The Gateway Pundit reported that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) ditched the Senate dress code in order to accommodate man-child Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) who dresses like a homeless drug addict. The dress code of coats and ties for men and business attire for women still applies to staff in the chamber. On Wednesday, Fetterman arrived at the Senate looking like a slob in a short-sleeve shirt and shorts. While Fetterman has managed to receive special accommodations to disrespect the halls of power, The New York Post’s experiment of dressing like Fetterman and to try to gain entry to some of New York City’s finest restaurants shows

Fetterman has the mentality of an adolescent, and that was before his stroke. He is a spoiled rich kid who never was told no and never had a real job. He bought his home from his sister for one dollar. He’s got a vulgar mouth and doesn’t mind using it in public or on television or social media. He’s a disgrace, but the dems need his vote, which they can count on. Wonder what other perks he has that we don’t know about, probably bestowed by Uncle Chuckie Schumer.

Fetterman is a sick puppy. Mentally ill people don't take care of themselves whether it's basic hygiene, how they dress or other normal human health routines. Fetterman is displaying signs of mental instability. It's not funny. Fetterman should be in a Mental Hospital not in the Senate.

It's nice to see that these restaurants have dress code standards. But if mr. fetterman walked in dressed as usual I wonder if he'd be turned away. NYC is still a democrat haven so it's possible they'd make an exception for him. After all, the reporter who was refused service was only your average shlub, the kind of person who's ridiculed by the elites.

The Senate "Fetterman" rule is a perfect microcosm of the Dems platform quite literally, "Abandon all norms, traditions, rules, standards adhered to and followed by many many generations to "Normalize" the Personal Preferences of 1%", whose only purpose is personal publicity in the 1st place...a 1% with a CONFIRMED diagnoses of a mental disability already.

Whether this insane culture wants to admit it or not, how you dress and comport yourself still matters. I appreciate people who attend functions dressed properly. Weddings, church, dining out at fine restaurants are all events that require the proper attire. Whether you like it or not, most people understand this and will judge you as they should on your manners and attire. When we let it slide, it will and we will continue to see slovenly people showing up at events daring anyone to object. It’s time to object. It is up to our culture to adhere to propriety. The lack of decorum has left evening wear looking like a skimpy lingerie show. Ladies! Check yourselves, you look like street walkers and even the bridal industry has resorted to this ultra sheer trend that would make a sailor blush. Enough. Ultimately, this is about self-respect. You put your image out there every time you get dressed and the rest of the world will judge you. It’s human nature. We are visual people and when you dress provocatively, you send a message loud and clear. And when you dress like a slob, you will be treated like one. Respect yourself and respect the event you go to. Off topic, but I’d really like to go to church and fail to see one man in a T-shirt and shorts on Sunday. Come on! Make an effort. Yep, this is a big pet peeve of mine.

He's 6'8" and cannot dress himself. Shorts and a pullover is all that he can manage. No buttons, belt loops, buckle, zippers , a tie to tie. He can't do it and probably due to his size it's difficult for someone to dress him.

Mine too, #15. My brother in law showed up for our daughter’s wedding in jeans and a tee shirt. It infuriated me and my husband who is his older brother. At church last week I saw a 20-something woman in a sports bra and sweatpants. Did she think that she was at the gym? The decline of society becomes more obvious by the day.

House passes 45-day continuing resolution,

In a last-ditch effort to keep the government funded, the House passed a clean continuing resolution to keep the government funded at current spending levels for 45 days, advancing the legislation less than 10 hours before the government is set to shut down. Lawmakers voted 335-91 on the continuing resolution, surpassing the two-thirds majority threshold needed to advance the legislation on suspension and send it to the Senate for consideration. Should it pass the upper chamber, it would then fall to President Joe Biden to make the final decision and sign it.

House Oversight Committee chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed James Biden’s Lion Hall Group and JBBSR, Inc., entities on Thursday because the committee could not identify “legitimate services provided by James Biden’s companies.” Comer’s subpoena appears to be directed at obtaining records linked to President Joe Biden’s corporation, “CelticCapri Corp,” which received nearly $10 million in 2017 without specifying revenue line items. “So that’s an LLC account. It wasn’t a shell company — that was a real LLC account with more earnings in there than what we can find. So that is an account we plan to subpoena as we follow the money,” Comer said last week.

Joe Biden’s defenders have been on a wild ride this past year. It began with them arguing that the president knew absolutely nothing about his family’s influence-peddling business to arguing that it’s no big deal that ChiCom wire payoffs happen to have Biden’s home address listed on them. The quality of the excuses, unsurprisingly, has been deteriorating rapidly. They largely entail repeating the words “no” and “evidence” in a perpetual loop. But this week, when James Comer released financial records of Hunter Biden receiving two wire transfers totaling $260,000 in 2019 from Beijing with the president’s Delaware home listed as the beneficiary address,

After a protracted period of political assault by the Democrats that included the Russia collusion hoax and the Ukrainian phone call hoax, a futile impeachment failed to remove Donald Trump from office.

How interesting that a sanctuary city run by Democrats who have been all for illegal immigration is now troubled by the flood of illegal aliens.
