The awarding of nearly $90 million to the second-rate advice columnist E. Jean Carroll will doubtless be remembered for generations as the greatest miscarriage of justice in contemporary American history. Jean Carroll’s case was not just ludicrous on the face of it, but between the judge, the “experts” who testified, and the mechanisms by which the case even came to be, it’s impossible for any ordinary person in the West to see this as anything more than the continuation of a series of hoaxes perpetrated on former President Donald J. Trump with the desire to keep him from re-entering the Oval Office in January 2025.

EJC should have been the one convicted of defamation, for her blatantly slanderous accusation of Trump. The way the plaintiff and defendant were the opposite of what they should have been makes it a good candidate for worst modern miscarriage of justice. But the collective J6 "insurrection" case is of larger magnitude, with so many innocent people being railroaded.
And I'm still convinced that the O.J. acquittal was wrong. Also, let's see what comes of the effort to bring the spike-protein king to justice.

#1,EtAl – Apology, but do not understand being prohibited by a paywall because repeated clicks on the link permit reading the article by disregarding the sign-in directive to the left of the article; the entire content of the article appears to the right of that sign-in directive.

New York State has a new measure of “beyond a reasonable doubt “
Someone has to ask E Jean if she is going to go after Les Monvies because she accused him as well.

The greatest injustice was the theft of the 2020 election, all seen on tv by everyone, and nothing done about it. Certainly, the farce in NY is an injustice and a disgrace to NY and the justice system. Lawyers should bow their heads in shame to allow their colleagues to violate every rule of ethics of their profession while they stay silent.

And Nikki Haley thinks she should be elected over Trump because he generates too much drama, too much negativity, too much chaos in his wake. She has no discernment or recognition that even if she did prevail the Democrats and the media would just do the same thing to her that it has done to Trump.

Are all Kaplans sleazy garbage, or only these two?
#3 Conway was among the paedophiles who made up the Lincoln Project...Very probably why he is no longer married to His former wife and is hated by his daughter.

Don't worry, Trump can pay his defamation fines out of all the money he got when Hillary, Shiff, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, NYT etc. defamed him for colluding with Russia to steal the 2016 election not to mention treason. .

In competition is the stolen POTUS election of 2020, and the refusal of the Supreme Court to grant standing to the XX states who filed suit.
