Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., in a crude statement, agreed to wear a suit on the Senate floor to "save democracy" amid bipartisan displeasure over Majority Leader Sen. Chuck Schumer's decision to relax the Senate dress code. But Fetterman's offer comes with conditions. He said House Republicans must pass a government funding bill and support Ukraine in order for him to suit up. "If those jagoffs in the House stop trying to shut our government down, and fully support Ukraine, then I will save democracy by wearing a suit on the Senate floor next week," Fetterman said Wednesday in a post on X. Fetterman is a foul-mouthed lout and a slob. He should be required to wear business attire on the Senate floor AND in his office. To not do so is a giant middle finger to all America.

Just one more example of how the Democratic Party is not about governing but POWER at all costs.

Oh, its just Democrat Privilege. Beside the perks of insulation from laws, having a jackboot militia to destroy the country and any old bartender can get elected, Democrats will also break 230+ years of Senate rules to accommodate one single solitary slob. Democrats hate the US, hate the US constitution and constantly give us the middle finger. Desecrating the Senate is just par for Democrats. It is interesting when Rebublicans can hold a Democrat accountable and then have the fortitude to do something about it, Dems shut up. Anyone heard from censured Adam Schiff lately?

As long as truckloads of ballots are allowed to be delivered to Philadelphia in the dead of night the outcome will be a Senator Fetterman and a President Biden. Both of whom would are so tainted that the founders never would have envisioned them and the level of corruption required to place them in office.

Dems will change Nature's rules to allow trans folk to play on whatever side theu can win on, so why are we surprised that the Dems would change a 200+ year old rule about what to wear for one of their own?

"95 95 95" Fetterman, who, considering where he finds himself, ought to be deeply depressed daily, needs to leave. Totally incapable of doing the work, he's damaged goods. Well, not exactly "goods." Just get out, Lurch.

All these Democrat senators have taken an oath to protect the constitution. However afterwards they speak of "saving democracy" but never acknowledge that they are sworn to save the constitutional republic. Democracy can mean mob rule, and can deny any person their rights. This is not an accident.

One could readily say all these Democrats are such clowns; however, evidently almost half of the voting population votes for these guys.
So, clearly, the problem is in a lack of discernment in the electorate; not these individual goofballs themselves.
Until we get to the point where people are actually using their brains and checking out resources other than the mainstream news to determine candidates’ eligibility, this is just going to continue.
Going back to the Clinton years, America gets the leaders they deserve. You can blame the educational system, but that’s only halfway the problem.
Laziness, mental and intellectual laziness, is the real issue; aside from the avowed neo-Marxist’s “ends justify the means,“ rationale. The Progressives are so convinced of their own rectitude. They will literally do anything.
That ruthlessness, in my opinion, the white-shoe Republicans have not tackled heed-on.

Let Fetterman dress like a bum. The slogan 'Throw the bums out' will ring true now more than ever. Put the slogan under a picture of Fetterman wearing shorts and a hoodie. People will get it.

Schumer made the rule change so that Fetterman could "stay on brand" and could continue to be a PR stunt for the Democrats. Democrats are accommodating a lifestyle choice with Fetterman. It just goes to show that Democrats usually support poor choices.

Dirt Bag Federman thinks that will make a difference, The representatives should work to help the people of the country rather than work on getting one person to wear clothes like he's doing the nation's business. Federman's brain housing group is defective and he is not effective as a representative.

I am still trying to figure out exactly when the Demon-Rat Party died, and the Communist Party USA took over their name.
I don't know when it happened, but it definitely happened!!!
How can a mentally ill first-term Senator, who already spent part of his first term in office in the looney bin, be making demands like he has some totally warped sense of power?!?!?!? He can walk around buck naked for all I care. He is just an embarrassment to himself and his party!!!
