The all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court last night barred Donald Trump from the state's 2024 Republican ballot over his role in the January 6 riot - with legal experts warning they have imperiled American democracy. The 4-3 decision marks the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment - which disqualifies insurrectionists from office - has been used to eliminate a presidential candidate. Justices Richard L. Gabriel, Melissa Hart, Monica Márquez and William W. Hood III said that they had 'little difficulty' in determining that the events of January 6 were an insurrection and that Trump did 'engage' in that alleged rebellion.

What's the requirement for being a "gay icon"? Does that mean that this individual is more gay than anyone else on earth. What would that look and sound like? These immoral people need to be gone. Everyone should point and laugh at them.

FTA: the justices claimed that they did 'not reach these conclusions lightly' and said they were 'mindful of the magnitude and weight of the questions' before them. If these four misfits believed the above they would not have felt the need to express it. Our legal system is indeed broken if four biased and questionable judges from a messed up state can affect the candidacy of Donald Trump. If Black Lives Matter and Antifa could violently riot and burn billions of dollars in property without spending a day in jail, then it is ridiculous to call January 6th an insurrection. There is absolutely no good reason to hold the J6 prisoners in jail and hold Donald Trump responsible for any of it other than political persecution. We watched helplessly as Donald Trump was pushed aside and put through kangaroo courts by a broken DOJ and Joe Biden was given an office for which he was unqualified and did not earn. Do not expect the same compliance in 2024.

" ... legal experts warn they've lit a fuse under American democracy" - and ..... there'll be no legal consequences for their unconstitutional action / decision but - now the problem will be - all the other states where the same B-S action is pending are encouraged to do the same thing, - thus making a matter that should never have seen the light of day will now be a major problem for anyone who gives a damn about the deterioration and dissolving of our freedoms because - of some prejudicial court system(s)

Trump has not been convicted or even charged with insurrection. This is simply a case of 4 liberal judges believing they have the right to decide who can or cannot be on a Presidential primary ballot. This is judicial malpractice and there should be consequences for making frivolous rulings that are easily overturned. The SC needs to shut this down quickly.

No one, repeat, NO ONE, has been charged with insurrection for the events on J6. Yet, somehow these 4 have the ability to essentially try and convict someone without a trial? Looks more like a political decision, and they should all be disbarred since it show people they can't be fair and set aside their own biases to render a just decision.

Not one person in this whole mess has been charged with “insurrection.” That includes President Trump. And yet, the lemmings just keep repeating the phrase over and over, as if it is a known fact. Four partisan, left-wing judges have shown us that the judicial system is just as rotten to the core as is Congress, as they parade their sanctimony about how hard their decision was. I would bet their bank accounts are quite a bit heavier today, as the left gives high fives all around. Keep the faith patriots. These are hard times, but they will not stand.

Playing around inside my head thinking the letters, "PRC" was an acronym for the, "People's Republic of China." Well, it still is but there's a new player in this acronymic game: The, "People's Republic of Colorado." Yep. A recent ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court disqualifies President Trump from the state's primary. So we get a, "twofer" here. Not only is the acronym the same for both states, so is their ideology.

Of all people, "legal experts" should know that we are NOT a "democracy," but a "Representative Republic." The Colorado Supreme Court has just proven their unfitness for office by this heinously political ruling which doesn't even have a scintilla of truth behind it, since President Trump was NEVER convicted much less even accused of "Insurrection" against the U.S. by anyone in Federal Law Enforcement. The leftists are using the CIA Playbook in moving to destroy the person and "brand" of Donald Trump
