Pope Francis: ‘I Like to Think of Hell
as Empty’

Original Article

Pope Francis said this week he believes in hell but likes to think of it as “empty” because of God’s great mercy. “What I will say is not a dogma of faith but something personal,” the pontiff said Sunday evening on the Italian television program Che Tempo Che Fa. “I like to think of hell as empty; I hope it is,” he told the show’s host, Fabio Fazio. (snip) In March 2018, for instance, the Italian daily La Repubblica reported that the pope had told his longtime friend, Eugenio Scalfari, founder of the newspaper, that he does not believe hell exists.

He wasn't speaking from The Chair, he was just giving his personal opinion. This one we should pass on, it's what we pray when we pray the Fatima prayer 'lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy,' meaning, the creeps and jerks and jackasses and bad guys among us. We want all people to go to heaven and we want nobody to go to hell no matter how bad they are, but of course, what reality is, is what it is. Fatima's visions also included a vision of hell with people in it, so there are some things we don't understand. However, the one way we can be sure we get included in the bunch that gets to heaven is to wish that everyone gets to heaven since, uhh, that would include us. And more important, Our Lady asked us to say that prayer and the pope's sentiment reflects that. We do what she wants, no need to argue about it, if she wants it, we give it to her, she's Jesus's Jewish mother.

The Pope may "like to think" that hell is empty but IMO it is more populated than Heaven. God wants no one to end up in hell but it's WE who send ourselves there. The Pope is currently drawing his own roadmap to hell based on his Marxist agenda and his anti Christlike beliefs. One day he'll be able to take a firsthand census of hell.

Of course hell exists or we would be forced into God's presence against our will, which is not love. Any grown up Christian with more depth than a Dixie cup knows that it is cheap grace to imagine that our present life and interior disposition have no impact on our eternal souls. Like, life doesn't matter. Pope Pop Culture has an awful lot to say about how we should think and act for a man thinks it doesn't matter how we live our lives in the Long Run.

A California federal court bars feds from

In 2017, Antifa and its anarcho-Marxist allies and a few small white supremacist groups engaged in violent activity at political rallies. However, the Department of Justice prosecuted only the white supremacists under the Anti-Riot Act of 1968. A federal court has finally called foul on this unconstitutional government bias. The decision, by Judge Cormac J. Carney (a George W. Bush nominee), is in United States of America v. Rundo et al. The defendants, both self-avowed white supremacists, moved to dismiss the charges against them under the Anti-Riot Act because the government violated the equal protection clause when it failed to prosecute anarcho-Marxists for identical activity.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday secured a major victory in his challenge to the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending package passed in 2022, with a court declaring that the bill was approved unconstitutionally. President Joe Biden signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 in December of the prior year. The measure effectively set the federal budget for the year by wrapping the 12 annual appropriations bills into a single piece of legislation. Paxton, however, had argued that the House's passage of the measure was unconstitutional as less than half of the lower chamber's members were physically present to vote on it.

The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) now considers the 1964 tale of Julie Andrews' magical nanny to be not suitable for children to watch alone, despite the film enchanting generations of youngsters. The reclassification is due to the use of the word Hottentots. The dated term was historically used by Europeans to refer to the Khoekhoe, a group of nomadic herders in South Africa, but is now regarded as racially offensive.
