WSJ: Biden pressured Netanyahu not to
launch pre-emptive strike on Hezbollah

US President Joe Biden urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to halt a pre-emptive strike against Hezbollah forces in Lebanon, just after Hamas launched its savage attack on Israel, the Wall Street Journal reported. The report claimed that Biden warned that a pre-emptive strike on Hezbollah "could spark a wider regional war." According to WSJ, Israel had intelligence that Hezbollah terrorists were preparing to cross the border as part of a multipronged attack, but the US deemed Israel's intelligence "unreliable." Warplanes in the air awaiting orders were called off their task, WSJ claimed, quoting "people familiar with the call," due to Biden's pressure.

As much as it pains me to say it, he may have been correct, attacking them might have drawn other Arab countries into the conflict, which is what Hamas believed would happen.

Obama orchestrated that. Old Turnip Brain couldn't come up with a statement on his own and everyone knows it. Somebody fed Biden what to say, and the person behind whomever created the statement was ultimately Obama.

Agree #1. A two or three front war might have been a bridge too far considering the slow going urban warfare in Gaza.

The last time Hezbollah attacked, Israel threatened to send Lebanon back into the Dark Ages by blowing up their new, state-of-the-art power station and their beautiful airport. Instead, Israel simply attacked the airport's runways. This time, expect Israel to destroy both. Lebanon is in a terrible economic mess and an attack by Israel would be catastrophic.

The second reply is correct. 0bama is in every way possible an enemy of Israel, and proves it all the time. Zero's meat puppet Xiden isn't about to depart from the script. God may have to enforce Genesis 12:2-3 on these violators of the Abrahamic Covenant. As long as people like these dark-souled bipeds are in power, America is on the wrong side of the greatest spiritual struggle in human history. Voters must exile this evil from power.

The IDF reveals a large Hamas tunnel network in northern Gaza’s Jabaliya camp, where the bodies of five Israeli hostages were recovered earlier this month. Troops of the 551st Brigade and Military Intelligence’s Unit 504 led the operation to retrieve the bodies of soldiers Warrant Officer Ziv Dado, Cpl. Nik Beizer and Sgt. Ron Sherman, and civilians Elia Toledano and Eden Zacharia. The IDF had intelligence of two bodies of hostages being in the Jabaliya camp area, and located tunnel shafts during their scans. The shafts, investigated by troops, including the elite Yahalom combat engineering unit, revealed a massive tunnel network with two levels and an elevator heading down

Yeah, we heard them. We saw how they blocked highways, waved swastikas, sprayed graffiti on the White House front gate, ripped down 'Missing' posters of Israeli hostages held by Hamas, and did other disgusting things to persuade the public that they were the good guys in Israel's war against Palestinian terrorists. Sure thing. Apparently it wasn't enough. Now they're pulling this garbage to shut down Christmas around the country. Naturally, they're quite active in San Francisco: But also New York: And New Jersey: And Chicago: They are undoubtedly wreaking havoc on Christmas in other places, too -- blocking highways, forcing people to miss flights, destroying Christmas tree displays, protesting

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) has now publicly distanced himself from the hard progressive left for their stance on Israel after weeks of outwardly expressing support for the Jewish state. Fetterman’s support for Israel has been no secret, even going back to his U.S. Senate campaign. In April 2022, for instance, he told Jewish Insider that he would always be leaning in toward Israel. “Whenever I’m in a situation to be called on to take up the cause of strengthening and enhancing the security of Israel or deepening our relationship between the United States and Israel, I’m going to lean in,” he said. “I would also respectfully say that

The Biden political machine has turned its guns on a former aide who has spoken critically of the increasingly unpopular president’s reelection efforts. The message from Biden’s mafia-style enforcers to current and former members of the president’s political circle is clear: break the “Biden code of silence” and get blackballed from Democrat politics — or worse. A report from Axios observes “an unusual load of West Wing dirty laundry is being aired about former staffer” Michael LaRosa, former press secretary to first lady Jill Biden. “A surprising number of President Biden’s current and former aides — at least six — are lining up to tell backstairs tales
Trump Attorneys: Appeals Court Should

A federal appeals court should dismiss Donald Trump's federal felony indictment on election-subversion charges on the grounds that he has "immunity" from prosecution for acts committed while president, attorneys for Trump argued in a court filing Saturday night. The 71-page opening brief from Trump's legal team took direct aim at Special Counsel Jack Smith's criminal charges, calling them "unlawful and unconstitutional" because under the U.S. government system the judicial branch "cannot sit in judgment over a President's official acts." Trump's lawyers argue that the only way a current or former president can be charged for official acts is if he's both impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate.

Former President Donald Trump has been asking allies and advisers for their thoughts about Nikki Haley as a potential vice presidential candidate, two sources familiar with the conversations tell CBS News. The feedback from the MAGA crowd regarding putting Haley on the ticket if Trump wins the GOP nomination has been overwhelmingly negative, according to these GOP sources. Politico first reported that Trump allies are working to quash the possibility of a Trump-Haley ticket. The former South Carolina governor has been gaining ground in recent polls, and a top Trump adviser tells CBS News one internal prediction is Haley might be a close third in Iowa to DeSantis, or

Back in the dark days of the Soviet Union (USSR), it was not unusual for foreign visitors, especially journalists and diplomats, to go home and tell everybody how clean everything was, how happy and well-fed the people all appeared to be and how all of them expressed undying love and devotion to the Communist Party. They got those impressions because Soviet officials routinely took such visitors to "Potemkin Villages" — fake towns created specifically for the purpose of concealing from those visiting the USSR from outside of the Communist "paradise" the hellish reality of oppression, starvation and official brutality within it.

A British businessman recently pointed out an obvious truth that climate change activists do not want to hear: There are no readily available replacements for the replacements for the resources that feed the earth. Former Visiting Fellow at Oxford’s Nuffield College Neil Record took the leftist environmentalist group Just Stop Oil up on their signature proposition and examined how the world would fare without fossil fuels in a Dec. 19 column for The Telegraph. The “nightmarish scenario” Record envisions demonstrates just how much humanity depends on coal, oil and gas for a wide variety of basic needs. Record made his disturbing conclusion early on: “But what

Secretary of State Antony Blinken asked Wednesday why the world was pressuring the victim of terror, Israel, instead of pressuring the terrorist “aggressor,” Hamas, whose surrender would end the war in Gaza and save the lives of many Palestinian civilians. Blinken was answering questions from reporters in a year-end press conference when he delivered this response on the Gaza war: Everyone would like to see this conflict end as quickly as possible. But if it ends with Hamas remaining in place, and having the capacity and the stated intent to repeat October 7th again and again and again, that’s not in the interests of Israel,

Hamas still holds 19 women and two children captive.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Friday declined for now to take up a landmark case over whether former President Donald Trump is absolutely immune from prosecution for alleged crimes committed while he was in office, a move that allows the appeals process to play out first. The court issued a one-line, unsigned order denying the request from special counsel Jack Smith: "The petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment is denied." There were no noted dissents. The high court's decision paves the way for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rule first on whether the former president can be

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) is putting together legislation to require the U.S. military to adhere to state-level red and yellow flag laws for troops. A red flag law allows family, friends, and others, to seek a court order to have guns removed from someone they view as a danger to himself or others. A yellow flag law is more narrow, allowing law enforcement to seek the court order for firearm removal.Collins bill comes in response to the October 25, 2023, Lewiston, Maine, attacks, which were carried out by a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.
