The states of California and Maine are now exploring options to keep former President Trump off their respective state ballots in the wake of Colorado’s ruling. As Breitbart News reported on Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled “in a 4-3 opinion that the Constitution’s ‘Insurrection Clause’ prohibits former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot for the presidency in 2024.”“The court found by clear and convincing evidence that President Trump engaged in insurrection as those terms are used in Section Three” of the Fourteenth Amendment, the ruling read.

What do you mean "exploring options". Just do it. You don't need an indictment or any evidence, much less a trial by jury to declare guilt. Colorado already proved that.

If the Demon-Rats succeed in this banana republic stunt, they will be the ones crying the loudest about how "unfair" it is when Republicans use this same tactic to stop Demon-Rats from being on ballots in states they control. Demon-Rats never think in the long-term. They want short-term quick action to keep and hold power. Lying, cheating, stealing, even killing -- it's all fine and dandy. But when the same tactics come back to bite them in their derrieres down the road, then it's just "not fair".

Did I miss something? Was Trump ever convicted of any crime related to the so-called insurrection? What the hell ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? There is no justice in this country anymore as long as you have partisan hacks planted in our judicial system posing as judges and prosecutors.

Honda is recalling more than 2.5 million cars sold between 2017 and 2020 due to a faulty fuel pump - that can cause vehicles to stall while driving. The issue means the cars engine may not start - but if it happens while driving it can cause 'crash and injury risks', according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). It is the second big car recall of the week. On Thursday morning, fellow Japanese automaker Toyota was forced to recall 1.1 million cars in the US over airbag issues.

Enthusiasm is low for President Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection campaign in his hometown of Scranton, Delaware, residents told the far-left Guardian publication on Thursday. Low enthusiasm for Biden in his hometown depicts a microcosm of a growing problem nationwide. Polling numbers show Biden’s popularity is on a downward trajectory:Fox News: 54 percent of Democrat primary voters prefer an alternative to Biden. Pew Research: Biden’s approval rating sinks to just 33 percent, the lowest since he took office. WSJ: Only 23 percent said the same for Biden’s policies.

CNN’s senior legal analyst Elie Honig explained Thursday how special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 case against former President Donald Trump could be squashed. Honig made the comment while discussing Smith’s efforts to expedite his case by getting the U.S. Supreme Court to determine whether Trump is entitled to immunity instead of waiting for the D.C. Circuit Court to rule. “Why would the justices want to look at the immunity issue now or not now?” CNN’s Kate Bolduan asked. “What does it hinge on and what do you think — if they take it up, what they would do?”

Claims that former President Donald Trump and the GOP pose a grave "threat to democracy" have become a key Democrat talking point ahead of the 2024 elections, but several prominent Republicans and experts say it is really President Biden's party that is working overtime to undermine the vote. To make their case, they point to Democrats' efforts to keep Trump off the ballot, imprison him, stifle free speech on social media, and rewrite election laws while fighting measures designed to protect ballot integrity. Those ongoing efforts, they say, are a much bigger threat to democracy than the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot Biden and Democrats frequently cite.

Argentina is facing the worst economic crisis of its history as a result of decades of socialist policies, lavish government spending, and corruption, fueling skyrocketing rates of poverty, joblessness, and inflation.

The former mayor of Braddock nearly died during that election from a severe stroke. The GOP couldn’t clinch a win against a candidate who was visibly suffering from a debilitating health crisis. Fetterman was hospitalized shortly after being sworn in, which didn’t do anything to neutralize the narrative that he wasn’t healthy enough to serve.
