In a poll taken just after the dramatic Colorado Supreme Court ruling barring Donald Trump from the ballot in the state, over half of Americans approve of the disqualifying the former president.
The ruling, released Monday, was made under the 14th Amendment's clause against people who have committed 'insurrection,' with the Colorado justices determined to punish Trump for January 6.
A total of 54 percent of American adults approve of the ruling, according to the YouGov survey that questioned nearly 3,500 citizens. About 38 percent said they strongly approved of the decision.
Only 35 percent of adults said they disapprove of the ruling, though 28 percent clarified they 'strongly disapprove.'

The Daily Mail is a very useful newspaper-you can use it to line birdcages, wrap pottery, clean windows, even wipe your bumhole! As far as actual news goes.....not so much.

I was waiting for a story like this
- now my faith is fulfilled with the knowledge that all polls are skewed and slanted to only reflect the wants and needs of the person paying for the results of the poll
- which are already known before the poll ever gets off the ground

These liberal punks are so brazen with their lies. Where did they ask this? In a tunnel somewhere in Gaza? They lie to and when you challenge them, it's, "that's my story and I'm sticking to it!" brazen gleeful evil.

If this shock poll has any validity to it at all-- our Republic is doomed by ignorance and media conditioning over reason and knowledge.
The Rule of Law and Due Process were not followed by the four Justices who voted for this faulty decision, and relying on the slanted Kangaroo Court J 6 group does not hold the same legal authority.
The Daily Mail being a source says a lot--
The sample size, the questions asked, the way they are worded could all be suspect-- we have learned that many 'polls' are way off base because of leading questions and designed audiences polled...
Bull schtien!

It is weird to bad mouth the Daily Mail for reporting on a poll done by a polling organization. The Daily Mail reports the news. It didn't commission the poll. The polling organization "found" that 54% of those polled agree with the Colorado Supreme Court. I find that result to be dubious in the extreme but I am not disputing that the polling organization came up with the result just because Daily Mail reported on it. If the worst happens and Joe Biden wins the election in 2024 and Daily Mail reports that catastrophe I am not going to refuse to acknowledge it by blaming Daily Mail.

democrats seem to forget that the Senate, as per the Constitution did not vote to "convict" or remove President Trump, so Pelosi's J6 mob failed to prove their specious allegations; therefore, no politico-legal basis exists to declare Trump "guilty" of insurrection. democrat innuendo is not sufficient to bar a demonstrably popular candidate from running for president. Let the American citizens decide, and only the citizens eligible to cast a legal ballot. I'm not a huge Trump supporter but I've been serving my country since I was 17 and joined the Navy to be trained as a Fleet Marine Force corpsman, and I will always support the right

Poll taken where, how were the questions phrased, demographic breakdown of the sample, how was the statistical analysis done? Too many questions and too small of a sample size to think this is a valid poll.

This should shock Americans to the core. At least those who went to school more than 30 years ago and can think critically about the ramifications of this decision.
I detest Biden more than I can express here, but I wouldn't want 4 un-elected thugs to take away the voters' ability to cast their vote for him.
