Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss told Congress that Attorney General Merrick Garland had granted him ultimate authority over the Hunter Biden investigation and that, if need be, he would be appointed a “special attorney” under a federal statute known as Section 515. This type of Section 515 appointment would allow him to charge Hunter Biden outside Delaware, including in D.C. and California, (snip) According to D.C. Just another ruse to fool people into thinking something is happening when nothing will end up happening to Hunter since he is part of their protected class.

For some reason Fox News reports always point out that Weiss was appointed to the Delaware U.S. Attorney position by Trump. What they do not point out is that Trump’s appointment of Weiss was done based upon the recommendation of Delaware’s two U.S. Senators who are leftist Democrats close to Biden. Clearly Biden, through those two Delaware , one of who is a former aide to Biden, would never have recommended that Trump appoint anyone as the Delaware U.S. Attorney if they ever thought that person would legitimately prosecute the Biden corrupt influence peddling conspiracies, Hunter Biden, or themselves. That’s just common sense because Delaware is a very insular Democrat State and Biden has controlled the politics there for decades.

People have asked me what the difference between Israel and Ukraine is. It’s simple. Bibi ain’t running around the world in a green shirt demanding money. He is in Tel Aviv fighting a war. This isn’t a grift; this is a battle for survival. I would rather we not give Israel money because we don’t have it but Biden thinks he has to play Santa Claus, (snip). I am happy to just park a couple aircraft carriers near Israel’s waters as a warning to Iran and other bad guys not to join in. Biden is doing that, which is the best we have to offer until Trump returns.

The deeds of Hamas — rape, torture, murder, even beheading babies — are comparable to the worst of the Holocaust, and the perpetrators of these acts deserve to be executed just as much as the Nazis who were running extermination camps. This extends to all members of the terrorist organization. Every member of Hamas merits prompt execution, and only deliberate mercy or Israeli self-interest should spare them. Only Hamas sympathizers could possibly dispute that the Israeli military has the moral right and duty to kill Hamas members on the battlefield. The more complex question is whether the guilt extends only to the personnel that actively participated in rape and baby murder

Hunter Biden asked a federal court to dismiss three felony gun charges brought against him by Special Counsel David Weiss on Thursday. The president’s son previously pleaded not guilty to the charges on Tuesday. Last month, Weiss slapped Hunter with three felonies related to his unlawful purchase of a firearm in 2018. The counts specifically allege that Hunter lied on the background check form required to purchase the gun and possessed the firearm “while he was addicted to and using illicit substances.”

Israel, the tiny democracy in the Middle East with terrorists along all its borders, has more stringent gun-control laws than anywhere in the United States. Unlike our Second Amendment, there is no recognition of the right to keep and bear arms. After the horrific terrorist attack by Hamas from Gaza, Israel’s government suddenly made it slightly easier for its citizens to own firearms for self-defense.Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir announced Sunday in Hebrew an emergency declaration that will “allow as many citizens as possible to arm themselves.” (snip) Ben-Gvir’s emergency policies for the Firearm Licensing Department went into effect in 24 hours.

One of the evils of the Trump era was that illegal, immoral, and at times unconstitutional acts were raised to high standards if they seemed to chip away at Trump somehow. So a fake dossier, which consumed several years and millions of dollars of American life, was brushed off with a fine from the elections commission rather than someone going to jail for lying to the FBI. So it is now up to General Mark Milley, the Left's newest and bestest friend in violating the Constitution, to save the Constitution from Trump. A slithering little piece of hagiography

This guy is beyond shameless. After coordinating an appeasement policy toward Iran that included the return of $6 billion in sanctioned money, the current occupant of the Secretary of State’s office, Anthony Blinken, says the administration is unsure of the Hamas motive attacking Israel. This might sound like a crazy thing to say, until you realize it is a necessary pretending game in order to maintain the policy for preferring a two-state solution. If Blinken or Biden were to admit that Hamas a fundamental purpose to kill the people of Israel, they would have to admit there’s no possibility of the Palestinians and Israeli’s cohabitating the same landscape; thus,

You want to go deep weeds, let’s go deep weeds. Almost all of the conversations about the $6 billion given back to Iran have focused on the fungible aspect of money. While true, that focus misses the key and essential point, where the money was delivered. The captured $6 billion was held in a South Korean bank, the result of sanctions violations. What the Biden/Blinken crew did, was move the money from South Korea to a bank in Qatar. (snip) Qatar is the financial center for Islamic extremist operations.

….. Have you ever boiled milk? Many people are struggling to understand the extent of the radicalization that is currently taking place inside our nation. Fewer still are willing to accept that all the datapoints in the continuum lead us to a very specific place. For the intents of this outline, consider the attack against Israel by Hamas as one element of a destructive story that will not remain isolated as a war in the Middle Rast. Gaza is to the transit of terrorists into Israel, as Mexico is a transit hub into the United States. On September 22, 2023, the Dept of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP)
