Hunter Biden's attorneys filed a lawsuit against the IRS on Monday, alleging that agents have "targeted and sought to embarrass" the president's son. Biden's Monday morning filing cites two major examples in IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, two whistleblowers who claimed the IRS mishandled aspects of its investigation into Biden.
Biden's lawsuit seeks for the court to declare that the IRS "willfully, knowingly, and/or by gross negligence, unlawfully disclosed Mr. Biden's confidential tax information."
In addition, Biden is demanding $1,000 in damages for "each and every unauthorized disclosure of his tax returns,"

Sorry Hunter, you're not a victim. You're responsible for your own behavior .

I thought Democrats loved whistleblowers. I guess only when the whistleblower hides in the shadows and hurls accusations at Trump.

ANY politically connected, public figure, especially one with around the clock Treasury Dept protective service teams, SHOULD be embarrassed if they fail to file/file fraudulent Tax returns for 10 years straight. The FACT that $10's Of Million$ in foreign funds were also being intentionally hidden via dozens of shell companies makes it even worse.
He claims to be "Embarrassed" yet...all of his actions suggest that he is instead "Shameless"...while having done things ANY normal person would be ashamed of.
Note: Apparently few give weight to the fact that the Secret Service IS part of the Treasury Dept. where financial/tax crimes are THE primary responsibility, and the money trail of all OTHER crimes is next in line. The Treasury dept had 200 Red Flag notices from various banks over sketchy money transfers, at the very same time they had multiple TEAMS of agents, accompanying Hunter's every step..

LOL. There is no one on this earth who has embarrassed himself, through his own actions, more than yourself. What creeps me out is your need to have taken so many pictures of yourself being a pervert and drugged out of your mind and storing them on your computer. What the hell is wrong with you? It's time to fess up, take your medicine (punishment), get some medical/mental health help and throw in some spiritual guidance. You are not that old and could still have many years of a clean and decent life. You, a victim? I don't think so. You are a leach who is not sorry that he did all these disgusting things you are just sorry you got caught. Clean up your act and then go away so we never have to hear about you again.

What a dumb thing to do. He must have some lousy lawyers if they think it’s ok to call attention to the actions of the dark side of the fbi.

Do Hunter's attorneys really think embarrassing someone is illegal? Hunter embarrasses himself same as his old man. The IRS targets all tax cheats. It's their job.

You gotta hand it to Hunter and his lawyers. He'll probably collect a big judgement from the IRS on this one.
For example, he fought the baby momma in Arkansas. She had the most winnable case in legal history; discovery was something Hunter didn't want. At worst, the lady should have kept getting $20K a month in child support.
But what did she "win" in the end? A reduction down to $5K a month, a couple worthless Hunter Biden paintings, and a recognition of the granddaughter by the doddering old fool, Sleepy Creepy Crooked President Uncle Joe.
Gotta hand it to Huner and his lawyers. They'll probably have him getting the Congressional Medal of Honor, a lifetime pension, and his picture on a postage stamp by the time they're done.

No Biden ever had a sense of shame, so it is total BS that any Biden could suffer embarrassment. It is a psychological impossibility. It is, however, okay to keep trying.

It appears all the Biden “men” are arrogant and entitled. What was it Hunter’s daddy said about the impeachment inquiry…”lots of luck”. The Bidens are horrid people.

Seems the lawsuit is a bit off. The whistleblowing wasn't about Hunter, its was about how the IRS mishandled aspects of its investigation into Hunter. In other words if the IRS had done its job all would still be confidential. Of course this could mean Hunter would be living in federal prison for many years.
