Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Tuesday said his government was preparing to challenge a new Texas law allowing state law enforcement to arrest suspected migrants, which he called "inhumane."
On Monday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed the law giving local officers powers long delegated to the U.S. government.
Migrants who enter the United States illegally can already be charged with illegal entry or re-entry under federal laws, but the governor

Mexico has standing, but American citizens that challenge the legitimacy of an election don't? Who would have guessed it?

IIRC, Mexico doesn't treat Americans arrested for breaking their laws with any compassion. Let's just put Mexicos immigration laws on our books and enforce them accordingly!

And Mexico thinks they’ve got their house in order well enough to challenge OUR laws? Me thinks they doth protest too much. They have more than their share of work to straighten themselves out.

The chutzpah is breathtaking. To claim standing in a foreign court against a local government and its laws. And that to on behalf of those who have violated those laws!

Get this through your head, friends and neighbors, boys, and girls, Mexico is not our friend! Many of the Mexican elites absolutely hate this country, and will do whatever it takes to help sink it. Most of the government is completely corrupted by the cartels! The cartels are making billions of dollars with illegal immigration to the United States. Thus they have no intention of letting the Mexican government shut down the flow of illegals.

Our laws give a state a right to repel invasions. Even if Mex had standing (doubtful), the repel clause provides all the legit au th orithh to for Texas

If they cross the border, then they have broken the law and are subject to arrest and jail, and that is about it, period. President Obrador must be smoking the wrong weed.

Andres, you have no place in an American court. Besides, if we want to deal with the government of Mexico, we will contact the cartels. You are bought and paid for by them.

What are you prepared to do about it, Amigo? We all know that Mexico makes a fortune on the illegal actions of the cartels and shutting down the US border would bring that party to a screeching halt. No more drug traffic, no more human traffic, no more American taxpayer money going back to Mexico. Take advantage now while we have a vegetable for a president because your free ride won't last much longer.

Lopez Obrador has a choice to not let the immigrants into his country and he would have no problem. It worked when President Trump was in office. He has the idiotic policies of Biden to thank for this mess. Texas is just trying to clean it up. The wor needs to get out that the Texas Border is closed and don't spend your time and money to come here.
