A British businessman recently pointed out an obvious truth that climate change activists do not want to hear: There are no readily available replacements for the replacements for the resources that feed the earth. Former Visiting Fellow at Oxford’s Nuffield College Neil Record took the leftist environmentalist group Just Stop Oil up on their signature proposition and examined how the world would fare without fossil fuels in a Dec. 19 column for The Telegraph. The “nightmarish scenario” Record envisions demonstrates just how much humanity depends on coal, oil and gas for a wide variety of basic needs. Record made his disturbing conclusion early on: “But what

Bingo! That is exactly what they want. They were hoping covid would do a better job but no problem. The lack of fossil fuel will kill off 6 billion and counting.

FTA: “In dire national emergencies, international help is often forthcoming, but in this case, this scenario is taking place, in largely identical ways and timing, across the developed and developing world. Only isolated rural communities, agriculturally self-sufficient, would be relatively unaffected." "The cavalry isn’t coming. The whole world would suffer together." Not quite the whole world suffering and there are no identical climate actions being taken across the developed and developing world, but rather only the West. India, China, and Russia aren't playing climate games but are building coal fired plants lickety-split. That will mean a big chunk of the world gets to not only eat and live, but as the only industrial powers, they would quickly, and with little-to-no military opposition, rule the West. democrats don't care, as they are scheming to be a part of the world's ruling communist party.

FTA: " Without Fossil Fuels ‘Six Billion People Would Die Within a Year’" Precisely...Thats the sole reason behind the "Climate Crisis"! Why else would they be buying up and retiring valuable farmland, wanting to kill off beef cattle, creating COVID, etc, etc, etc.?

You want to reduce the world population? Pay people to NOT have kids. Children are the guarantee of protection in your old age. If the State gives that protection, a lot of people would be willing to not have children.

The truly frightening thing about this: the article is spot on, the democrats know it, and yet they're still pushing to stop all fossil fuels. IOW, they intend to kill hundreds of millions of people to support their un-credible climate policies. They just don't give a shlt.

Want to reduce the world's population? Stop all foreign aid. Stop feeding those who produce nothing but offspring. But then then the market for the excess production and profits for farmers and ranchers and distributors would be devastated and they would rebel. It is an economic circle. Oh, bother.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) has now publicly distanced himself from the hard progressive left for their stance on Israel after weeks of outwardly expressing support for the Jewish state. Fetterman’s support for Israel has been no secret, even going back to his U.S. Senate campaign. In April 2022, for instance, he told Jewish Insider that he would always be leaning in toward Israel. “Whenever I’m in a situation to be called on to take up the cause of strengthening and enhancing the security of Israel or deepening our relationship between the United States and Israel, I’m going to lean in,” he said. “I would also respectfully say that

The Biden political machine has turned its guns on a former aide who has spoken critically of the increasingly unpopular president’s reelection efforts. The message from Biden’s mafia-style enforcers to current and former members of the president’s political circle is clear: break the “Biden code of silence” and get blackballed from Democrat politics — or worse. A report from Axios observes “an unusual load of West Wing dirty laundry is being aired about former staffer” Michael LaRosa, former press secretary to first lady Jill Biden. “A surprising number of President Biden’s current and former aides — at least six — are lining up to tell backstairs tales
Trump Attorneys: Appeals Court Should

A federal appeals court should dismiss Donald Trump's federal felony indictment on election-subversion charges on the grounds that he has "immunity" from prosecution for acts committed while president, attorneys for Trump argued in a court filing Saturday night. The 71-page opening brief from Trump's legal team took direct aim at Special Counsel Jack Smith's criminal charges, calling them "unlawful and unconstitutional" because under the U.S. government system the judicial branch "cannot sit in judgment over a President's official acts." Trump's lawyers argue that the only way a current or former president can be charged for official acts is if he's both impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate.

US President Joe Biden urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to halt a pre-emptive strike against Hezbollah forces in Lebanon, just after Hamas launched its savage attack on Israel, the Wall Street Journal reported. The report claimed that Biden warned that a pre-emptive strike on Hezbollah "could spark a wider regional war." According to WSJ, Israel had intelligence that Hezbollah terrorists were preparing to cross the border as part of a multipronged attack, but the US deemed Israel's intelligence "unreliable." Warplanes in the air awaiting orders were called off their task, WSJ claimed, quoting "people familiar with the call," due to Biden's pressure.

Back in the dark days of the Soviet Union (USSR), it was not unusual for foreign visitors, especially journalists and diplomats, to go home and tell everybody how clean everything was, how happy and well-fed the people all appeared to be and how all of them expressed undying love and devotion to the Communist Party. They got those impressions because Soviet officials routinely took such visitors to "Potemkin Villages" — fake towns created specifically for the purpose of concealing from those visiting the USSR from outside of the Communist "paradise" the hellish reality of oppression, starvation and official brutality within it.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken asked Wednesday why the world was pressuring the victim of terror, Israel, instead of pressuring the terrorist “aggressor,” Hamas, whose surrender would end the war in Gaza and save the lives of many Palestinian civilians. Blinken was answering questions from reporters in a year-end press conference when he delivered this response on the Gaza war: Everyone would like to see this conflict end as quickly as possible. But if it ends with Hamas remaining in place, and having the capacity and the stated intent to repeat October 7th again and again and again, that’s not in the interests of Israel,

The doctors confirmed to USA Today that Hamas sexually assaulted “many” of the released female hostages aged 12-48, adding that the hostages “came to us as patients with the trauma of those who witnessed very severe sexual assaults.” Upon their release, the hostages received pregnancy tests and were tested for sexually transmitted diseases. “We know that female hostages were raped during their captivity under control of Hamas,” one Israeli military official said. Hamas still holds 19 women and two children captive.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Friday declined for now to take up a landmark case over whether former President Donald Trump is absolutely immune from prosecution for alleged crimes committed while he was in office, a move that allows the appeals process to play out first. The court issued a one-line, unsigned order denying the request from special counsel Jack Smith: "The petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment is denied." There were no noted dissents. The high court's decision paves the way for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rule first on whether the former president can be

In the era of the great political awakening, the term “uniparty” has now become a well-known in conservative lexicon to describe our national political situation. Andrew Cuomo is officially waiting (very quietly) in the wings, Page Six hears. Insiders tell us that the former governor — who has been quietly polling on his chances of being elected mayor of New York City in the event the troubled Eric Adams craps out — is “leaning towards” a run at City Hall. Adams is not only facing historically low approval ratings, but his office is also under investigation for its ties to the Turkish government. Now we hear Cuomo — who himself resigned in 2021, after a string of sexual harassment allegations against him (which he has consistently denied) — is ready to run should the opportunity present itself.
