FDA Launches Fresh Bid to Toss Out High-Profile
Ivermectin Case

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking to persuade a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit challenging its repeated advisories against using ivermectin to treat COVID-19. The FDA in a sealed motion asked the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to dismiss the suit, which was brought by three doctors who allege the FDA’s warnings were illegal. The late 2023 motion was sealed because exhibits the government cited “include confidential information” from a separate legal proceeding, according to a government brief.

Ivermectin worked. Period. Many hundred, at least, probably thousands of doctors recognized this and prescribed it. There was one state in India which used ivermectin to absolutely END the pandemic in their state within six weeks. They went from huge numbers of cases to one per hundred thousand in six weeks. The state had many tens of millions of people. And, after the fact, the Indian government suppressed the information, as order, I am sure. I posted this available case information here and links to the data many times. Hard fact, if ivermectin had been widely used, the pandemic would have been stopped in a few months. The FDA and CDC created and augmented this pandemic to provide tens of billions of dollars to their bosses in Big Pharma via a dangerous and ineffective mRNA shot.

The FDA is required by law to issue advisories about licensed drug usage, and they did. Doctors were free to prescribe Ivermectin as they wished. There is no case here.

Re #6. Sorry, the data was "real time" data put out by the Utta Pradesh government and compiled by an online source, IIRC, a Microsoft data center source. It was available only for a few months window. Older data fell off the left side of the chart and newer data replaced it. It was available for any country and any state at that time. Apparently none of the coverup folks knew that this data was getting out for months and months. India apparently discovered that the facts were getting out and squelched all discussion of ivermectin by Uttar Pradesh governent officials, and things have been hushed up since. AFAIK, the data is out there, but not readily available any more online, as it was before. Here is the best I can find in the short run. Desert News put out a lot of good, accurate info at the time. Maybe they have archived stories. Maybe searching the Wayback Machine will find the old sources. https://www.thedesertreview.com/opinion/columnists/indias-ivermectin-blackout---part-v-the-secret-revealed/article_9a37d9a8-1fb2-11ec-a94b-47343582647b.html I copied some of the charts as screen grabs but have no way of posting them here.

#7 - That is a blatantly false statement and you know it. Doctors inside the large medical groups/corporations were forbidden under threat of losing their positions if they prescribed ivermectin. Many Americans were forced to turn to the alternative veterinary formulation. The drug was mocked as "horse paste" on national news programs. Front Line Doctors were vilified as endangering Americans lives and their reputations were trashed because they offered ivermectin prescriptions on-line and over the phone. Stop being a shill for Big Pharma and the whole Covid Lie. No one on this site believes a word you say. Whether you work for pharma or government, your checks will never be big enough to save your eternal soul for lies you've pedaled and the lives you've taken. May God have mercy on you.

Reply to number 7. Good old IowaDad. As a physician I spent many months trying to prescribe Ivermectin for patients and was roundly denied by pharmacists because of "the science." They even wanted to vet my diagnosis which is to say they wanted to gate keep my use of the drug that should have been freely available to a licensed physician. I never could get any from CVS Costco Walgreens or anyone else. In the end we got some from India. In fact my Chinese friends and relatives got better treatment because they were able to access the medication and my American patients who had to wait a long time. And the outcomes were what you might have expected. The people who got Ivermectin got better so fast it was like nearly instantaneous. Old guys on death's door got up the next day and went home. Meanwhile my dear friends with comorbidities will put face down on a ventilator and went downhill and died. I will never forgive them this withholding so they could pray at the altar of Pfizer.

#7, omigosh you’re baackkk! But, padre, you’re not even good for a chuckle. In my state, doctors risked losing their license if they wrote a script for ivermectin and pharmacists were prohibited from filling an ivermectin script written for the WuFlu.

FTA: The law doesn’t grant authority to the FDA to regulate off-label use. Yet the FDA warned doctors and pharmacists not to prescribe nor distribute Ivermectin. The FDA warned Americans they were neither horses nor cows and should avoid veterinary medicine to fight COVID. Think for a moment about the contempt necessary for the FDA to speak to Americans in that way. It went out of its way to mock desperate Americans for seeking the veterinary formulation of a drug the FDA itself ordered doctors NOT to prescribe the HUMAN formulation (yes, there is one) off label to treat COVID. The FDA does not have that authority, as noted in the article. I can't think of any reason the FDA should not be held accountable for denying doctors the right to treat their patients with a cheap, well studied drug effective against parasites that cause River Blindness and other diseases. According to doctors who dared prescribe it for patients, Ivermectin cleared the virus in a matter of days without hospitalization. But because the FDA made getting it so difficult, it wasn't always given EARLY, and that's when it was most effective. Note that below, the claim is that doctors warned people not to take veterinary drugs. As if people were taking veterinary drugs instead of human formulations. Human formulations the FDA told doctors not to prescribe. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/stop-it-fda-warns-people-not-take-veterinary-drugs-treat-n1277371

Comments #7, #1 and most others excepting one from Iowa (the state did get one thing right last night), are correct. I saw this first hand as a physician also. I’ve said several times on Lucianne forum, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were, presumably still are although the topic has pretty much faded, very effective. The AAPS, acronym for the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, is one of the rare professional sources of accurate information concerning this. We all know that Money is the root of most evil, This particularly applies to Political and Big Pharma fields. Professionals who didn't realize this were either foolish, stupid or coerced.

The reason they are suppressing ivermectin is not only covid, but cancer. There are 9 papers showing it to be effective against some cancers. It is an anti-parasite drug, so perhaps the parasites are weakening the bodies immune response to the cancer. We all have cancer cells that go bad in our body, but a strong immune system can take them out. Big pharma probably has more to lose in cancer drugs than in vaccines.

#7 continuesw to peddle his false information. The Pharma vaccines could not bypass the usual trials and be given Emergency Use Authorization UNLESS there was no remedy for the condition. The success of the Ivermectin use threatened this, Thus it had to be kept from use for Covid. Removed freom public access. Merxifully #7 was recognized here as a pharma shill/propagandist some time ago. I wonder how many ignorant people on other less intelligent sites have been damaged by his false information.

The new estimates – which could not be confirmed – are over 100 miles longer than the original numbers, which placed the tunnel network at around 250 miles long, the outlet noted. The tunnels’ vastness is “extraordinary” given that Gaza’s longest point only stretches about 25 miles, the Times said.
