INDICTMENT?! CBS Stunned Biden & Trump
Should Be Treated Equal

Equal justice under the law is a difficult concept to understand for CBS Face the Nation moderator Margaret Brennan. During an interview Sunday with Republican Congressman Mike Turner, Brennan seemed stunned that he called for both President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump to be treated the same for mishandling classified documents. “You were talking about classified documents, mishandled by the current president, and you said that when it came to Biden and Trump, they're both equally egregious with equal classification issues. This past week, President Biden was interviewed by special counsel Robert Hur,” Brennan noted.

Treated the same? Big difference between the two is that Trump was President and has authority to declassify any and all documents. Biden has classified documents from when he was a senator and VP.

Actually, a President has full, unlimited power to declassify ANYTHING. A VP doesn't have this power. Indict Joe, leave Trump alone.

Mo they're not a president can declassify any document any time he want, biden tok documents as a VP, he's not entitled to the same protections. Used to be when two people were running for president, you discussed each’s ideas for America. Now you have to determine which one might be a crook. Today, everyone knows that Biden is a crook. The left is trying to show Trump is a bigger crook. That’s their only option. Oh, and election cheating.

Biden had no right at VP to remove those documents. Trump as President had every right, even after he was out of office.

No. President Trump had a right to have his documents as every past President does, whereas Biden did NOT. Biden was a Congresspuke when he was piling up documents in his Delaware garage, as such, he was absolutely, positively, NOT allowed to remove Classified Documents from secure locations. Even as VP he was NOT allowed to take Classified Documents from the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).

Technically Trump had legal authority for possession than did a senator or a VP, neither of which had any legal right to have possessed Top Secret Files. A president has no limitations as far as what I can tell. Although the smoke from the Democrats has blurred the truth.

As our President Donald Trump has and still maintains the right to any document he likes. biden has absolutely no right to any documents whatsoever. As far as I know there are no provisions for VPs, Senators, or faux presidents to have access to them. Additionally, we know that all documents held by Trump are safe in his hands; we don't have any assurance that the ones biden is holding are safe. I'm sure some of them were put up for auction already. Our Dangerous Doofus is the one who REALLY should be indicted.

A resurgence of citizen activism is making waves on Capitol Hill. Conservatives across the United States are rallying behind Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as he vies for the position of Speaker of the House. Breitbart News reported that conservatives are “melting” phone lines with calls to GOP members of Congress, urging them to put an end to internal divisions and unite behind Jordan. “I haven’t seen anything like this in years,” one top House GOP aide told Breitbart News. “They are literally melting the phone lines. Some offices’ numbers are permanently busy. Thousands and thousands of people are calling their members of Congress demanding Jordan for Speaker.”

Fourteen more House Republicans publicly backed Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as Speaker-designate hours before the House is scheduled to hold a potential vote for Speaker. Stephanie Bice, Kevin Kiley, Claudia Tenney, Rob Wittman, Lance Gooden, Mike Gallagher, Cliff Bentz, Pete Sessions, Diana Harshbarger, Rick W. Allen, Frank Lucas, Michael McCaul, John Joyce, and Hal Rogers. The number of 146 lawmakers supporting Jordan is likely less than the actual number who support Jordan.

President Biden will travel to Israel on Wednesday in a dramatic show of solidarity with the Jewish state, which is still reeling from a surprise attack by Hamas terrorists earlier this month. The trip comes ahead of Israel’s expected ground invasion of the Hamas-ruled Gaza in an effort to wipe out the organization and as the U.S. ramps up efforts with Middle East allies to avoid a humanitarian crisis. White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby told reporters late Monday that Mr. Biden’s one-day trip will also include a stopover in Jordan, where the president will also include a meeting

Iran has warned it could be forced to take 'pre-emptive action' against Israel in the 'coming hours' as the Jewish nation prepares for a ground offensive on the Gaza strip. Tehran has repeatedly warned that an invasion of Gaza would be met with a response from other fronts - after a day where Israel also faced threats from Lebanon in the north. The declarations of intent have rapidly heightened tensions in the fraught Middle East, sparking fears of a wider conflict in the coming days.

The charred remains were so disfigured that at first they did not realise it was two people. But when pathologists gently began to examine, they could see the bodies were those of an adult and a child. And they were hugging tightly. That is how it had ended for them, trapped in a room as Hamas terrorists set fire to their home. As the horror of burning to death came to them, the adult had nothing left to offer but to hold that terrified child in their arms. And as unbearable as that is, it is by no means an isolated case here at Israel's National Centre of Forensic Medicine, where the bodies

As Townhall has so far tallied, it looks like there's 140 House Republican members publicly sharing they're supporting Jordan, or they're at least open to it. Some are still holding out, though, even bringing up the possibility of a so-called compromise candidate. It's worth emphasizing that Democrats likely won't vote for a House Republican, and so it would be Republicans doing the comprimising.

This victory is even more impressive that he won over 50 percent of the vote and managed to avoid a run-off. On Sunday morning, ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS Sunday Morning, and NBC’s Sunday Today ignored this Republican win. Instead of reporting on Landry’s victory, the networks wasted valuable airtime with news of Best Buy discontinuing the sale of DVDs (ABC), an interview with The Rolling Stones (CBS), and an interview with Taylor Swift’s manager Jack Antonoff (NBC).

Merritts previously gathered money for security services, but the committee switched their characterization in April as they continued to bring headaches for the campaign.
