Canada's Trudeau Blames 'Right-Wing, American
MAGA' for Vote Against Ukraine

What would left-wing politicians do without MAGA? How would they terrify ordinary voters into supporting liberals for office? I'm sure they'd think of something. But it's just too darn easy to blame MAGA for everything. So until another group comes along that presents itself as a suitable scapegoat, MAGA it will be. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused the Conservative Party of turning their backs on Ukraine following a unanimous vote by the Conservatives against an update to the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement. "I've actually boasted . . . that it's not a political debate in Canada, all parties in Canada stand with Ukraine," Trudeau said at a press conference Friday. "So

Ukraine needs to be cut off and the billions clawed back. That country is a bottomless pit for money that never fills or shows any results. Ukraine is proof positive that Biden and his flunkies know nothing about foreign policy.

Thanks to the western nations throwing money into the bottomless pit of Ukraine, this has become a war of attrition. Russia has 6 times the population of Ukraine, so they are going to win a war of attrition. The numbers just don't lie. The blood of so many innocent Ukrainians is on the hands of Senile Joe bidet and all the other western "leaders" who didn't pressure Ukraine into negotiations with Russia very early on. But that would have taken a strong leader like Donald Trump, and there were just wimpy lightweights like bidet and Justin "Castro Jr." Trudeau that were thrilled to throw billions of their taxpayers' dollars into the wasted cesspool!!!!!

Justin Lie-deau is using the same trick that the vegetable used to get his inflation reduction bill passed and set aside several billion dollars for the imaginary science of climate change. Anybody who believes in that fairy tale is just robbing money from taxpayers to line their own and somebody else's pockets. All government officials in Ukraine from Zalinskyy on down to every dog catcher in every town should have his pension financed by now. Leave the country and surrender, the gravy train is not a never-ending ATM card. Justin is a pox on Canada.

As #9 didn't quite say, but intimated, the Canadian PM should change the spelling of his name to "Castreau," but if he did, it would be too obvious. I've seen pictures of both the Canadian and of the Cuban at various ages. The resemblance is more than striking--it's eerily similar, stunning. Coincidence or reality? Their policies aren't much different.

For those commenters and readers who are "skeptical" of the value of assisting Ukraine, one could ask the same of our long-standing aid to Israel (and don't try to sway my argument with religion). Or South Korea. Or Taiwan. Or NATO. And others. Thing is, Ukraine is WAY past the deterrent stage (when we didn't support them - much) and is being attacked by Russia NOW. Yes, there is corruption. But we backed South Korea (and many other dictatorships) who were corrupt to keep the Soviets from winning. Replace "Soviets" with "Russians" and everything else is the same. Same as pre-WW2 with respect to Britain and France caving to Germany over Czechoslovakia, Austria, etc; if Russia isn't STOPPED now we will pay MUCH MORE in the future.

I might agree with #14 if we had an end-game, but we don't do that anymore. Not since WW II have we said we'll fold up our tents and go home when the war is won. I believe the Ukraine war is being funded to make it last longer for some reasons: some known, others maybe not. The WH 'tolerated the Russians going into the Ukraine if they behaved and didn't make a nuisance of themselves. As if Biden didn't know what would happen.

Mark Cuban, the billionaire owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, will reportedly sell a majority stake in the team to billionaire Miriam Adelson, widow of late businessman Sheldon Adelson, according to multiple reports. The Mavericks and Cuban didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. Adelson said in a Las Vegas Sands filing earlier Tuesday she would sell $2 billion in stock to buy a majority stake in a sports franchise. But no franchise was named in the filing despite it saying there was a "binding purchase agreement." Sportico first reported that Cuban was going to sell to Adelson. The Athletic reported the deal

The news comes on the heels of several dozen hostages being released as part of a rolling ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas. The halt in hostilities is expected to last as long as the terrorist government continues to release those they took captive on October 7th as planned. Israel has vowed to resume military action to destroy Hamas once the ceasefire ends. As to the condition of the hostages that have been returned, initial reports show signs of starvation and malnutrition.

So far, Israel has released 117 prisoners and has allowed humanitarian aid to reach Gaza as part of the agreement. Hamas, for its part, has returned 58 hostages in total, with 39 being Israeli citizens. Before the temporary truce,
