.
What is interesting is that an amount MORE than this could be added back to the current budget by merely requiring states and localities, as well as Govt Agencies to send BACK any and all unused/unspent "Covid Emergency" funds, and Biden would not need this supplemental to stay withing legislated spending Caps.

What would the Supreme Court say about such a law? Certainly the President has veto power over a budget drawn up under his administration. BTW, who are these 17 traitors to the country?

And today I have turned against Ukraine. It appears the self-determination of the Ukrainian elite comes ahead of US democracy, in the mind of someone(s). Then you are my enemy. You are trying to capture and rule me and you are my enemy.

I would really like to know why America cares so much about Ukraine. The only national interests we have there are the illegal biological warfare labs, the seemingly endless bribery and kickbacks, and the limitless supply of children for the pedophiles in DC. What am I missing? We paid for all that a long time ago.

It shouldn't make any difference if this legislation is aimed at Trump or whoever is besieged by communist democrats in 2058. It is not constitutional to claim a president's Article II prerogative being exercised is a "high crime or misdemeanor," the constitutional grounds for impeachment.

Veto is a constitutional act of the executive, not an high crime or misdemrnor. Any such legislation would be overturned by the Supreme Court.

Senator Vance made clear this legislation is a plot against President Trump to “make it illegal” for him to keep his campaign promise of terminating Ukraine war funding if elected in 2024. Support for the war funding included 17 Republican Senators.
