Mitt Romney confesses he didn’t know
anything about Burisma when he voted to
impeach President Trump

Mitt Romney voted to impeach President Trump for a phone call in which the president encouraged Ukraine to investigate allegations of serious corruption—coincidentally involving the Biden crime family—but according to a new book, the failed politician admits he had no idea what Burisma was when he voted to impeach a duly-elected president for calling on foreign governments to investigate alleged criminality. That is extreme ignorance (not to mention dangerous) when a senator is willing to impeach a president just because he doesn’t like him, all without knowing the facts.

Just how DESPICABLE is the garbage known as Mitt Romney? Only, and I mean only, Obama is a worse human being! The Chinese Triads are more honest and believable.

Mitt doesn't know much about anything, but it doesn't stop the constituency of Utah from voting for him. It's a sad state of affairs for America that big money gets someone elected.

There was an excerpt the new Romney book in the September issue of the Atlantic. It is an interesting read. Romney comes across as a self-righteous prig with collosal self-esteem who thought he could sail into the Senate and start calling the shots. It is clear that he thought he had immense credibility with Republican voters because he was the former Republican nominee. The other thing clear as a bell is his immense grudge against Trump who he obviously considers a vulgarian not worthy of the presidency.

Well, that was mighty principled of you. Didn’t even bother to find out the facts, just voted to convict because you didn’t like him. Seem about right for someone who calls himself Pierre Delecto. Frankly, Trump has more integrity than this poser ever had. I don’t believe Trumps business plan was built on putting Americans out of their jobs unlike the high and mighty Mitt. You sir are a fraud. One of these days….

To those who think Utah voters don’t understand who and what Mitt Romney is, there’s a reason he’s not seeking another term. And since he’s neck-deep in Ukraine, I’m confident he thinks feigning ignorance is the best strategy to save himself when Ukraine corruption is inevitably laid bare.
The personification of cluelessness is made manifest by the many Americans who are cheering for Ukraine, have the Ukraine flag in their social media profiles, and support sending endless money and weapons to prolong the war.

here we go again with appalling ignorance from people who purport to be experts on politics. Mr. Hellner, Mittens didn't vote to impeach Trump, he voted to convict him. The House impeaches, the Senate convicts (or acquits). Having said that, Mittens is either lying about not knowing about Burisma, or he's horribly naive. Either way, he is unfit to hold high political office.

Funny…..,I knew about it. It was All over conservative radio and Fox News for months.
BTW Senator, it’s YOUR JOB to know the facts. You have an entire staff to dig up the facts for you. And ANY conservative with two functional brain cells could have told you.
Do you were derelict in your duties, willfully ignorant or lying.

BS. It wouldn't have mattered to Romney one way or the other. Trump was a threat to Uniparty "business as usual" and the profit margins of the military-industrial complex, and therefore needed to be brought down.
That, and the belief that by destroying Trump, they could destroy populism.

#2 is correct. The GOPe knew Obama had stolen the election from Mitt in 2012, but they promised him the Republican nomination in 2016, if he would just go along with the steal and not make waves. After all, they didn’t want to be called racists! However the base had different ideas, which made them hate us all (through President Trump) even more.

Lying sack of BS. There's evidence that one of his business partner's sons was on the same Burisma board that Hunter was on. To say he didn't know is pure ass-covering.

Yes, Poster #12 - - last week it was Joe Hoft who made the same embarrassing blunder - - writing about Pierre voting to "impeach" President Trump - - and now it's Jack Hellner making a public fool of himself.
Don't any of these "pundits" understand what "impeach" means? How could they reach the age and status that they have - - and not know that?
It's a sad, sad commentary on our times - - when even people who are on our side are that stupid. It's so discouraging.

He was a flaccid governor of MA. A loser candidate who threw the 2012 election to a racist loser president. A RINO loser senator laced with TDS and a vendetta against anything PDJT including his supporters like me. Willard Mitt Romney is flat out lying his keister off about not knowing a damn thing about Burisma. Remember folks Bumbling Stumbling Biden isn't the only corrupt piece of flotsam who has gotten rich from Ukraine malfeasance. The only reasons why Milqtoast Mitt voted to impeach the President of HIS OWN PARTY was jealously fueled by TDS and him going into CYA mode. Nothing more nothing less.

And this piece of human flesh is what the Republican party in 2012 gave us to vote for as president. I thank God he didn't win. What an awful person. He deceived many in Utah to win the first time around. But not now, because he dropped out to run for re-election.
