Another day ending in “y,” another pro-Hamas anti-Israel protest. This one broke out Monday evening in New York City’s Penn Station, where protesters marched into the Daniel Moynihan Train Hall in Manhattan to harass travelers and intimidate anyone who disagreed with their viewpoint. It started around 5 p.m., according to a local news station: The group came from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and earlier marched down 42nd Street from Grand Central Terminal where the MTA earlier warned commuters about travel restrictions. Police could be seen barricading and blocking entrances to Penn Station around 5 p.m., including a NJ TRANSIT entrance on 7th Avenue, but

Do you understand that law enforcement is not going to protect us from these unruly mobs? Clearly, the police intend to allow them to do whatever they want. However, if the police see any pushback from their victims, they will pounce on the victims. You can count on it and everyone knows it. We have seen the heavy hand of justice brought down on any opposition to the left’s agenda. Make a move against the left and you will be targeted and hunted down like dogs and thrown into an American gulag and left to the whims of a corrupt court system while being locked up in a vicious prison environment. One thought that keeps coming to mind is, are we on the verge of civil war? The darkness that has gripped the hearts of the left is incomprehensible. How did they embrace such a dark and violent ideology? Right now we are in a cold civil war and the wrong people are in charge. They escalate and encourage chaos because they want us at the point when we will beg the government to protect us. That is all they need to complete their grip of control over our lives. Many will submit to make it stop. This next year is going to be the most dangerous we have ever experienced in our history. We have a date with destiny and I honestly do not know what is going to happen.

Hamas protesters take over a courthouse and disrupt operations of official government business. Sounds like an insurrection to me. Hamas protesters take over Penn Station and disrupt official government run transportation and terrorize commuters. Sounds like an insurrection to me. Hamas protesters block major highways in protest and disrupt interstate commerce. Sounds like a federal crime to me. All of these protesters are breaking the same federal laws that are being applied to the J6 protesters/bystanders. The Hamas protesters are more widespread than the J6 protest and affecting a lot more people and commerce. If J6 protesters were supposedly so dangerous, why aren't the Hamas protesters (who are much worse)?

If they came from the bus terminal, somebody paid for their transportation to New York. Follow the money. Rabble like this does not spend their own money on protests. I am not in favor of defunding the police but I would like to get rid of the police forces we have and replace them with real police forces who go after those who break the law - vigorously, fairly and violently if necessary. The FBI conducting SWAT raids on unarmed senior citizens is a pathetic excuse for law enforcement and kid-glove handling of mobs is inexcusable. Get out the sticks, rubber bullets and water hoses.

A California official is now calling for former president Donald Trump to be removed from California’s 2024 presidential-election ballot following the Colorado supreme court’s ruling that removed Trump from its state’s ballot. In a letter dated Wednesday, California lieutenant governor Eleni Kounalakis (D.) urged California secretary of state Shirley Weber (D.) to “explore every legal option to remove former President Donald Trump from California’s 2024 presidential primary ballot,” given the Colorado supreme court’s decision. On Tuesday, the court voted 4–3 to disqualify Trump from appearing on the Centennial State’s ballot because he allegedly incited an insurrection on January 6, 2021.

There has been no second-guessing of the war cabinet or quiet sniping at Israel’s unpopular right-wing administration. "Are you better off than you were four years ago?" OK, it's not quite four years into this Joe Biden in the White House nightmare, but the sentiment in Ronald Reagan's question from the 1980 presidential campaign is an important one, especially when applied to the global scene. In my last, "Trump Derangement Syndrome Meltdown of the Week Column," the winner was an Opinion article that posited that a Trump victory next year would throw the world order into chaos. My first thought was, "Does this guy have internet?" A quick glance around the international news indicates that chaos is present everywhere during the Biden presidency.

Foreign policy is still subject to domestic politics, no matter how far away the theater of battle is. That is a pretty reliable rule, and it explains much of what people are finding inexplicable: the insistence that the Biden administration is giving Israel “tough love” in private conversations while publicly supporting the IDF’s mission in Gaza. “Netanyahu’s war bluster exposes growing rift with Biden,” reports The Hill, putting a slightly more dramatic gloss on a version of the same story you can read today in the New York Times, Washington Post, and elsewhere. The European backlash against alphabet ideology is moving apace. The latest example is the UK government’s proposed guidance on treating gender transitions in schools. While it doesn’t outright ban the social transition of students in school, it is intended to discourage it. And, most importantly, it outright states that “no child is born in the wrong body.” This is about as explicit a statement that the foundational principle of alphabet ideology is wrong. The guidance to educators also makes clear that schools must listen to the parents’ opinions, not reject them in favor of students’ whims.

Dr. Claudine, current President of Harvard University, is one lucky woman or, as she might describe herself a “a lucky woman of color.” She first survived her dreadful testimony before the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, where she refused to unambiguously denounce calls from Harvard students and faculty to kill all Israeli Jews. It was an embarrassing performance filled with weasel words and amorphous defenses such as “it all depends on context” as if genocide might be legitimate in some circumstances. Gay’s second lucky break was to survive clear-cut evidence that she was a career plagiarist, and this scholarly dishonesty far exceeded inadvertent sloppiness.
