There is but one front in which the Ukrainian counteroffensive is being very successful: in the mainstream media. There, the complete failure of the counteroffensive is but a minor inconvenience as they chronicle every minor skirmish as a triumph for Kiev, and every successful missile attack as ‘the beginning of the end’ for Moscow. The reality is that there is a war of positional battles going on, a situation in which the Russian war of attrition will always be victorious, as they have more guns, tanks, ammo, manpower. In the last few days, the Russians have continued depleting the Ukrainian infrastructure in ways that will turn the inter into a bitter experience, and

Considering how we are financing the Ukrainian military, the ammo depot destruction represents the burning of million$ of American taxpayer dollar$. The first few seconds of the burn probably burned up more tax dollars than I've paid in my entire life...

Hello, Europe, USA, Canada, etc., watch as all the ammunition you provided, either directly, or through your tax money, was left to the little comedian "Fidel" Zelensky to become the world's largest fireworks display. Next he will be visiting your countries again to blame it all on you and demand more. Baby Fidel is like everyone's "entitled" demanding 30 year old son, who refuses to move out of your home and get a job.

50 full size train cars worth blown up...100 conex boxes worth. From USA/Nato stockpiles, which are already well below "Specified" levels, and NO reserve manufacturing capacity to replace, in fact the ONLY plant that makes the black powder igniter portion of any artillery shells is offline after a fire...may not be able to restart for another 6months, maybe another YEAR...unless EPA and other Agency Waivers are granted. It is Western neocon attempt to overthrow Putin and the Russian government in order to capture and monetize the Russian resources and economy. It started with zbignew brezinsky during jimma carter's admin. It is having the opposite effect by ruining western economies and driving adversaries into allliances.

One fifth the size of the Little Boy blast over Hiroshima in 1945. That was a pretty big pile of munitions that got blown up with this one. This is starting to smell like a bilateral disarmament by the former USSR and the West. While China watches quietly from the sidelines. This thing was always way more than a pitched kerfuffle over some contended territory. And while both sides are producing a series of dramatic scores, neither side has been particularly intent on gaining the win. (It seems more like they're intentionally dragging it out.)

The Republican debate took a bizarre turn Wednesday as former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former Vice President Mike Pence traded comments about "sleeping" with teachers. The comments were made during a segment that focused on education policy in the United States, with Christie criticizing teachers unions for controlling public education. "The public school system is no longer run by the public. It is run by the teachers unions," Christie said. "They're taking the worst of their members and defending them rather than advocating for our kids. And when you have the president of the United States sleeping with a member of the teachers union,

The second GOP presidential primary debate Wednesday night was a case study in why the Republican Party shouldn’t award debate moderation privileges to hostile and dishonest members of the liberal media. While Fox Business Network occupied two of the moderator positions (Stuart Varney and Dana Perino), the third was given to Univision anchor Ilia Calderón. Her questions were by far the most anti-American and dishonest; ranging from lies about gun violence being “unique” to America to blaming America for the drug trafficking at the southern border, and more.

Donald Trump mocked his rivals for the Republican presidential nomination on Wednesday, saying none of them were worthy of being his running mate. Trump, who skipped the second GOP presidential primary debate to speak to union workers in Michigan, made a brief reference to the 'job candidates' that are competing with him for the top slot on the Republican ticket. Most of his remarks focused on President Joe Biden but he did refer to the 'the job candidates' who were preparing to take the debate stage halfway across the country in California.

There are three realities that Republican voters can no longer avoid. The first, Joe Biden will not be the Democrat nominee in 2024. Second, the Democrats want to face a damaged Donald Trump in November of 2024. Third, Trump’s age, unforeseen events, and the egregious lawfare he is facing could eventuate in Trump having to drop out of the race. Ron DeSantis is the only viable proven conservative candidate to replace him and yet Trump and many Republican voters are foolishly determined to permanently destroy DeSantis and render him unelectable.
